It lasted for half an hour until it stopped, he headed home and went near the punching bag taking a deep breath he got in a stance.

'why the hell did I do that' regretting he walked towards the sand bag as the pain was starting to die down using the broom he cleaned the sand falling out. He was able to move his right arm due to his pain tolerance that was build up due to the practice of martial arts using the card.

Laying on the ground he used the third card on total concentration breathing after the card was used he sub-consciously used total concentration breathing the only reason he knew he was using the total concentration breathing was due to slight sting on his chest because the experience card gives memory and experience but the body will not change its like you knew techniques from your past life. Because practicing all three-high level of arts he now had a sixth sense that senses danger. 

[Note from author: Sorry for not telling you but my final exams are from tomorrow and it lasts for around 12 days so I will start posting from 'may 8' as it will be my last exam which ends at morning 11 in nepal]
