WELCOME TO THE CITY OF GODS
It was as though the universe hated her. Time passed quickly and soon she was at the airport with her things. Her friends were there to see her off. ' I'm going to miss you Helena. Take care of yourself.' Beverley says as she tries not to cry. She hugs Helena tightly. 'Make sure to call us everyday. I'm gonna miss you.' Orion says as he hugs her. He breaks away to allow Jimmy talk to her. Jimmy hugs Helena and whisper in her ear ' Be careful. Don't leave traces behind. Don't overwork yourself. Always call aunt regularly and if you ever need anything, I'm just a phone call away '
' Thanks guys. I will miss you guys alot. I promise I will visit one weekend in a month.' Helena says. Beverley stretches her hand forward ' Ferocious Four!!' the others place their hands on hers ' Forever united' they chorus.
Soon Helena and her mom are seated on the plane. Helena couldn't help but reminisce about her good times with her friends. She closed her eyes and soon fell asleep.
She woke up to the announcement that the plane was about to land. She drew a deep breath and thought to herself. Helena Homerna , welcome to the City of Gods.
After a while, they were seated in a cab on their way to the Astrovanas. She texted her friends that she arrived and took some pictures to send to them. The cab stopped at a grand estate and at the entrance a blonde lady with hazel brown eyes was waiting. Helena and her mom alighted . 'Tina!!!' the woman screamed as she ran towards her mom. 'Viola!!' her mom shouted as they hugged each other. ' Viola this is my daughter Helena ' Her mom says. 'Hello aunty. ' Helena greets with a small smile. 'Oh my your daughter is really pretty ' Mrs Astrovana says
as she leads them in.
Helena marvelled at the amount of body guards at the entrance. The house was grand, the walls were even tiled. The Gold painting made her feel as though she walked into a bank vault. When she turned she could see a huge pool. She made a mental note to check out the pool later. when she looked to her left she saw a huge garden with maids tending beautiful flowers. She would also check that place out.
When they stepped into the living room her jaw dropped. There was a diamond chandelier and the chairs looked like they were made from pure cotton. They were pure white and looked very soft. Then the TV. It took up an entire wall. They were some potted plants that the vase looked like something straight out of an auction house. She heard Mrs Astrovana mention something about lunch. And the maids came in filling the table with mouth watering dishes. Sushi rolls, lobster frittatas , beef steak, Barbecue and the desserts cupcakes, chocolate pudding, ice cream. Helena felt like drooling.
She heard Mrs. Astrovana call out ' Honey!!Aiden!! Adam!! Bianca!! Everyone please come down stairs.' Helena looked up and almost wanted to puke. It was the guy she hit with her motorcycle. She could recognise that blonde hair and green eyes anywhere. Hold on!! They were two. She saw a guy who looked exactly like him except with brown eyes. They were twins??
She saw the two guys narrow their eyes at her. "What is she doing here??"the one with blue eyes asked. "Do you know her??" Mrs Astrovana ask. "She hit my car with her bike and landed me in the hospital"The green eyes guy reply.
"And she dumped a drink on my body on purpose " the brown eyes one says. They were two different people she attacked. Why did she have to meet them again?? " Hold on. In my defense, I took you to the hospital and took care of the bills. And you, you made me and my friends leave. We are all even"Helena says
" We'll Helena these are my son's and daughter. This is Aiden,This is Adam and this is Bianca. Guys this is Helena Homerna." Mrs Astrovana says. So the green eyes is Aiden, the brown eyes is Adam. And the brunette was Bianca.
Mrs Astrovana asks a maid to show Helena her room.
Helena enters the room and is wowed. The walls were painted white. The bed was white, The lamp was white,the floor was white, even the furniture. She made a silent vow not to stain anything. She sat down and video called her friends. They chatted for a while before she hung up. She arranged her things in the closet she found. And also checked out the amazing bathroom. She sighed and whispered to her self. " Helena Homerna welcome to the city of Gods".
