Chapter 12: Catalyst

Valiant had showed up and helped Eli with getting people out of the building. Then, they assisted the firefighters with extinguishing the fire. He should’ve gone to the HL Tower and told Mr. Carlysle what he discovered about Sunspark but he was more concerned about Blaze going back to CIT. The school was filled with innocent people and he did not know what the guy was capable of.

He had flown from the city straight to the CIT campus. He'd changed out of his suit and found Mo. He was terrified she’d been kidnapped or stuffed in a fridge. Thankfully, she was unharmed and he ran off to find Blaze.

He spoke into his smart watch, “Rose, check any cameras around campus for any glimpse of Blaze Hart.”

“I must advise that confronting him directly will not be the best plan of action.”

“What am I supposed to do then?” he replied. “Let him walk around campus like he didn’t set a building full of people on fire?”

“Confronting him publicly may risk exposure of your own identity.”
