4 Chapter 4 : first crisis

The daily life of Kurozaiwa consisted first of breathing techniques to take Qi in in the morning, body training in the afternoon and the task he was assigned in the evening was taking the goats from the mountain back to the village.

And so time was going on for 3 years with no special events going on.

Kurozaiwa had made great progress with his cultivation, he had already achieved the 9th level of Qi condensation.

From when he had come to the village there were big changes to his physical condition, he had grown to a whole meter eighty and his muscles grew sturdier, we could say he was a fine young man.

The village had accepted him as one of their own and no problems raised during his stay. His rapid growth in cultivation was even a boost for the younger generation of the village. A year and half after his training had started he was already at the 6th stage of Qi condensation. He was seen as a genius for martial arts in the village.

Some sparing between younger generation was inevitable but they were all friendly, apart from light wounds and bruises there were no real injuries.

Kurozaiwa found himself at the edge from breaking Qi condensation to Qi foundation where the body would be able to store more Qi and would be where he could really be called a practitioner in cultivation.

On a day when he came back with the goats from the mountain, he hear a sharp cry coming from the forest near the village, the forest was barred from entry because monsters are roaming inside and there was no knowing what dangers lurked inside.

Hearing the sharp cry Kurozaiwa grew curious and was itching to go see what sort of monster it was, but because of the warnings of the elders he stopped and started to lead the goats back to the village.

Going back to the Wang household where he was staying since he came to the village he ate and did go to sleep like usual.

In the middle of the night he woke up to go to the restroom who are outside and did his business.

Coming back he stared to mountains and it reminded him of the cry he heard before, he could not help but getting excited again and could not help himself from walking to the forest.

After having walked for 30 minutes he saw big fresh trails on the ground and could not help being shocked at how big they were.

Seeing how big the trails were he found it a very bad idea to come here at night alone and with no weapon. He decided to go back to the village immediately, unfortunately he heard a breathing sound coming from behind and there were alarms ringing in his head.

One thought came to him and that was: I'm screwed.

Surely when he turned around he saw a silver gray beast of 6 meters high 8 meters large and 10 meters long. The bast looked like a wolf but much bigger then he was imagined them on earth.
