I was surprised for some of the comments of the system, it was like there was a guy watching everything I do writing to me. The idea made me feel uncomfortable, but after I got all those achievements and reward, I found it was foolish to not receive them at that moment. For example, those extra points in STR and END would have been welcome while carrying Hayley last night, but since the notifications were off, I didn't get them until now.
Also, I noticed that even if there was not a direct reward I could get achievements or another kind of prices for doing the system missions or other stuff, even if Hayley's mission didn't have a reward for them. I got another party member without expecting it, this was also a little scary since this means that the 6th person in the Chain mission was Hayley, and this means two things.
First, the fact that she joined us was something already planned or expected to happen, if this was already designed, we were already on a predefined path.

Even if the system told me that, to be honest, it doesn't help too much. The second option was that it was just a coincidence, but I don't think this is the right option… I believe that Hayley was the fifth member of the party since the beginning.
I had no idea how to do the main mission, but since it didn't have a time limit, I didn't worry about it. The system was better than I thought.

Before using the ticket, I was curious about what I could buy in the shop with 50 points, I opened and browse the shop for the first time.
I opened the first caught my attention.

[Telekinesis is an energy manipulation type. The lowest energy manipulation type is E-Rank, but those are flawed, real energy manipulation is D-Rank, and those are not available]
'Then Dante should be mind type and Rose a scout.'

The cheapest powers were taste enhancement and touch enhancement, they cost 100 points each, and the E- rank version was 500.
The F ranked power cost from 100 to 1000 points, and the E ranked cost from 500 to 5000 points. The most expensive was an all sense enhancement, that besides the classical 5 senses included a couple of extras that were not for sale. That was all the information I could get from the system.
The prices of the other types were the same for each rank. In the Scout, there were powers like the long-distance spy type (like Rose's) and infiltration types.
Finally, in the mind type, there were invasive and non-invasive. The invasive type forces your mind into the other mind, the non-invasive one is the opposite, it brings the mind of someone into the one using telepathy like a server where everyone connects.
At low levels, none was better than the other, but the invader has a couple of more nasty powers. This was the manipulation type as the name says it manipulates the mind of someone, it can be directly controlled, or a little more indirect methods like memory manipulation.
I didn't see the details of every power since I couldn't buy anything. But there were some interesting ones.
I continued browsing the shop. I was able to buy skills too, just level 1 and 2, and the cost of the abilities start at 50 points, but if I bought something I would return to 0 points, and I don't know how useful would be a level 1 skill, also if I practice something I should be able to get the skill.
I saw that besides the skills, there were regular books, this can be helpful.
In the current era, almost all the books are digitally distributed, so that means that after the meteor shower all the books that are not old enough to be in paper disappeared.
The next was weapons, attachments, and spares, except for the spares and some short melee weapons, most of them were older models. I was thinking of repairing the MRGR, but I had no idea what the problem was, I should ask G to take a look at it.
The last thing I saw were regular items, the gourmet food was interesting, and a lot of survival tools also caught my eye.
After browsing through the shop, I decided to buy just one thing. A Portable, Solar powered hot plate. It cost 25 points, totally worthy, we can cook again, and if we leave, we can take it with us.
I'm planning to make an excuse to leave the house in the afternoon for a while to check near houses for anything we can find, I was planning to bring the hot plate back at that time.
I entered the roulette to use the ticket.

Right now, the scout is not very useful for us, since we have Rose's clairvoyance, and Dante can explore and communicate with us while doing it, we don't need another scouting power.
Mind it's looking good, but enhance are the most practical and direct so it can help us more right now.
'Enhance'
In my mind a roulette started spinning, several symbols appeared in my mind, an eye, a tongue, a shield, a face, a running man. Some of them were pretty obvious, but for some of them, I was clueless about what they do, it stopped moving in a 2x.
I was speechless, if my theory is correct, even if they were from the lowest tier and were trash I was getting 2 powers from one ticket
The roulette started spinning again confirming my guess, and a second roulette appeared and started a couple of seconds later.
These were the longest seconds of my life. After what felt like hours the first roulette stopped again, and a hand appeared.

Once again, I was speechless, but this time for different reasons.
I looked at the other roulette somewhat anxious, and an eye surrounded by a Halo could be seen when it stopped.

Even if it was another sense enhancement this, at least it came with a perk.
'System what the Superior visible range does?'
[It allows the user to see the colors in the infrared, and ultraviolet, this means that the user can see phenomena that humans are usually not able to see, like some animals.

I remembered in the shop the expensive power and thought how great it would be to get that.

The stimulus was greater than expected. It hurt a lot, so I clenched my teeth and closed my eyes until it stopped,
After the pain stopped I kept my eyes closed to get used to the improved sense of touch, I could feel almost every thread of my clothes and even little changes in the air currents.
After a minute I sighed and slowly opened my eyes, what I saw took my breath away.
First of all, the details could be seen from far, I was working inside the house and could see even the insects moving on the grass in the backyard… through the tinted window.
The reason for this it wasn't just the improved vision, with the new perk it was like if a could see more colors than before.
I continued working the rest of the morning, and we finished 5 backpacks with some basic stuff, besides this, there were a first aid kit and a tent.
To be honest, even if I felt bad when the touch and eye senses showed up on the roulette, right now I was happy with the results, I was also planning on buying the other senses to get the E rank full sense version.
A little voice woke me up from my delusions.
"She woke up~."
I called Rose right away and we went to my room where Hayley was.
