The start of the adventure

"So, are you on some sort of vacation?" Goku asked bulma as he sat in the back seat of her car.

"Yeah. I am on summer vacation. I have a few months off so I am going to wish myself a perfect boyfriend with dragon balls." Bulma said.

"Perfect boyfriend? Puff. Haha." Goku started laughing out loud as she started the engine of her car.

"Shut up. Don't you know how hard it is to find a good boy, that will date me and meets my qualifications?" Bulma said to Goku.

"Didn't you say you are rich? And your face doesn't seem that bad I am sure that you could find someone without needing to use the dragon balls. Why would you waste such an opportunity?" Goku said to bulma.

"What do you mean by that?" Bulma asked.

"Well, didn't you say the last person who used the dragon balls wished himself to be a king?" Goku asked.

"Yeah. So?" Bulma replied.

"Well, you could just wish yourself anything you can just wish yourself to be a queen and get all the boyfriends that you can get," Goku said.

"No way. Running a country? That sounds tiring. I just want a perfect boyfriend that will like me." Bulma said to goku as they both take off from Goku's house.

Bulma and Goku failed to reach an agreement on the payment for the dragonballs.

Goku wanted money that he thinks is equal to one-tenth of the value of the wish that bulma is going to make.

Bulma told goku about the fact that she is going to wish for a boyfriend.

Of course, she offered to pay a load amount of money but Goku just thought that she was just lying to him about her wish and the payment.

Finally, they were able to make an agreement.

They signed a contract.

Goku will come with her to personally witness her wish and the payment will be decided after the wish and when she was able to safely return to her house.

Her safety is none of Goku's concerns and the responsibility of handling the dragon balls will be all on Bulma.

If the dragon balls got used up or stolen while being in Bulma's possession and bulma could not return the dragon ball in a week, bulma still has to give him 1 million Zeni even if she didn't get a wish.

In exchange, goku has to help her protect the dragon balls.

And if bulma lost the dragon ball because of Goku's mistake, such as not notifying her even if he knows there was a thief nearby he will not get the money.

It was a contract in Goku's favour but Bulma have to agree to it because she wanted his four-star dragon ball.

After travelling for twenty minutes.

"Hey, do you mind if I stop for a few minutes?" Bulma said.

"Why?" Goku asked.

"Well, I need to go pick up some flowers." She said as she stopped the car.

"Well give it to me," Goku said as he extended his hand towards bulma.

He was asking for her dragon ball.

"What? I am just going to that bush. And I am also leaving my car with you. So you don't have to worry about me leaving with the dragon ball without paying you." Bulma said.

"Well, then leave your capsule box in the car," Goku said to bulma.

"I can not believe you. Fine, here you happy now." Bulma said as she throws a small box at Goku and runs towards a bush.

"Kyaaaaaaaa." But Immediately after she got into the bush Goku hear a scream.

"What now?" Goku said as he picked up the power pole and the Gun that she left in her car and runs towards the bush.

Then he saw a monster.

A monster that looks like a pterodactyl. A type of flying dinosaur.

"What is that monster? A pterodactyl?" Goku said as he aimed Bulma's gun at the giant monster that was holding bulma in his hand.

"Who the hell are you? Are you her friend?" The monster asked. He talked, much to Goku's surprise.

"No. Are you her friend?" Goku asked sarcastically.

"Yeah. That's right and I have something to talk to her so just wait up." the monster said as he tried to reach out to goku with a rope in his hand.

He was underestimating Goku because of his small body.

"Bang." The monster was shot in the head before he could reach goku.

"Is he an idiot? Does he seriously thinks I am going to believe him?" Goku said as the Monster's body falls to the ground as bulma escaped.

"Here. Have this? I am just going to wait in the car." Goku said as he handed the gun to bulma and walked away from the bush.

"Thank you," Bulma said as she thanked Goku.

After a while, she got back from her little flower picking.

"I just wanted to say thank you again," Bulma said to Goku.

"Of course, I have to save you. After all, how am I going to get my money if you die." Goku said to bulma.

"Haha. I like you. For a small guy, you sure have an obsession with money." Bulma said to Goku.

"Small guy? Well, I also don't know why I didn't grow an inch over the last six years. I mean I even do my daily exercise regularly" Goku said as he looked at his own underdeveloped body.

"Last six years? Wait you are not six years old?" Bulma said in shock.

"Huh. I am not six years old. I'm twelve." Goku said causing Bulma to drop her jaw in shock.

"You are only four years younger than me?" Bulma asked in shock.
