3 Chapter 3: learning to cultivate

Having found the way to go in this new world made things easier for Wang and the elder who took him in.

Kurozaiwa would be in the care of the Wang family where he would learn how things go and would be given a task to do in the village.

There is a man named Takada who is in charge to teach all the young people who want to cultivate the basics of cultivation and martial arts who will be his instructor.

After a good night of sleep Kurozaiwa felt refreshed and was ready to go.

He had his first meeting with the instructor this morning when the sun rise, that's when it is the best time to learn to take Qi in when you don't have yet cultivated.

After learning basic breathing techniques from the instructor, Kurozaiwa had no trouble to turn it into practice and succeeded only after a few tries and had a sensation of warmth coursing through his body.

The instructor was a little amazed of how quick Kurozaiwa was successful after only a few tries because all the young people who had learned from him before took a few days to do it successfully and were not taking Qi in as rapidly as him.

Because the learning of breathing techniques was so quick, there was some time over in the training session the elder had decided.

Because of this the instructor took the decision to teach him the basics of body training. But body training is a lot harder and time consuming than Qi training and is not as effective in battle, because of this there are almost no one who do more body training than the basics after they learn to use Qi techniques who are considered more destructive.

Kurozaiwa did not agree with this, not because of experience but in his world on earth there were light novels of martial arts where body training was looked down upon but could also be a great card to be played against opponents who underestimated the importance of the body in a fight.

In the village there were no one who could  use Qi in battle, therefore the look of swordsmen with big swords and a big body.

After  finishing the theory of body training who consisted of running, squats, lifting weights and so on Kurozaiwa began his training.

Having to go through a mountain to go to school back and forth everyday and having a healthy lifestyle his body was in already good shape and fit to do a good deal of training but he could not help falling to the ground when he was three quart done with his training
