Chapter 4: small happiest

The soldier Bought Hans to a wagon, when he saw was what pulling it, He was a little shocked but he wasn't surprised, instead of being a normal horse it was lizard like creature, it was as big as a horse.

The creature look like a normal lizard you would find, grayish brown skin and scale

The soldier told him to get up before throwing a small bag at him. Hans climbed in opening the cloth that is use to block the entrance of the wagon, he grabbed a small bag and sit down

the wagon started to move, In total there was only him and one more kid, she was a small black haired girl, he couldn't see her eye as she was closing it.

He peek out the cloth one last time,seeing a white building with concrete slowly getting farther and farther.

it seem the orphanage wasn't close to any city or town, Hans didn't saw Mark vehicle so he just signed and lead back.

Hans then look at the bag the soldier throw at him, can it even be called a bag? it just seem like some old clothes badly stitched together.

he open it, there was only 2 loaf of bread, he glanced at the girl, she also get one bag too, then he noticed she was crying, Hans didn't pay any attention and just look out the Wagon.

' goddamnit, why was I here when I didn't even have a good core, should I pray to a god or something?" actually since he was 2 year old the nuns been making the children pray every afternoon.

The prayer wasn't the same language, it was a werid language so he wasn't able to tell what he said, but the kids slowly pick up how to say the prayer slowly.

After being alone with his thoughts and seeing only green fields he glance at the girl again, it seem like she was also looking outside.

he didn't say hi to her instead he just took out a loaf of beard in the bag and break it in half, he then eat it.

soon after he finish it the girl ate her bread too, Hans placed the bag as a pillow and just close his eye, he didn't have anything to do so he might just rest.

it has been 1 and a half day on the Wagon, the wagon only stopped once in the nighttime, the night was cold, Hans was dress in thin long pant and t-shirt which made it hard to stop shaking.

Having no opinion both of the kid must stay close together to try to stay warm, no word was spoken when it happened.

both of them made through the night, Han just had half a bread for breakfast and continue watching the view, when it was the afternoon Hans started to saw some Wagons

Hans was excited, he watches the people carrying stuff with the big lizard, some aren't lizards but he actually saw a horse, the horse had 6 leg which made him pause for a bit but it was comforting to see an animal that is look like it from earth.

he got some tears in his eye but he wipe it off,the girls watched too she also look excited, Now that hans think about it, this girl was bought to the orphanage at 4 year old.

So she had an outside life, "please the goddess take me home to my Mom" Hans glance at the girl, she was holding her hand together and crying a bit.

"please I want mom" she put her hand up to her head like she was begging, Hans feel sad for her but also for himself, ' I got to have some self pity' he shake his head trying not to smile at his stupidity, at least he was trying to cheer himself up.

soon they were in a small town, he watched as the people walk by, it look like Europe old buildings, he still couldn't guess the era but he didn't think too much,finally he saw the outside world.

He then saw 2 kid playing together, around eight years old, " HEY CATCH" one of the kid seem to put his hand out and make a small water bubble fly out of a puddle on the ground before it hit his firend.

' Wow is that magic?' he watch in amazed as the girl that got hit make a mad face at him before smirking and making a small gush of wind blowing the kid hat away and landing in the same puddle.

Hans nearly fall out the Wagon in an attempt to watch them closely, but the tour didn't last long, soon the town got smaller and smaller in the distance untill it was gone.

the girl didn't said anything, she took a look at the town but it probably wasn't the same one that her parent was at, so she cried.

Hans was just watching her cry, he felt a little bad but look around a bit before grabbing the girl bag with food and giving it to her.

" please don't cry ,I am sure you will meet them, for now just eat up" Hans give her a little small smile, the girl look at him and did what he said.

she just stiffed and eaten her last piece of bread Hans still have 1 more loaf but he decided to keep it for now since he wasn't hungry, he was more thirsty.

soon after a while, it now the evening, the Wagon made a turn that was going off the big road. a building was slowly getting in sight, Hans noticed this and hold his bag close to him. A new beginning await him
