Dr Blush continued to explain to Gene. "You have been made to have the very best potential possible in martial arts and all kinds of areas. Your memorization and learning capabilities are greater than the best of geniuses. Your body has been configured to naturally adapt to all kinds of situations. You have extraordinary senses and many other innate talents. Right now you are starting in a weak state but as you experience many things, adapt, and work hard, you will find that you will progress at a very rapid rate. The more you improve yourself, the more you will receive new abilities or other improvements. Just think of it like a big game, the more effort you put in, the more you will be rewarded."
Dr. Blush had honed in on different traits and talents of the best in each profession to collect all kinds of samples of them to study.
One category for maximizing the intellect to a level where there were no genetic defects or abnormalities created was made using many geniuses like Dr. Gero, Dr. Briefs, Bulma, and many others. The best parts that stood out were recorded and tested with others until the perfected version had been created.
What came next was working on another area to maximize that potential alone until many were covered.
After that was going through a lot of trial and error to perfectly combine them. The finished model had been created from combined genetic traits while removing other influences like gluttony, emotional troubles, or other strange racial quirks. The personality of each creation would not influenced by those that had been used to create them.
Gene was a completely new being and had unlimited possibilities.

A small bag was dropped near Gene and the metallic door opened.
