This probably going to be a trash book like all my other books so please don’t bother reading. The updates will be sporadic at best. Now if you do decide to read, I feel sorry for you. If you don’t, you made a good choice.
In a dark, damp cave, a humanoid baby was trying to stand up.
He looked no older than a few days old but he was already standing.
He did his best to move around the cave, trying to find a way out.
"h ... H ... He ... Hello?" The baby said.
It looked around to see if there was anyone around him but no dice.
But then he got a strange sense. It felt like he had to will something to happen. To make it. Then a blue screen popped up in front of the child.

The child looked at the screen. He did his best to read the words. He gained the ability to read and speak the most basic of words.
"M ... me .... n ... na ... name ... Sol. Me name Sol. Me name Sol."
Sol continued to say his name with great confidence. As we doing this, his body was growing at an amazing rate. Half an hour ago, he was the size of a newborn. Now he was the size of a five-year-old. After that, his growth slowed down. He has also gained blood-red tentacles on his back.
He looked behind him and noticed said tentacles. He lifted one up and then a new notification popped up.
[Incubus power: Downloading: 1% ... 2% ...]
And the downloading continued for at least another half an hour. Once it reached 100%, Sol felt something different about his back. It was as though he had gained new limbs.
We willed one of them forward so he could see it without turning his head and one of these tentacles went over his head. He grabbed it and he could feel his hands touch the tentacle. It felt smooth and slick. He willed the others in front of his as well. They all felt the same, slick as slime.
After a little playing with his tentacles, Sol started to venture out of the cave. He learned that he could extend his tentacles and retract them as well. When he didn't need them, they went back into his body, making him look like a normal 5-year-old kid. He could also pick a specific number of them out.
While crossing a large cavern, he extended his tentacles forward. He used his hands as references to where he wanted to go because he was not that adept in the mind yet.
He kind of looked like spiderman, swinging across the cavern. If he fell, he would get impaled with rocky spikes.
He continued his venture through the caves until he came upon a large pit of snakes. They were slithering all over the place.
Strangely enough, Sol felt attracted to them. Not in a romantic sense but in a hunger senses. He picked one of the snakes up and put it close to his mouth.
As if on instinct, he took a breath like he was slurping noodles, and all of the sudden, a white mist like thing came from the snake and entered Sol's mouth.
It tasted like he was drinking vanilla ice cream. It didn't have and distinctive flavor to it but tasted like the greatest thing he had ever consumed. Not that he had eaten anything to this.
Sol liked the taste so much that he commanded his tentacles to grasp the other snakes. He then, one by one, consumed all of this delicious white mist from all of the snakes.
He even tried to physically eat one of the snakes. It didn't taste as good as the white mist that he consumed but it satisfied a different hunger.
After he ate all of the sakes, another blue screen popped up.
[You have killed snake x48.
XP: 37]
[You have leveled up x2
Attribute points gained: 5 x2]
[You have eaten snake x13
New skill gained: Poisoned tentacles: This skill allows a maximum of 10 of your tentacles to inject your target with a poison of your choosing.]
Sol looked at all of the blue messages that had formed. It took him a while to read all the messages. And while he was reading them, the corpses of the snakes began to omit a green mist. Sol was completely oblivious to this fact as he was trying to work out that the attribute points were.
As he was reading descriptions of what each part of the system was, the green mist started to condense. Sol had started to notice this.
The mist started to give off a powerful aura. Sol might have only been a few days old now (he had been traveling in the cave for a while) and only have the intellect of a year old child, but he still backed away from this powerful mist.
From his trip to the cave, he knew that might meant right so he backed away from the might.
The green mist started to spiral up until it reached about 2 meters in height. It then started to drift toward Sol.
He started to get sacred. He knew that he couldn't fight and there was no place to escape to so he just tried to move as far away from the tower of mist. He even started crying as it came closer and closer.
Then the mist stopped moving towards him and a hand emerged from the mist. It was extended to the crying Sol.
He looked at it like it was the strangest thing that he had ever seen. Then the green mist 'exploded' and the body that was attached to the hand comes into view.
"Thank you for freeing me from that cage, child." She said.
The had was attached to a stunning woman. And she was completely nude. Her upper body looked like a human with perfect everything. She had tits that were a perfect size. Her face was that of a caring mother. Her skin seemed to radiate a golden glow. Her lower half was different though. It was that of a purple snake. The upper part was a dark purple and the lower part was a lighter purple.
"My name is Sylvia. What's your name, little one?" Sylvia asked.
"Ma ... my name S ... Sol" Sol stammered.
He was still nervous about the terrible aura she was giving off. He still cowered in the corner of the cave.
"Nice to meet you, Sol. You don't have to be worried, I won't hurt you. In fact, for getting me out of that cage, I will help you. You must have gotten some attribute points from killing those snakes, right?" She asked.
Sol nodded his head. He had gotten them but had no way of using them. Or at least he didn't have the know-how.
"If I were you, I would put some of them into intelligence. Just click on the intelligence and push the two lines that are crosse." She instructed.
Sol did as Sylvia instructed. When he but 4 of his 10 points into the intelligence, a new sensation happened in his brain. He seemed to have learned a few new things.
A major one was how to speak properly. With this, he also learned a bit about is species.
"Hello there, pretty lady."
