Evolution of an Incubus

This probably going to be a trash book like all my other books so please don’t bother reading. The updates will be sporadic at best. Now if you do decide to read, I feel sorry for you. If you don’t, you made a good choice.

Chapter 17

*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*

Sol walked over to the door. He retracted his tentacle and put the sword back into his ring. He had absorbed his formal clothes into his ring when he got to his room earlier so he pulled it back out and put the black clothes back into the ring. There wasn't a spyhole on the door so Sol had to open it to see who it was and so he did.

On the other side, a cute, little, black-haired girl was standing on the other side. She looked to be about 4 feet 7 inched. A little taller than most of the first years but not by a lot. Brown eyes and vampiric like skin. She had a green tailcoat, indicating that she was from the regular army branch.

"Can I help you?" Sol asked the girl.

'Um ... H-Hello, m-my name i-is Eliana A-Atherton. I was won-wondering if y-you would, um, help me." She said.

She seemed to be very nervous. She was studdering like a mad man and it was a little confusing.

"Help you with what?" Sol asked again.

"The first y-years in the army b-bracket were t-told to find someone that was from the same year and become a page with them. As we are knights from the army bracket, we were told to gain knowledge in every class. The ones who dong become a page will h-have to go through an 'l-living hell'. " Eliana said.

"Why would you choose me? I don't even know what I am doing." Sol said to her.

He wanted to see her reasoning but he would still take her. She seemed to have an abundance of life force. More than a normal human at least.

"W-well, people said that Rose knights were the best people to go to if they wanted a good chance at becoming a knight. We were also told that if we performed well enough for the time we were a page for the knight, we might be able to truly transfer to their bracket." She explained.

"Ok then, but I will use you as much as I can," Sol warned her.

"Yes, Sir! That is what I am here for."

All Sol did was grin. He wondered if she had a single idea of what was implied with both his statement and her answer.

Ether way, he brought her inside his room and she looked stunned.

"So Rose knights really do get to live alone. How luck." She said.

"Do you not get your own dorm?" He asked her.

"No, we have to sleep with 3 other people. We are all the same gender so nothing weird usually happens." Eliana said.

"Well do you want to sleep in my room or back in your own room?"

"I would rather sleep here if you will let me. All of the other girls in that dorm are really annoying." She said.

'Good, more time for me.' Sol thought.

"Where can I sleep?" She asked him.

Sol thought about it for a little bit. He didn't have another bed but there was a couch in the living room.

"You can sleep on the couch. It might not be very comfortable but unless you want to sleep with me, that is your best option." Sol said.

"Fair enough. Do you have any covering or extra pillows I could use?" She asked.

"I think so. Give me a sec."

And Sol walked into his room. He checked his closet to see if there really were any spare covers or pillows and found a cover that perfectly fit the couch and pillows to go along with it. This confirmed the page thing but Sol still thought it was a little weird that first years would be pages to fist years.

He pulled out the pillow and covering and brought it to the living room.

"Here you go," Sol said as he handed her the bedding.

"Thanks a lot. Is there anything that you want me to do before bed, Sir?" Eliana asked.

Thousands of thoughts ran through Sol's head but he completely ignored them because it was his lower body thinking.

"No, I don't think so," Sol responded.

"Ok. Good night then." Eliana said.

"Yes. good night."

And Sol left for his room.

...

In the middle of the night. Sol started to feel something in his bed. He pushed out his senses so see who it was. He dialed it down from the time he sensed for Sylvia as not alert who or what was in his room.

(Authors note: IDK about other books but in this one, since is like a version of echolocation but using mind waves.)

He sensed Eliana but something seemed different. She seemed more ... cocky than before.

Sol didn't act because he wanted to see what would happen.

Eliana crept closer and closer to the bed until she was standing right next to his head. Sol was in the middle of the bed and Eliana started to cawl on the bed. She stopped right next to his head.

She leaned down and Sol started to feel her moist breath on his neck.

In this instant, he 'woke up' and extended his tentacles, wrapping around her arm's and legs.

"Ahhhhh .... WTF IS THIS?!?!?!" Eliana said.

I slowly got up from the bed. All I did was look at her and I noticed a few different changes. Firstly, her hair had gone from black to white. She was in some tights and a loose shirt.

It was kind of hot, just having Eliana hang there.

Sol got out of the bed and looked at her with killing intent that only demons could produce. He made sure to focus it only on her so that he didn't alert the entire city.

"D ... Demon."

It was the only word that came out of Eliana's mouth. And hearing it, Sol just grinned. Then he asked her:

"What are you?"
