"So you're telling me that you were the first vamp?" Arima asked the father.

"Hit the mark!" The father exclaimed.

"Does anyone else knows about this?" Evan asked out of the blue.

"No, you are the first ones to be let in on our little family secret."

"Then why are you telling this to me too, a human?"

"I just felt like it, I guess that answers your question perhaps."

"But why even are you telling us all this? As far as I know you wouldn't just blurt out your secrets just for the sake of conversation." Arima asked. "You are correct. You see, I was given the task of handing over something to the 'ultimate creation', in other words you." Saying so, the father poured a liquid in a goblet. He lifted his jacket, revealing a dagger with a dragon embossed in its handle. He took the dagger and made a cut in his palm hovering it over the goblet. A big deep red drop of blood fell inside the glass.

The father stood up and bowed down to Arima. "Please have this, Tensei Arima. Please accept the greatness that was meant for you." He said holding up the goblet. Arima took the goblet and gulped down the whole thing.

The moment it went down Arima's throat, he felt a jolt in his heart and fell down. Agony spread over his body making him squirm on the ground like a worm squirms if you put salt on it. His muscles were pulling apart, his skin itched all over, his warped left eye became black as black can be, the other eye was blood shot and seemed like it could pop out any moment.

Evan wasn't able to sit still. "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU MAKE HIM DRINK YOU FUCKING OLD FART?"Evan shouted as he got up and dashed towards Arima but was stopped by ther father. The father pinned him down to the ground "Relax, this will be over soon." He said.

After about three minutes of wreathing in agony arima fainted, only to suddenly regain his consciousness with every pain and aches gone. His warped eye returned to normal human eye. He got up and had a seat. For some reason he seemed taller than before. "Let him go already will you?" Arima said to the father. The father got up and moved a step back, bowing his head. "It's okay, I don't like people bowing to me." Arima said.
