Chapter 60

After walking for several minutes, Shin and Yoon-Yi reached a narrow street. Waves of people came from both sides, huddled together and creating an almost impenetrable mass. Shin gripped Yoon-Yi's hand tighter, but eventually they got separated by the strong push of the crowd. They called out, but they could barely see each other through the mass of people that surrounded them.

Just when she was starting to panic, Yoon-Yi felt someone behind her, pressing against her back. Then, a second later, a sharp pain surged through her body and she blacked out. Her body fell limply into someone's arms.

It was a man, wearing black warrior garments. A black mask covered his features, allowing only for the eyes to be seen above the rim. The pair of eyes was glittering dangerously, the black of their pupils flashing with the colors borrowed from their surroundings.
