Talent Show

"A Talent show?" asked Yeonsua

"that's right," said Mr. Hyun while smiling in excitement as he announced the new at the end of school,

"what can we do for the talent show?" asked Sung-Ho curiously

"well, you can do anything you want, if you play a instrument you can do that, if you can juggle you can show that, also if you don't want to participate just tell me," said Mr. Hyun

after Mr. Hyun said this everyone fell silent as they thought hard about what they could do. After a few minutes Mr. Hyun broke the silence as he said, "alright kids, its the end of school for today time to pack up, oh also the talent show is on the last day of school, so two weeks later,"

Yeonsua continued thinking even after Mr. Hyun said this and continued to contemplate what song he should play, he was so consumed into this thought that he didn't even know someone was calling him

"Yeonsua, hey Yeonsua!," shouted Do-Yun

"huh?!" said Yeonsua as he jumped in surprise "oh, Do-Yun Noona, what is it and why did you shout?"

"Yeonsua, I called you like 5 times, but anyways, I just wanted to see you, after all its been a few months," said Do-Yun said smiling "also, what's on you mind?"

"oh, I was thinking about the talent show," replied Yeonsua, "I pay the guitar but I don't know which song to play,"

"ohhhhh, the talent show," said Do-Yun is realization, "we have one too, actually every grade level has one, although only the ones from 3 grade and up are public,"

"really, I though the talent show was public and that everyone who wants to can see it," said Yeonsua in surprise

"no, only third grade and up are visible to everyone," said Do-Yun, "anyways, if you can't pick a song how about I recommend you one?"

"ok noona," said Yeonsua, "what's the song?"

"it's called Honesty, its by a person named Billy Joel, I heard a guitar cover and it was really good," said Do-Yun

"hmmm, ok, but I don't have the sheet music or the actual song noona, how do I play?" asked Yeonsua

"oh you can borrow my CD and my great uncle left me the sheet music for it after I said I liked it just in case," said Do-Yun smiling

"ok noona than-"

"wait a second," Do-Yun said cutting off Yeonsua, "there is a price though,"

"what is it?" asked Yeonsua,

"you have to let me be at the show so that I can listen to you, ok?" said Do-Yun smiling

"but the show isn't open to the public right?" said Yeonsua in confusion

it is not, but you can invite anyone you want, so invite me," said Do-Yun

"ok," said Yeonsua smiling at Do-Yun , "pinky promise,"

"pink promise," said Do-Yun.

-At Yeonsua's house-

after reaching his house Yeonsua quickly entered excitedly and told his grandparent about the talent show,

"so, you are gonna play the guitar for the show, you rascal?" asked Yoonsuh

"yup!" said Yeonsua in excitement

"did you choose your song?" asked Seoha, "if not I ca-"

"I already chose a sing," said Yeonsua quickly cutting off Seoha in his excitement, "Its called Honesty by Billy Joel,"

"ahhh, that song," said Seoha smiling, "I really loved that song when I was young,"

"hmmm, but where are you going to get your sheet music" asked Yoonsuh

"a noona said she would allow me to borrow it as long as I allowed her t see me perform," said Yeonsua

"who is this 'noona' you talking about," asked Seoha

"oh, noona is a super nice person, she helped me find the classroom on the first day of school, and helped me a lot," replied Yeonsua. This was not a lie as Do-Yun had helped him many time during the past few months, from finding the classroom every now and then to helping him find the bathroom.

"oh, ok," said Seoha letting the topic go

"well, I'll be looking forward to you performance Mr. Han," said Seoha Jokingly

"of course, I'll do my best," said Yeonsua excited for his very first performance.

Hello everyone, I'm here to say that this will be Yeonsua first performance, yay, also he will be performing a guitar cover and will not be singing, I did this because I wanted his first time singing to a crowd to be a impactful moment later in the story.
