100 How? Why?

Jake wasn't in the right state of mind, he ignored her and ran up the backdoor. He was paranoid, he went crazy thrashing furniture, breaking china, and upending everything.

Zara was terrified to see him shaken like this. She wanted to shrink herself in the wall, but she couldn't let grief consume Jake like a wildfire. She had to be strong. There was no other way. 

Zara hesitated a bit trying to think of something to speak. Try as she might there were no words for her to calm him. She took a deep breath and walked up to him reaching out with her hand. Her voice was stern when she called him out "Jake, stop it, enough…"
