The Revolutionary Army

After Percy dropped off King Sauce at the entrance of the Celestial Dragon Gate, the door that separates the Pangea castle from the rest of Mary Geoise, he went to look around with Orange for something to do. He had 7 days to burn before his escort mission resumed and figured that he walk around and look at the sites.

Percy and Orange was amazed how beautiful it was in the Domain of Gods, or the town built around the Pangea castle. They were awe-struck as they saw mansion after mansion and how clean the streets were. There was not a dust particle anywhere in sight.

As they walked around, they noticed footsteps ahead so they went to see who it was. There in the middle of the road was a celestial dragon who was riding a huge slave. He was not surrounded by guards, seeing as this was his home and he was talking with another world noble next to him. Surrounding the two were other slaves who had chains wrapped around their necks.

They turned the corner and saw the two marines. Immediately, both Percy and Orange got on their knees. Even though he was reluctant to, he knew he was not strong enough to resist the power of the celestial dragons. Not their power, but the power that was backing them. He'd rather take a loss now, then die fighting for his pride.

"Hmmm...commoners?" the world noble said as he stared at the two. "No, it's the marines. I guess it's that time for all these pests to intrude on our land isn't it Flam?" he asked as he looked at the woman next to her.

"It is, dear brother" the woman said as she too stared at the vice admiral. "Why aren't you in your designated area trash?"

"Your majesty-" Percy started before he was cut off

"It's your holiness, didn't they teach you anything in the marines. We are above all, therefore it's your holiness" Flam glared at the navy officer.

"Your holiness, we were heading there. We just came from escorting one of the kings to the Levely. I apologize for our mistake."

"Give me the girl" the man said as he stared at Orange, "and then we'll forget this happened."

Orange stared in horror at the world noble who was looking at her with lust in his eyes.

"I like that look" the noble went on, "it gives me chills just thinking about it."

Percy was fuming. He already had to lower himself to this brat, and now he wanted his woman. Fat chance. He was about to use his conqueror's haki when he stopped. He noticed that the nobles who had smiles on their face before, were motionless.

Percy glanced around to see Sengoku turning the corner with a scowl on his face. The nobles were still frozen as he walked up to Percy and Orange.

"Are you okay?" he asked as he looked at the pair.

"Aren't we going to get into trouble?" Orange asked worriedly as he stared at the world nobles.

"No, marines are above slavery." Sengoku said as he glared at two people who were surrounded by slaves.

"They cannot make any marine a slave unless said person committed a crime. These people know that, but they don't care. When they wake up, they'll complain, but ultimately nothing will happen."

"Thank you, thank you" Orange started to cry into Percy's shoulder which he laid his hand on her head.

"Don't worry. With me around, nothing will ever happen to you" Percy said as he comforted her.

Sengoku looked at the two with a wide grin on his face, "So that's how it is."

Percy and Orange turned beet red and they face other directions. The time training together on Garp's ship led to them coming closer together.

"Let's go" Sengoku said as his face turned serious again, "They technically can't touch us, but we certainty can't use conqueror's haki on them."

Later that day; Percy, Dragon, Borsalino, and Sakazuki were sitting around a table filled with food and wine talking.

"So I kicked him into a mountain and it exploded" Borsalino said as he recounted one of his newest missions.

"Hoooo... you've grown much stronger Borsalino" Percy said as he looked at the future admiral. "Where are you assigned now?"

"Technically I'm in charge of G-4 in paradise, but I mainly work in the New world."

"That sounds about right" Percy nodded, certainly he was too strong for paradise and needed to further his experience in the New world.

"And you Sakazuki"

"G-2" Sakazuki said as he was eating. "I cant deploy my justice against these weaklings so I requested to also be sent to the New world."

Percy again nodded. "At least you get to go into a base, *sigh* I'm still not allowed for another 2 years."

"That's what you get for making backroom deals" Sakazuki said staring pointedly at Percy, "they always backfire."

"Perhaps" Percy said as a smile appeared on his face, "though I now can grow stronger without dealing with all the bureaucrat bullsh*t."

"Anyways" Percy started talking again as silence filled the room, "have you noticed anything odd here?"

"What do you mean" Dragon asked as a frown appeared on his face. "Aside from the slaves?"

"Well that's a given, but no I'm not talking about that. You used the moving walkways right?"

"Yeah, and?" Borsalino said as he was humming to himself.

"Did you activate observation haki while here?"

"What for?" Sakazuki said as a frown too appeared on his face. "It's not like we are in a battle."

"You are limited by your mindset Sakazuki" Percy said as he placed one foot on the table.

"Just try it when you enter your quarters tonight. You'll be surprised."

*********************************************************************************************************It was in the middle of the night when a knock was heard at the door. Percy got out of his bed, expecting something like this happening. He opened the door to see Dragon with a scowl on his face.

"What's wrong?" Percy said as he let the future revolutionary army leader into his room.

"I did... we all did." Dragon responded as he was still scowling.

"And?"

"Borsalino shrugged his shoulders and said 'this is Mary Geoise, what do you expect' Sakazuki basically said the same thing with less words."

"And what do you think?" Percy asked anticipating his answer.

"It's wrong. It's all wrong. They have so much people slaves here, from every race. This is a dark place."

"True, and you haven't seen what's going inside the mansions."

"And you have?"

"Yes" Percy lied, his haki range wasn't long enough to cover all the mansions. If he wanted to look closer, he needed to get nearer the world noble's homes, but wasn't willing to take that risk.

"It's basically torture in there for slaves. They are beaten and experimented on for the noble's pleasure. The slaves are subjected to all kinds inhumane things that I do not wish to describe" Percy said exaggeratedly.

Dragon was silent before asking, "What can be done?"

"In chess, if a person cannot win, then their best option is to smash the board."

"...you want to topple the world government?"

"I want to kick those damn celestial dragons off their high horses." Percy said as he looked into Dragon's eyes. "They cannot keep their reign of terror continuing from one generation to the next."

"...you're right. But we're two men, we can't change anything."

"You think so?" Percy asked

"We need allies!" Dragon said standing up. "There must be others who want to join our cause, but we need to seek them out."

"One of us needs to gather allies" Percy said as Dragon was pacing around the room.

"Exactly, one of us can work from the inside while the other one is controlling our new organization."

"I can be your inside man" Percy said as he looked into Dragon's passionate eyes. He knew that the spark was born. All he needed to do was wait.

"But, it can't be now." Dragon said as he came back to reality. "I'm still a rear admiral technically. I need to be able to move across the Grand line plus the Four Blues without being discovered. For that, I need to be like you, a vice admiral but no base to manage."

"Ask your father, I'm sure he can put in a good word for you. Anyways, when you leave, how is your father going to react?"

"I'll let him know what I'm doing."

"Are you nuts, he's going to kill you, and me if he discovers-"

"No, I'll tell him that I am trying to save the world, not throw it into chaos. Also, no one else will know your involvement."

"But you gathering allies will by nature, sow chaos throughout the world" Percy added on letting Dragon know the consequences of his actions.

"Briefly, after we gather enough support... we'll only target the world government anyways. We need to protect the citizens after all."

"Alright then" Percy said as he too stood up, "when my punishment ends, I'm sure to become the next admiral. When that happens, you will have a larger supporter in the marines."

"The only question is when do I resign?"

"Not until I become admiral." Percy said decisively. "It would be foolish if you have no backer initially to support your endeavors."

Dragon agreed, "All that's left is for the organization's name."

"It'll be yours, what do you think."

"Well, we are starting a revolution to topple the world nobles. Let's call it the Revolutionary Army!"

At that time, no one knew that the agreement by two men would cause such a stir that would affect the world's future.

revolutionary army is born. all hail dragon.
