The World Vs Madara 1

The air was heavy, the sight that just happened was too great. A perfect jinchūriki was trapped in a genjutsu and was left in such a state… thanks to Itachi and I looking far younger than we were, they had a second shock when they remembered we were just 11 years old.

"He always goes and steals the show," I said lightly, ignoring A who had a face that was black and blue, with blood running down his face. I patted A's back, before walking off, heading towards the Minato who was unwilling for any of this to happen. But the council had spoken… it's not like anyone put the council in a genjutsu to push those for their personal gains.

It took some time, but soon everyone was sitting down, well almost everyone since A and the other members of the village hidden in the cloud left.

"What was that?" It took some time, but soon Rasa spoke, wanting information. Since when was it so easy for a High Kage to be so dominated within a fight? And what was the jutsu Itachi used?

"My sharingan are special, they give me energy control down to the atomic level. In other words, I have an infinite amount of chakra." I said with a relaxed smile, causing everyone's heart to skip a beat

"In other words, I should be able to create an infinite number of clones, all able to fight as if I had full chakra. That's not even adding how I remain in sage mode." I said with a smile, sending chills down everyone spun as they realized they were standing before a one-man army.

After a few more hours, the Kage Summit came to an end. There were 2 main things that the 4 Kages came to agree upon. The first thing was that they would join the Hidden Leaf in their battle with Madara. Madara was indeed the biggest danger to the hidden leaf, something that could destroy everything they had, so they had to work together to deal with him.

the second greatest agreement had to do with me. After showing proof that I pretty much had an endless amount of chakra, they wanted me to stay away from any conflict they might have in the future. Meaning, that unless 3 out of the 5 Kages agreed for me not to join the battlefield, I was forbidden from even stepping foot on the battlefield.

After seeing me make 100,000 clones, each clone able to fight as if they had 100% of their chakra... well, let's say that number of clones was enough to conquer the world. Even in the anime, there were only 80,000 shinobi that took part in the 4th shinobi war.

"What are you doing?" Shisui entered the lab, where he saw me currently working with Orochimaru, on some Hashirama cells. I was working with some extremely small sharp tips, which I channeled blue and red into, allowing me to break apart the DNA, and rebuild it.

"I'm pushing my energy control to the next level. I'm trying to take the DNA of a rat and rewrite it into that of Hashirama DNA... Harder said than done." I said with a sigh, causing Shisui to use his MS to see my actions.

"His blue can break apart the data within one's DNA, and Red can push the data around. with the two working together, he could rewrite the very data installed into the DNA." Orochimaru who was under the effect of Kotoamatsukami spoke.

"Well, I came to report the findings with Kotoamatsukami. I can use both of them once every hour thanks to the Hashirama cells." Shisui said, to which I nodded lightly while looking up at him for a moment. Wait, wasn't it once per day for Danzo within the anime?

Let's first take a step back. Hashirama could be said to be the alpha Senju, the same for Kushina, and Madara. But when these 3 come together, one could create the Sage Of Six Paths.

Members of the Uchiha clan first gained Madara's bloodline, which was far easier to fuse with them. Using the Rinnegan, I was able to get Madara cells out of them. By first having them become an Alpha Uchiha, they could better fuse with Kushina cells, before fusing with Hashirama cells.

The order for the Uchiha clan was first Madara cells, Kushina cells, and Hashirama cells. This is because the Uzumaki clan was a lesser version of the Senju clan.

"Now, I guess all you have to do is wait for your body to adapt to the two powers inside you. It's unclear if you would awaken the Rinnegan faster than Madara did. But it would make sense if you did." I said calmly to which Shisui nodded while putting a scroll down. that scroll held the information of everything he had gone through while fusing with his genetics. It was something to ensure Shisui remained healthy.

"When are you going to fuse with the gentic?" Shisui asked to which I shrugged as I didn't need the fusion. I only needed it to gain the Rinnegan. Shisui's capability had truly improved, his body was growing to rival the likes of a Senju and Uzumaki, while his mental energy was growing to rival the likes of Madara... no, it might go beyond them.

"I plan to use red and blue to improve my genetics," I said calmly, to which Shisui shrugged while heading off.

"If you feel like you're close to awakening wood release, tell me," I said to which Shisui nodded lightly. The wood release was the rarest form of Kekkai Genkai. There were many reasons for this,

it has the highest Versatility. Wood Release allows the user to create and manipulate wood and plant life in a variety of ways. This includes erecting wooden structures, controlling wooden entities, and even using wood-based attacks and defenses.

Wood's release was powerful. The wooden constructs created through Wood Release are highly durable and resistant to damage. They can be used to block or defend against powerful jutsu.

The wood release gives one unmatched healing capability. Some Wood Release techniques can rapidly grow plants and vegetation. This allows the user to heal injuries or rejuvenate the surrounding environment.

The wood release could also suppress tail beast chakra and other forms of chakra.

(A/N: It's only said that wood release suppresses tail beast chakra, and I honestly don't see why it can't suppress normal chakra. I kind of want to see wood release as the god tree, which could just suck the life force out of a person. So, I'm doing just that. Wood Release can absorb the lifeforce within the 9 tails chakra, this was seen when Naruto who entered KCM 1 caused the wood created through wood release to grow into a tree. Why can't it absorb others?}

These reasons made Wood release overpowered, imagine fighting someone who needs no jutsu to heal from injuries. Imagine fighting someone who had so much life force, that he would create powerful structures the size of mountains to rain blows down upon you. 

"... wait, I did gain earth affinity without trying," Shisui said to which I nodded lightly, not impressed.

"So did Itachi, my dad, Sasuke, Naruto, Minato, and everyone else. They all gained a stronger affinity towards Water, Earth, Fire, Yin, and Yang. Since they are yet to show any hint of gaining wood release, it's safe to say they wouldn't." I said calmly, to which Shisui nodded lightly before heading off.

Boom

the cells I was working on exploded with roots, I smirked lightly while using blue, having all of the roots be sucked into Blue, destroying it within the false Infinity I had created. 

"You did it?" Orochimaru asked, to which I nodded lightly.

"It just needed a lot of chakra. when I rewrote it, it was pretty much a dying battery seeking lifeforce, and once it did, this happened." I said with a smile. This was a step closer to creating my Genetic Jutsu, which should be used with Purple since Purple was the fusion of Blue and Red. if I could control that imaginary force, I should be able to channel it into my being, using it on my cells, rewriting them.

Taking the newly edited cells, I went to a rat which I got to work on...

Elsewhere, the reanimated Madara stood, his eyes cold while writing in the scroll to improve the reanimated jutsu. This jutsu was created by Tobirama, maybe the best shinobi in history when it came to creating jutsu. But He was Madara, breaking down the jutsu and improving it with Black Zetsu's help, it was something that only needed a said amount of time.

"I found Obito." Black Zetsu said causing Madara to pause before nodding, he went to have Black Zetsu undo the reanimation jutsu, before summoning him once more using the newly improved jutsu...

Inside a cell, Yagura stood before the tortured Obito. Ready to end him, he had truly gone all out against Obito, leaving Obito wishing for death. Yagura looked hatefully at Obito, who could only lie in the pool of his blood.

"Kill me..." Obito said weakly, he had reached his limits long ago and just wanted death.

"I expected more from you Obito." A deep voice sounded behind Yagura, causing Yagura to freeze in shock. He turned around just to see Madara, towering over him. Yagura instantly froze seeing the two Rinnegan looking at him, cold as ever.

"Madara..." Obito said weakly, Madara ignored him, while he grabbed Yaguya's neck. The Kage was left powerless before the might of the weakened Madara, all chakra he tried to gather just being absorbed by Madara almost instantly leaving him horrified. Yaguya was easily knocked out, while Madara went on to break Obito free... but upon seeing Obito didn't have his eye, Madara sighed while knocking Obito out.

He went on to use a reverse summon, allowing a summon to summon Madara instead. This allowed Madara to appear within the cave, next to a huge lizard that he had summoned before leaving.

Now, Madara had everything he needed. Once he was able to bring himself to his prime... no, past his prime, he would have Obito bring him back to life, all while he built an army of reanimated shinobi which Black Zetsu shall command from the shadows... this was good, since the hidden leaf were making greater improvement upon Hashirama cells, he would kidnap one of their led researchers...
