Guardian of the Pacific: The Incredible Adventures of the Giant Turtle

The boy woke up as a giant turtle in the Pacific Rim. This is a story about a guy with a good moral compass. If you want to read how MC destroys cities and sinks ships, then this fanfic is not for you. There will be no magical transformation back into a human. This is my first fanfic. English is not my native language, so I used a translator. In the first chapters, I used GPT for some paragraphs of text, but the result is not satisfactory. Then everything is manual work. I do not own the rights to the universe and characters in this story.

The Cobra

The meat was very tasty. This is not toxic Kaiju meat, but real meat. After cooking the goat on the fire, I quickly ate it. Such meat gave me a lot of energy and strength. Even when I ate a whole Kaiju, I didn't feel as full as I do now.

Fuhhh

I exhaled, sitting on the rock with a full stomach. A whole pile of bones lay next to me. I leaned back, rubbing my stomach.

SHHHHHHH

I heard something coming towards me with hissing sounds. Looking in that direction, I noticed how the trees in the forest were swaying, some trees were cracking and falling. A huge snake of dark gray color crawled out from the forest.

The snake constantly stuck out its tongue, tasting the air. She slowly approached the pile of bones. She behaved quite confidently and kept her eyes on me.

[This goat was too annoying. There was no way I could catch him.] The snake told me. She looked at me and kept moving. The snake circled around me and the bones.

I didn't answer her. It was a venomous snake because it had the shape of a cobra and its skin expanded from time to time on the body near the head. Maybe the Titans had good immunity, but I wasn't sure I wouldn't get hurt if bitten by a venomous cobra of that size.

The cobra circled and then crawled up to the bones and began to swallow them. This started to annoy me. This snake acted as if it was not afraid of me. Moreover, I had the feeling that I should have been afraid of her.

[Stop!] I said to the cobra as I stood up. I took a step closer to the snake and kicked the ground, causing an earthquake.

The cobra stopped eating and looked up, straight into my eyes. She hissed and widened, trying to sound scary.

[You don't need these bones, why are you stopping me?] The snake was angry with me.

[The problem is not in these bones, but in you! Do you know why I called you here?]

[I do not know. We heard you when you called to the likes of us, far from here. Now you come here and call us. What are we for? Do you want to be an Alpha like other creatures like you?] I didn't like the way this sly snake spoke at all. With her words, she tried to compare me to those stupid clones (they're not that stupid, it's just that the first impression made him biased). In other words, she makes me look stupid.

GGRRRR

I growled with a frown on my face.

[Or maybe you called us to kill like this poor goat?] The cobra said again. She crawled away from bones and started moving around me again, keeping her eyes on me. She was constantly licking the air with her tongue.

[You guessed it!] As soon as I said that, I immediately rushed towards her and started charging my fire breath. The cobra reacted very quickly and started running back into the forest.

RRRAAAHHH

I released fire from my mouth and it flooded the entire valley around me. The fire spread around, burning the trees. He moved on, getting stronger and bigger, being strengthened by firewood.

When I stopped releasing the fire, everything around me was black and burnt, but the cobra was nowhere to be seen. She somehow ran away too quickly and it was suspicious. Such large creatures cannot disappear so easily, so I went looking for her.

I didn't have to walk far. After taking several tens of steps, I noticed a hole in the ground. It was some kind of large cave, and, most likely, the cobra escaped here. Unfortunately for her, caves were the worst place to hide.

Crouching over the cave, I opened my mouth and let fire into it. A stream of golden fire burst into the cave, melting and burning everything inside.

KKSSHHHH

I felt something bite my leg from behind. Stopping the fire, I turned my head sharply and caught the burnt cobra by the head, which was trying to bite my skin. She could not pierce the hide with her fangs. My skin was like stone and very thick.

The cobra hissed and squirmed as I held its head and lifted it closer to my face to examine it.

SSHHH

[I have been sitting here all day waiting for someone to come, but they are all standing far away and not coming. I thought they were afraid of me because I ate that goat, but it turns out they are afraid of you.]

[Let me go!] The snake hissed. It was big enough to wrap completely around my hand and tried to squeeze it, but I felt almost no pressure.

[It's a little rude of you to use me to eat someone. This is not polite at all. With your mind, you could be very strong, but you chose to mess with me.]

[Others were dying from my bite. How did I know your skin was so hard? So why did you call us?] I don't know what she was hoping for when she tried to talk to me like she was innocent, but the change in her tone annoyed me.

SHH

She managed to let out a short hiss before I pierced her brain with my claw. Her lifeless body hung like a piece of rag in my hand.

'Interesting! Does this cobra's venom affect the Kaiju?'I thought as I watched the venom drip from the cobra's jaws. But after thinking about it better, I decided to throw the snake somewhere between the rocks so that no one could see it. Even if I smear the poison on the ax, it evaporates quickly.

It is also useless to leave this snake for research, because all these creatures were first in laboratories, and people have probably already learned everything about them.

After another day of waiting, the rest of the animals began to gather to me. They approached with fear. The herbivores stayed at a great distance from me and did not dare to come closer. The diversity of animals in South America was greater than in Africa. This was because there were thick forests and mountains where you could hide.

The main thing I noticed here was that most of the animals had a mate. Horses, tigers, bears and even a wolverine came. As in Africa, there were no insects, but the clones all came. All I could smell in the distance were some bugs the size of a bus, but they didn't come here, even if they were close enough. Obviously they weren't smart enough to understand the language of the Titans.

Among the animals there were many lizards and a few more snakes, but none of them were poisonous, or they were not as aggressive as the cobra, because the animals were not afraid of them. There were many times more demi-titans than clones.

8 clones stood closest to me. They all watched me in silence. As in Africa, I waited for everyone to gather.

[From the words of this cobra, you all heard my voice when I was on the other side of the planet. I'm glad you came, even though I killed a goat and a snake in front of you.] I could sense that it bothered them, but they were more relieved that the cobra was dead.

[That snake killed two of us.] Said one of the clones standing not far from me and I nodded my head to him. Now it is clear why everyone was afraid of her. The clones were the strongest here, so killing two of them made her feel the strongest and everyone feared her. Even though the cobra was unable to bite my skin, I still felt a burning sensation at the site of its bite.

[I called you here to secure your future. You were created by humans, but they did it using my blood!]

I told them everything I wanted from them, just as I had done in Africa. This time I did not feel any resistance or indignation against people from them. I could only assume that they had sensed how the clones had started to die after my previous summon in Africa. Therefore, they knew how their resistance would end. Even the dumbest lizards nodded their heads, accepting everything I told them.

This time I was more relaxed and told them more about the war with the other world, about the White Thorns and how to live with humans.

As I watched these creatures, I involuntarily smiled to myself. These creatures were beautiful and strong. They were intelligent and were ready to live in peace with people. I especially liked horses. There were not many of them, only 4, but they were magical animals. Especially the black giant with beautiful muscles on his body.

All these beings were the future of this planet. Humans will not be able to exterminate them, and they will be able to thrive on earth, and future generations of humans will admire these creatures.
