16 Ozpin knows Everything

After Ozpin's announcment of the official teams. Ruby and the gang proceeded to go to their respective dorm rooms, but before they were going to sleep.....

"I'm so happy for you Jin!" Yang said out loud as she and Ruby hugged him.

Jin just smiled in hearing Yang's praise, "Thanks guys, but it's not really that of a big deal."

"What are you talking about? You're an Elite, Jin. An Elite!" Ruby squeals in glee. Jin just shook his head as his sisters let go him.

"Sure yeah, but like the Headmaster said. I'll still be a student but will an assistant to the other teachers." Jin said to them.

"Well, after seeing the footage on how you fought in the Emerald Forest. I wouldn't be surprised if you'd be put on an advanced class." Blake said to him.

"Right, but I'm still a regular student if you asked me."

"You're not really gloating about your achievement. I thought you would be bragging about it." Weiss said with a sour look on her face. She wasn't happy that Ruby was the leader of her team and the same time that Jin was an Elite student in the first year.

Or at least on the outside, she was actually extremely happy for him.

Jin just shrugged and look at her, "Not really. My achievements are not that big. My achievement here doesn't mean anything once I became a huntsman."

'I'd more badass once I become an official huntsman.'

He didn't care that he was seen as an elite. But it doesn't mean that he doesn't value the trust that Ozpin gave him. He knew that Ozpin entrusted him a huge responsibility so he would be sure to do it well.

Though on the inside, Jin wanted to brag about it while smiling smugly to everyone.

'Must....stay....humble....to maintain a good image....'

"So, where are you sleeping?" Yang asked with curiosity.

"The headmaster told me that I would have my own room. Similar to yours, but the room is mine, as in solo." Jin said with a smirk on his face.

"Lucky!" Yang said with a pout along from Ruby.

"Well, we better sleep now. Its night time and class will start tomorrow." Jin said.

Everyone nodded in agreement and said goodnight to Jin before they went to their respective dorm rooms. Jin opened his room door and saw the place was really decent with four beds, a window and a good amount of space.

'This room is suppose to be for a team, but I'm having it solo huh. I don't know what to do with the extra beds and spaces though.....Meh, might as well leave it alone. I don't like decorating, too much effort.'

Jin placed his stuff on the bed and started to get changed into his sleeping clothes, which consists of a plain black shirt and red shorts. Jin picked his scroll up and turned it on, he opened the camera app and pressed record as he placed the cam in front of him.

"Well, here I am at Beacon Academy. The test is over and somehow I managed to become an Elite Student for the first year in here. I don't know why Headmaster Ozpin gave me this title, but I'm sure that he gave it to me as a sign of trust and a huge responsibility, that I will be sure to show it."

"I'm still skeptical with him and his intentions, but for now, I can say that I can trust him. This is Jin Rose, signing out." Jin ended with a smile with him raising his arms in farewell.

It was early in the morning.

Jin was peacefully sleeping in his room as the sunlight slowly touched his face.

When suddenly, he heard a loud whistle noise from the other side. Jin's eyes shot wide opened and he let out a groan. He knew that only one person would do that.

'Ruby' Jin thought with an annoyed look.

Jin's dorm was just right beside team RWBY and he couldn't really do anything about it as the room wasn't soundproof. Along with his heightened senses, he could hear them even if they talk in a low voice.

'Well at least I'll hear everything if they do some gossip around me. Hehehe.'

He then let out a sigh as he decided to get up and do some stretching. He took a quick shower and changed into his Academy uniform. Jin looks at the time and it was 8:00, which means that he can still grab some breakfast.

Jin went out from his dorm room and he walked towards the cafeteria. He could hear some noises coming from team RWBY's room, but he just ignored it all.

After eating his breakfast, Jin came back to check on his siblings and knocked on their door.

"Who is it?"

"Are you guys done?"

The doors opened and he was greeted by Ruby and the others, who were now wearing their Academy uniforms.

"Morning Jin." Yang said to his little brother. Ruby and others greeted also greeted him.

"Mornin." He gave them a small wave before checking around the room and notices that it was in a complete mess, especially the beds being piled on together.

"What happened here? This place looks when Yang had her bar fights?" Jin said before he quickly dodges Yang's smack and moved away from her.

"Don't underestimate my bestial instincts!" Jin said with a smirk on his face, which just irritated Yang.

"For your information, we are decorating the room." Ruby said to him. Jin just raised an eye brow at that.

"Decorating? This place looks like it was hit by a tornado or something." Jin muttered before he shook his head and turned to Ruby and Yang.

"Anyway, I just came to check on you guys. I can see that you're handling things here pretty fine.....Well, I'll see you later in class."

With that, Jin just left the room and completely ignored Ruby and Yang's attempt to speak to him.

He could tell that they wanted some help in their room. But there's no way in hell that he would help them in cleaning that place up. It was too much of a hassle.

With that, Jin walks his way towards the classroom, but on his way there, he heard someone calling him over.

"Ah, good morning Mr. Rose."

Jin looked to his right and he saw Professor Ozpin holding a mug of coffee.

'He really brings that mug everywhere huh.'

"Good morning headmaster."

Ozpin took a sip at his coffee, "Good to see our elite student being so punctual."

Jin smiled, "Well, I don't wanna be late now. I'm suppose to be a model student."

"Of course you are." Ozpin said before taking a sip at his coffee and continuing.

"Anyway, I'm telling you this in advance. Unlike the requirements of normal students, you will be tasked with different kinds of activities every now and then. So don't be surprised when you have a different task compared to other students."

Ozpin's eyes turned sharp for a moment before saying, "I expect nothing less from 'The Punisher' himself."

Jin's eyes widened in shock at his words. But he immediately calmed himself down and putted on a helpless smile.

'Who am I kidding. Of course he knew.'
