Chapter 187: Please leave !

Alyssa begun crying when she read all the messages.

She put her phone aside and and slammed on the couch.

' God, Why does such things keep happening ? Am I not good enough ? '

She asked herself staring up at the ceiling.

' But I just cant sit like this. I have to make it clear to Calcel..." She thought and immediately got up.

Calcel who had just watched it with David and Jenny was felt with disappointment because whatever these people said sounded true. He excused himself without a word and left to his room.

" Calcel...." Jenny called and got up to follow him.

" Ms Jenny..." David called and Jenny looked back at him.

" Don't you see ? He is angry. " Jenny could tell from his look.

" I know. But give him space.." David begged.

Jenny agreed and sat back.

" I will go to my room..." David said to her and walked away.

Calcel sat on his bed and replayed the video again.

' Marvis, Did you lie to me ? Why would you lie to us ? '

He asked himself and alot ran in his mind.

Alyssa was driving to the Mansion and when she arrived she hurried out of the car and rushed inside.

Jenny saw her when she had just entered and went to her. She reached for her hands surprised to see her.

" Marvis, What brings you here at this time ? " Jenny asked with concern.

" I need to talk to Calcel. Is he around ? " Alyssa asked even though she was still panting.

" He just went to his room. " Jenny Answered.

" I am sure he watched the video. Whatever they said is not true. I have to talk to him.." Alyssa begged and you could see how worried she looked in her face.

" Oh..then go up to his room. " Jenny said.

Alyssa knew his room and she ran to the stairs and went to his room.

Calcel was still in thoughts when he heard the door open and on looking there Alyssa stood there. She didn't walk inside. She was scared of what he would do to her.

Calcel got up and went to her..he pulled her inside and locked the door.

" What brings you here ? " He asked in his cold tone.

Alyssa went to hold his hands but he immediately pulled them out which scared her. Calcel added on looking away from her and stood with his arms akimbo.

" What is it ? " He asked

Alyssa sighed with tears as she well knew that she was in a total mess.

" About what they said earlier, Its not true. " She cried.

He turned to look at her and that's when she noticed that he was also crying. He must have been hurt by whatever he had heard.

" What do you mean its not true ? " He shouted.

" My father and I never did what they said. Everything I told you was true."

" Huh..." chuckled.

" You broke up with Derrick after your pregnancy didn't you ? "

" Your father took money from his family isn't ? "

" And you you went bankrupt, You ran away , After the accident they took you in but you still abandoned tem after getting the money from the competition , If they are true then why did you really run away from your parents for the first time ?And when you won the 20million, Why didn't you back still ? Even after the Hopkinsville, You got yourself an apartment and you never moved in with your parents..i wonder why i didn't think of these things by then

." He yelled

" So...you don't believe me ? " She asked in tears.

" I can't trust a woman like you again. " He declared breaking her heart into pieces.

" please leave ! " He added and then walked away to his bed.

Alyssa felt shattered at the moment and her hard squeezed hard. She slowly turned and walked out of the room as there was nothing else to add.

Jenny was anxiousky waiting from the stair case when she finally saw Alyssa coming back.

" Marvis..." she called but her eyes were full of tears which Alyssa quickly dried off with her hands and said.

" Ms Jenny. I think i must leave.."

" But.."

" Good night." Alyssa cut her off and went.

Calcel sat on the bed and tears ran down his cheeks again. How could he be deceived like that.

Alyssa managed to drive back to her apartment and she went directly to her bedroom and slept.

The following morning, The paparazzi were waiting for her to arrive at the company but today she did not appear.

Rumors started spreading again that she refused to come because she was guilty of everything she had and they all concluded that whatever Derrick and Matt said was true.

Mr Hopkinsville didn't know what to do after the previous live and they were all waiting for Marvis to come and explain everything.

"It's already midday, But she's not here yet.." His secretary said.

" Make her a call. " Mr Hopkinsville ordered.

The Secretary called but the phone was off.

Alyssa was still in her bed and she had switched off the phone. When she finally woke up, She stretched her hand to the phone which she switched on and the first things she did was checking on her social media accounts.

People were still adding their comments which most of them were insults. She put the phone back and got off the bed. She went to the washroom and washed her face which after she brushed her teeth and went back to the room.

When she sat she remembered what Calcel said to her.

' I can't trust a woman like you again. Please leave ! '

She swallowed hard and lied on the bed again facing the ceiling.

' Now what's the use of telling everyone the truth yet the person I love the most doesn't believe me ? '

She asked in her mind and she was still like that when her phone rung. On checking and finding that it was the Camilla calling, She picked it.

" Marvis, Why haven't you reported ? " She asked.
