12 Potions class and Soul Realm

I woke up after about two hours of sleep, and having a passive healing factor, even though it is minor, I can clear that many hours of fatigue in just hours. After waking up, I see Daphne is still sleeping. I called "Lammy," and with a *pop* sound, she came and asked, "What can Lammy do for master?" in a very enthusiastic manner. I asked her, "Lammy, go to Daphne's and my room, get our fresh sets of clothes and our exercise clothes, and after we have freshened up, wash our clothes and put them back in our bed, okay?" Lammy nodded and popped away.

Then I went to Daphne, who was still half asleep, and whispered in her ear, "If you don't wake up, I might need to carry you to the bathroom." She blushed and smiled a bit. "I might just take you up on that offer." And my mind went blank. I mean, like she never acts like this, and she just looked at my dumbfounded face, laughed, and said, "I am kidding." I brain stopped working for a second there and "That's it, I am kidding. You know you should not play with my feelings like that." She laughed at my expense a bit more, changed into her workout clothes, and we started by following the procedure exactly how it was told. Thankfully, we have been following almost the same procedure for a few months, and we have been training our minds already. I mean, we both can take the mind ritual right now, but I decided to wait, and I can get the perfectly tempered body in my fourth year, and Daphne in her sixth year. Somehow, I feel like either this guy found a Xianxia novel, or this is how they actually tempered someone's body in China. Like there is intake of different medicines we need to create and medicinal baths. If I found out there is a body cleansing pill, I will cry like honestly.

The mind tempering actually comes from a hidden witch coven in Africa where he apparently got this method by making the leader of the coven fall in love with him and slowly getting the method. It's just a unique kind of Occlumency and I say Occlumancy but it's more along the lines of mental exercise, and the soul tempering he actually got from a guru in India who happily gave him a copy. But to even start the conditioning, we would first need to solidify not only our soul palace but the soul realm. After these things are done, we both have to perform a ceremony and a highly advanced ritual, which is properly written here. These rituals need to be performed on top of magic leylines, and he even described a place where he and his family used to perform their rituals. So, I am adding ritual magic to my studies, but Daphne was more interested in it. So, I let her study it after deciding who will do what. We decided, as she already has reached a high level in Occlumency and being a natural Legilimens, we first started with the mind tempering exercise. It was, I think, just a very complicated and extremely hard memory exercise that we have to keep doing for 3 to 4 years because humbly speaking, we are both very highly intelligent individuals and it can be done with it within that time. It properly raises one's brain's capabilities to superhuman levels without any mind arts involved and the Chinese exercise that we are doing will push our body to peak human capabilities with the help of magic and potions and finally to strengthens our soul to a very high degree. Like now I understand why some ghosts just vanish, but others like the four houses ghosts are not even fading and are still there after more than 500 years.

We finished our workout and completed our mind or brain training. I decided to help Daphne enter her soul scape tonight, as we don't have any more time. I asked Lammy to clean our previously worn clothes and put them in their places. We exited the Room of Requirement and went to the Ravenclaw common room. We acted as if we are practicing something. I was reading the potions book, as today is potions class. Today at first, a few older students came down, greeted us, and we greeted them back. Penelope came, and Daphne started to ask her about a few things. She somehow became something like our older sister because if we have any problems, we first go to her for some reason, and she likes to sit with Daphne and me and just talk about stuff. Finally, our friends came. In the beginning, when they started to see both of us together, they suspected something. But as being children, they probably never read the newspaper, or they would have known. Well, I am not in a hurry to inform them.

We had our first actual class as history, and it is as boring as they say. But also, the fact is that the data of Professor Binns has not only expired but also outdated. Like he doesn't know anything significant about recent history, and it's not like anything significant happened other than just a war. I mean, nothing of such significance. When a Hufflepuff asked about it, he gave an answer, alright, and a bloody good one at that. He said, "That was not a war; that is just a goddam squabble. If you they call that a war, you will cry if you see a real war now. The war against goblin was a real war, and when Grindelwald fought against the world, that was a war. This was a petty squabble that resulted in nothing." He instantly rose in my favorite ranking and instantly dropped due to his recording started to play back.

After his class, we walked towards the dungeon, and I silently thanked the hat for placing me in Ravenclaw. At least it was not cold like it's freezing in the dungeon. Terry was shaking a bit due to the cold, and I also sat with him in potions, and Daphne sat with Morag. Apparently, she is in just casual talking phase with her so that's fine. Finally came the greasy Professor Snape; somehow his robe is defying gravity while there is not even a breeze in this classroom. Now finding out about how he makes his robes flutter, now that would be a worthy mystery to solve.

"There will be no foolish wand-waving or silly incantations in this class. As such, I don't expect many of you to appreciate the subtle science and exact art that is potion-making. However, for those select few... Who possess, the predisposition... I can teach you how to bewitch the mind and ensnare the senses. I can tell you how to bottle fame, brew glory, and even put a stopper in death."

Then he proceeded to write step by step about how to make a cure for boils and left us to our devices and proceeded to throw death glare at everybody. Daphne was the first to finish, and then I finished mine. We both earned five points for our house each. Finally, the classes were over. The rest of the day, I spent my time with my friends and had a good long chat with Blaise. He told me about what happened in their potions class and what went. They were exactly the same in books, but this time something definitely changed, as Harry was able to answer the question: "What would I get if I added powdered root of asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?" which was Draught of the Living Dead, and he was able to answer that because he apparently accompanied Hermione to the library when he had nothing else to do and just remembered it due to its name. How do I know this? Well, they both were sitting right in front of us where Daphne was looking through potions books. I had thought, 'Maybe this version of Harry won't be so dumb, but we will see.'

After that, dinner came, and we all went to bed. I waited for Terry to fall asleep, and he is a damn heavy sleeper; I will bet he can sleep through a disaster. I came up to the common room and saw Daphne waiting. I said in a low voice, "You know, one of these days we will get caught, and people will think we do all sorts of indecent stuff." She, without even looking, said, "Let them think, or you don't want me to do all of that stuff." She has a teasing smile, and I just looked at her in amazement and said, "That is not a way for a noble young lady to talk." She looked at me dead in the eye and said, "You are the one to talk. You lost that right to act like a noble in front of me a long time ago." I got nervous, "Yes, I have, but still, I do all the flirting and teasing stuff, not you. That's my thing." She started walking towards the exit and said, "It's our thing." I just gave up and went to the Room of Requirement.

Inside the room, I first went into my soul form or commonly known as astral projection, then slowly started to guide her consciousness towards where her soul was. After a while, I felt a shockwave of magical energy. Apparently, Daphne also felt it when I made a connection to my soul. I had already given her a detailed explanation of how to proceed after connecting to the soul, and I let her be. I went inside my soul realm and started to terraform the land with golden trees, clear rivers, and giant mountains.

I don't know after a long time I had finally completed it, and finally, I decided to turn towards Asgard, as I call it. It is not the MCU Asgard but the God of War Asgardin the game, which in my opinion, is a much better description of Asgard. I am also thinking about the security options, but for now, I will just let it be for now and work on it later. I will first need to develop a much better foundation and then work towards the finer details. I also touched my mage sight gift and gained an ability to see the purity of one's soul and discern the truth from lies, and become quite literally a human life detector. As it is easy to hide what's in one's mind, but their soul can never lie unless they truly believe in something that is false to be true.

After a while, I opened my eyes and saw Daphne was still not done. I decided to use that time to find everything about ritual magic for her. We have both promised that no matter what we will share our burdens, no matter how difficult the situation may be. So, I am fully trusting her with everything related to the ritual, even decided to gave her the copy of the ritual and i will focus on getting the material' s . After about 4 hours, she finally opened her eyes, stood up, walked up to me, and snuggled into me. I asked, "Are you okay?" She just nodded her head. "Then why are you acting like this?" To that, she finally said, "I was just wondering. You needed to figure out everything all on your own. You told me what to do, and after I did, I realized how difficult it would have been for you, as you had to figure things out on your own. If you had somehow messed it up, what would have happened to you?" I just held her close and didn't say anything. Then she started to talk in an authoritative voice, "Solaris you will finish everything related to soul magic this year, and from next year onwards, for our entire second year, you will not do anything. And I mean it when I say if you touch any other topic for the entire second year, you will see how bad I can be. DO YOU UNDERSTAND, SOLARIS?" I was thinking, 'She said my full name two times; huh, I will be killed if I don't agree. Except for the Basilisk corpse, I don't need anything else. So, I am not doing anything.' and just agreed to her word for word. After what felt like an eternity of scolding, we fell into each other's embrace and just went to sleep.
