The Conversation

Friedrich looked around the items of the small spaceship, Luna resting in a chair nearby. Rebexi walked over to them, offering him a glass of water.

"You know… Luna is quite the adventurer."

Friedrich looked to Rebexi in a bit of surprise, taking the cup from her, thinking back to the day before. "She does not seem to favor walking that much… For an adventurer…"

Rebexi chuckled a bit, "She's a very slow walker at times, but she has many abilities she can use to fly or even make the ground move."

"… That much power would have made her very dangerous in the General's hands…" Friedrich said to himself, looking to the now asleep Luna.

Rebexi chuckled in overhearing him, "Why do you think I saved her?"

"I suppose you have a point. When will Luna be safe?"

"We will not be sure until we arrive to Syenta."

"…. Who is Syenta? Will she take advantage of Luna?"

"No, Friedrich, do not worry. Phoenixes will protect Luna from any harm." Rebexi said as she referred to herself as well.

Fredrich looked at Rebexi closely, "Phoenixes? But you are not a bird…"

"Indeed, we are not the bird type, but we might be what you consider Elementals."

Friedrich looked to Rebexi then Luna, "Hmm… But Luna looks different from you."

"She is a mix of different creatures…" Rebexi said hesitantly, looking away.

Friedrich looked at Rebexi closely before going over to Luna and standing beside her. Growing weary of Rebexi and her intentions towards Luna.
