"Let's raise the dead!!" Finn said. Very quickly, scanning the area around him, the numerous floating headless bodies were in view. A smile came upon his face as he clenched his fist tightly and began to run.

The swamp mitigated his movements to a certain degree. But that wasn't an issue because all he needed to do was get to where the bodies were most concentrated.

And in no time, he had achieved that. Now around him were about twenty headless bodies lying around. He recognized the bodies to be that of the demons he once fought in the nightmare zone. The only difference was that this time, their heads had all been eaten by the vermin who were onto him.

He moved around the bodies passing off a blue glowing energy into them.

Although the glow was similar to the Vampire core energy, they were not the same. This was the dream energy which he possessed being a lucid dreamer.

In a short order, Finn had passed the glowing energy onto the bodies of ten more headless demon bodies. And what happened on each occasion as he performed this process was that their bodies jilted and lit up all blue for a few seconds before it dimmed down.

They all got up remaining where they were at their various positions all with no head. And now Finn looked at his hand seeing that the glowing blue dream energy was starting to fade out. He knew what that meant and decided to stop raising any more dead.

With thirty on his side, he looked around to see about a hundred flying insects coming his way.

Just like Finn and the headless bodies, they all seemed to be flying towards a singular location.

Finn looked at his right hand which was covered in a black thick substance and if one looked at the chest of each headless body, there was about a fist sized hole in them. Of course, this was the site at which Finn had planted in his hand and passed on the energy.

"March on!!!" Finn declared with a roar and even with no heads, consequently meaning no ears, the bodies responded by leaping to the air and splashing the dirty swamp water all around.

Finn stayed at his position not joining in on the attack. On his face was buried a deep furrow. This was the look of concern.

"They were killed and their heads were decapitated by same insects. What chance do they have now?!" Finn stood second guessing his decision. If anything, he thought giving off those dream points might have become a waste. He called up the system interface with his mind in the midst of the chaos revealing certain details to him.

This meant he had wasted a total of 260 dream points on the headless bodies. But closing the system interface to look around, he was astounded. If anything, although expecting something of that nature, he was beyond shocked.

Already dozens of the insects laid in the black murky swamp water dead. A few headless bodies had also returned back to being dead and unloving in the water. But the shocking part was how they were coping.

An insect approached a headless body only to get sliced off into two due to the dream saw skill Finn had created a while ago to combat the serpents.

The other bodies were particularly find of the dream energy ball which scattered into light beams on impact with the vermins and burned holes through them.

This skill appeared to be the most effective as it took down not only one vermin when it hit them. The scattered lights destroyed any such flying insect within its radar.

Finn was astounded with how well they knew how to do the things he could do. More so, how they were able to perform it in the first place.

But thinking back to their first encounter, he remembered they were shape-shifting demons which could very well mean they also had the ability to mimic his abilities.

Although what he noticed was that this came with a cost. Then weren't just performing the special skills and laying waste to the vermins out of the thin air. Finn saw that one of the headless bodies suddenly collapsed in the middle of a fight with an insect without being dealt any blow.

"They are using the dream energy I gave to them to stay awake instead to do this skills," Finn analyzed with a frown on his face. He took his eye off the war going on between the two bizzare creatures and looked at his hands to see that they were covered with dark veins.

His face too was now turning paler than usual and was covered with dark veins.

The system displayed. He needed not to bother soliciting the counsel of his dream bug for me had long been silent.

"I stopped feeling her presence in my head the moment she made the energy transfer. I'm on my own for this one," Finn thought.

He looked around him to see that the insects were quite occupied. It seemed as though they went after the most threatening thing around and currently, that had to be the army of undead Finn.

"I have to find the source. I can feel it close by," Finn staggered off through the swamp leaving the bodies to fight off the insects. Although he knew they could only last so long but then again, they had done their part.

As he walked through the rest of the swamp, he encountered no affair with anything. It all seemed like the rest of the trip to the source was a peaceful one until something sprung out of the water casting shadows over him. He looked up to see the being descend down splashing water around and his mouth was left agape.

"The source has found me, " Finn muttered.
