4 | Achilles

Hearing the name Achilles both Robert and John were surprised, and John being the senior most person here he asked "As in the Commander of The Myrmidons Army?"

"Yes." Achilles replied.

Robert looked at him and said "I thought that you won't be coming to Westeros."

Smiling at Robert, Achilles asked "My uncle who had raised me as his own son with his kids and my cousin whom I always considered as my brother was killed by that Mad King. Do you want me to be silent about it and sit in a corner?"

Hearing the tone of Achilles, John said "Achilles, you're speaking to the King."

Looking at John he raised his eyebrow and said "So? He's not my King."

Hearing that John's eyes went wide and was about to say something, he was stopped by Robert who said "He's right about that. I'm not his King."

John was surprised by that so he looked at Robert to give him an explanation, so Robert did "He's not the citizen of Westeros. He was born in the North, yes, but not a citizen of Westeros."

"How is that possible?" John asked.

"That's a long story and I don't have the time for that." Achilles said, then looking at Ned he said "Sit down before you hear what I have to say."

Hearing that all the three men sat down as he was the one who went to retrieve Lyanna.

As they were seated, he said "I have decided to marry Elia Martell."

Robert spat his drink on John when he heard that, then looking at Achilles he said "Tell me why I shouldn't kill you along with her and her dragon spawns?"

Ned looked at Robert horrified and said "What are you saying Robert, both of them are babies."

Robert looked at Ned and said "They are Rhaegar's spawns, you think that they won't come for the claim of the Throne?"

As he asked this question, laughter was heard from the side. Looking at Achilles who was laughing while holding his stomach Robert asked "Anything funny about what I said?"

"Mmm a lot." Saying that he looked around for a bit and swung his hand, then taking out three papers from the pouch that was hanging on his hip and giving each of them to the three of them he said "Sign at the bottom. I will tell you only after that."

John Arryn was skeptical so he looked at what was written and to his surprise it was nothing serious, it's just a contract that says Achilles didn't want anyone else other than three of them to know what he was about to tell them.

Looking at Achilles John said "Is there any good in signing this?"

"Yeah. I can keep it a secret so can John, but I'm not so sure about Robert." Ned said.

Robert just grunted and signed the contract without any delay. Then looking at Achilles he said "Tell me now."

Ned had already signed the contract as he didn't have any doubt about his elder cousin. John was the last one to sign it as he waited for Robert to sign.

Nodding at them Achilles said "There are two things at play here. One you got the throne for the right of conquest, just like Ageon I did all those years ago."

Three of them nodded at that, because that is relatable. The Targaryen's just came and conquered the seven kingdoms and became its ruler, so the same rule applies to Robert.

Then John asked "What's the second thing?"

"Second one is that, both Rhaenys Targaryen and Aegon Targaryen, " Hearing the names Robert grunted as he had deep hatred towards Rhaegar and the Targaryen House. "Are my kids."

At that all three of them froze on their position and looked at Achilles with a stupefied expression. The first one to break out was Robert as he started to laugh his ass out. Hearing Robert's laughter, both Ned and John came back to their senses and Ned asked "How?"

"Mmm..... Well, I bed her two times and she had my kids." Achilles said.

"Not that! When did this happen?" Ned asked.

"Did you know that Rhaegar and I were friends once?" Achilles asked.

"Yeah." Ned replied.

"Elia and I were in love with each other, and Rhaegar was our witness. But her mother was against the relationship, so she proposed to then Queen Rhaella Targaryen, about the marriage between Elia and Rhaegar. She in turn asked Rhaegar for it and he didn't want to intrude in our relationship, but as her mother started to be persistent Elia agreed. But, we three came to an understanding, and Rhaegar agreed to raise my kids as his own until he finds his love."

"So you're saying that, both the kids are bastards born out of wedlock?" John Arryn asked.

Just as he finished his question, he felt a sharp edge very close to his throat and heard Achilles saying "They.Are.My.Kids!"

John just nodded without any large movement and mentally noted that never an enemy of Achilles.

Robert, who had calmed down from his laughter, said "Okay, take it easy, he's just asking."

Achilles withdrew his sword and said "Since Rhaegar is dead, I decided to officially marry her. There won't be any problems from Dorne as Doran and Oberyn already know our relationship and the status of the kids."

"Alright, we can do that." Robert said, with a smile hanging on his face.

But then, Ned asked something that made both Robert and John stop their thinking process again. "Then what about Ashara? Because last time I heard she was wedded to you in front of the Old Gods."
