That's what he thought as he looked at the vivid colour that stained his hands

That person's beautiful red hair has the same colour that stains these hands

Inside the student hall, the entrance ceremony finally began.
Speaking of entrance ceremony, if it was a normal school, the principal should have been the first one on stage but the one standing on the platform was no doubt the student council president Iori Senpai.
Her face wore the same serious expression as usual.

The Crusadors order were the first group of Contractors and highly skilled magicians that drove the Demon Beasts back during the 'Great Destruction'.
When the Equestrian Crusadors fell to the hands of internal conflict, resulting in the death of Aeschylus Adonis, every country's government tried to seize the opportunity and absorb the legacy of the group.
"As the combat abilities between Japan and other countries are roughly the same, we are currently at peace. However, we do not know when one of them will suddenly turn hostile against us. As students and future Crusadors, we have to be constantly on guard for potential threats."
After the death of Aeschylus Adonis, the method to produce the stone of emblem had been lost to the world.
However, the amount of magic users had increased due to magic users naturally awakening.
"I hope that everybody, regardless of whether you are a Contractor or in a lower tier class, you will be able to cultivate your abilities with a sense of honor. With great power comes great responsibility. Even if I mention this to you, who were only ordinary people yesterday, there should not be any realistic feeling....-----"
From afar, the dragging of sounds could be heard
---- What issued the sound was a cage.
The year one students looked at the thing inside the cage and immediately, "Huh!" and let out a frightened voice.

The figure of a Jet Black Witch, adorning a long cape and gripping a staff that was overflowing with human skulls, a face that was beautiful and sublime yet mysterious at the same time.
The figure soon dissipated after materializing for a few seconds.
----This was the schools strongest student council president contracted Spiritual Beast?
There was a distance of 10 meters between Iori Senpai and the cage.
The bindings of the cage were suddenly removed and the door was pushed open.
The Salamander burst of the cage and turned its head around. When its eyes reflected and focused on the student body, as though it was venting its anger from being locked up, it charged towards the audience.
"GUOAAAAAAAAAAA!"
The fierce roar that caused the air to vibrate, biribiribiri, made the new students tremble.
With a green colored sheen that only reptiles would have, it rushed towards the students

At the same time, large scale Summoning Magic could be felt and Takashi turned his head towards Iori Senpai.

Compared to the time at the garden, vast amount of magic from the Cosmos swirled around and enveloped the Salamander in red black flames; that was truly the flames of hell.
The Salamander squirmed in agony and the hard covering protecting its body like Armour was gradually melting like ice candy.
....What is this. No ---- this was a different dimension in terms of high temperature.
In just a few seconds, the Salamanders body crumbled. Even its remains evaporated.
"This is power. I hope all of you will be able to demonstrate such power in time." Iori Senpai faced the audience and started speaking again.
Transporting the Salamander was simply to show the strength of Summoning Magic.
Although Summoning Magic could be seen on television due to the Government's propaganda on Contractors....Should it be because Iori Senpai was amazing or was it breathtaking because the scene happened in front of them.
Regardless, all the students were awed at the strength of the strongest magician in the school.
