BNHA / MHA : The Musketeer Hero

When a random John Doe wakes up in a popular fictional world where currently most of its population has developed superpowers called "Quirks", of which allowed the rise of heroes and villains. He finds himself reborn as someone who eventually will have the ability to mimic the quirks of others. This gives him the potential to be the most versatile hero ever in existence, due to the fact that he can have multiple powers at any point and can always copy more. Deciding to prove that the one who was once considered a joke character will have the last laugh and take his place as the joker of the deck. Getting stronger on his own, while still taking every chance he is presented. Might not be one for the path of nobleness, but he will follow it nonetheless. Mimicking our idols isn't enough. You have to aim above and go beyond PLUS ULTRA! And as the chivalrous swordsmen who fight for justice once said: UNUS PRO OMNIBUS, OMNES PRO UNO! AU. Getting acquainted with the new members and ripples of the prison break

After our prison break, we were teleported to an old and abandoned storehouse.

Guess headquarters wouldn't have enough space four our numbers now.

Shigaraki told me to recount each one and to evaluate myself for their usefulness.

I don't know why he didn't do that before storming the U.S.J.

And with the file he had stolen from U.A, it's all but a massive failure of his part to not have prepared for it in both cases.

Before I had the time to start listing the league's rescued members, the tough man himself approached me.

"Why didn't you kill me?" He was blunt with his words. "You clearly are a seasoned killer. With skills and mindset worthy of being at the top of the food chain... but why didn't you finish me when you had the chance?"

Honestly, I wasn't expecting to have the man that enjoys killing questioning why I didn't terminate him.

"Killing is a means to an end to me. I had made myself clear to everyone, and you had complied to my demands." I stared him straight into his eyes. "I keep my word."

I grabbed a clipboard that Kurogiri had left to me and continued.

"But if your defeat is so humiliating to you that you can't bear the embarrassment, attack me and I will kill you without hesitation." I placed one hand around my knife's handle.

Muscular simply backed away and left without saying another word.

"That's what I thought." I said while avoiding a grin.

Moving on, I had 71 members to meet.

This is going to be a pain.

My first targets were definitely going to be the ones that I had rescued first.

Member number 1.

The giant dude with an electrical quirk.

"Hey man, you definitely showed who's the boss around." He chuckled, but since I didn't respond he cleared his throat. "Er-I mean, thanks for the help with getting out of the damn prison. Things back there were becoming very strange."

"How so?" I took my chance. "Why were you and the others separated from the rest of the league?"

"I-I don't really know about the others. We were supposed to talk despite sharing a cell. But they were very insistent to know about my quirk and my fight against a certain kid from the hero course." He told me.

"Kid?" I faked ignorance.

"Yeah, we were never told that there was a guy who could copy quirks. That's just unbelievable I guess. But the bastard was taking out everyone like he was some kind of Pro hero." He scratched his head and continued. "I thought I had taken him by surprise... but that monster was so fast... almost as he knew I was hiding."

"You've been locked up for a while now. Things had certainly changed, this boy you mentioned has been gaining more notoriety since the league last attacked U.A." I decided to tell him and handed an old phone. "Some footage of the incident was leaked online, you were clearly outmatched back then. Take a look."

He did just that and accessed the internet through the phone I lent to him.

"By the way, I need your name and to know what your quirk is." I told him, ignoring how annoying talking about it must be to him.

Seiteki Ãsu, villain name: Static Skull.

Quirk: Emitter type Electricity and Mutant type Digging.

A weird combination, but can't deny its usefulness.

After taking his name and the basic concept of his quirk, I went to the next member.

"Name and quirk." I requested the bald white head with brown stripes on it. He was the one I've copied "Water control" from.

"Name is Haidoro Iruka, but call me Hydro. I can manipulate water." He replied with crossed arms. "So... you are the toughest person around? Armed to the teeth and knows how to handle yourself in a fight... er-I mean, more than handle." He laughed nervously.

"And if I am?" I replied. "Wait, you were one of the members that had been locked in a different cell. Care to explain? Were you snitching on the league?" I baited him.

"N-no, obviously not man!" He got worried. "Those stupid government bureaucrats were questioning about my quirk and my meeting with a terrifying student from U.A. He literally came out of nowhere and banded together with our targets. Humiliated me and my group by sticking us all together with some plants and something that I don't know what was."

"I see. Go join him, I don't want to have to count you again." I said while pointing towards Static Skull.

Hydro nodded and moved.

Next, the meek chameleon.

"H-hey there... h-how can I help you?" He asked with genuine fear showing through his posture and voice.

"Name and quirk." I said shortly.

"Eh... I'm Kamereon Suterusu... or Vanisher if you will. My quirk is to become invisible." He said awkwardly.

"Alright, go join those two." I ordered.

"Certainly! Eh... I just wanted to thank you. I was beginning to feel sick back there... you know, into prison. All those tests and needles were making me paranoid or something." He thanked me before moving on.

Those three were my primary targets, from what I managed to piece together, I guess the government is dedicated to understanding what I can copy or not. How effective my copy is and through which means I do so.

The next three just confirmed my suspicions.

Shi ishi, the four arms brute that called himself Fourstone, was adamant that he fought a student just as strong as All Might himself.

Lame villain name and he comically overestimated his strength. But was the first to not stutter while speaking with me.

Hea Doriru, the chick that called herself Drills, was just like Fourstone. But at least she admitted to have yet much to learn.

She could manipulate her hair like drills.

Don't ask me why she keeps it short.

The last, but not least out of my control group was Yubisaki jū, known as Rainshot.

He was part of the group that wished to leave the league.

After thanking me for the help back then, he told me that seeing how strong the league had become he would stay around.

When questioned about his special cell, he told me that he was the sixth villain that had been switched there.

Apparently the government agents were going through every member that I might've been able to copy.

Drawing a pattern I see.

Anyways, the six of them were the ones that I was more aware of.

After them, the others 65 were less impressive.

Ki Sutorechi, or Stretch, had a quirk that escaped from me during the U.S.J incident. He could stretch his body just like Mister fantastic from fantastic four.

He was the one that attempted to punch Kaminari with a block of stone in canon, but was intercepted by Kyouka's sound attack.

The fact that he wasn't with the others six was strange.

Ossushi Midori, or Bullhog, was the Roadhog I remembered from back then.

He could spit fire and was considerably stronger than the average guy.

Kami Hagane, or Medusa, was capable of controlling her hair just like Drills but on top of that she could paralyze her targets.

Not bad, not great.

Ronbun Akaime, or paper eyes, was a weird one.

He didn't feel pain but was very weak against fire. His eyes allowed him to see everything around him, but nothing else.

I wonder how Aizawa managed to knock him out in canon, because I had to throw a glue grenade to make him stop.

He was strong, but his punch was capable of leaving a paper cut.

...

Alright.

Interesting, some of the people around here were already part of smaller groups.

There were the cave dwellers, just a bunch of Mutant Types with occasional hairy parts around their bodies.

They were a little stronger and faster than the average guy. Knew a little about hunting but nothing else beyond that.

The beast clan was very similar to the cave dwellers. Though instead of hunting, they were more fighters. Among them there were beastman, beast arms and ms. Beast arms.

Three mutant types that looked like birds called themselves Birds of Prey.

Terrible movie.

Killer falcon, the one that Todoroki encased in ice. Brown raptor, the one All might one shot in canon when he arrived. An agent rooster, completely defeated when Kaminari electrocuted indiscriminately in canon.

The frankenstain dude that fought with wrecking balls called himself as Brutal Murder.

The giant man that was first electrocuted by Kaminari, called himself Tall knight.

The insectoid duo, Cutter and Insector.

Blood spike and Spinal spike were capable of making spikes come out of their skin like I could make blades come out of mine.

Dino was a larger mutant that resembled a dinosaur.

Minotaur was the blue one-eyed large dude with two horns.

The orc gang wasn't a group referencing the hero that looked like a villain. They were mutants that looked like the stereotypical orc from fantasy.

Demolition master had mechanical eyes.

Stone fists had just that.

Grey grave, was a mutant with grey skin. Though he was resistant to cuts, blunt attacks were still capable of taking him out.

Steel fists... you get the idea.

Hunter had a good nose. He was the one that Todoroki made cry back at the U.S.J.

Jet and Deep Master had a cool appearance. The first could echolocate inside bodies of water and the latter could manipulate water to a lesser extent and breathe under water.

Dead man and strangler, the first was a tall guy that looked like a mummy and the second was just a woman with clothes around her chest.

Both could produce cloths with significant resistance.

But nothing else.

Metal face could exhale smoke.

Creeper had just a creepy appearance.

The shadowy trio.

Stalker had a black face like Shihai or black zetsu from naruto, though the rest of his body was normal. He could see footprints even in hard ground.

Silent attacker and black eye could shadow step and give headache to his targets respectively.

Hog had a hog face and had a nasty headbutt.

Screamer, Criminal Croc and Reptile were reptilian mutants.

Biter tie had claws and a living iron snake stuck around his body.

Brute was just a dude larger than regular folks.

Four-legs and X-arms just had extra limbs.

Mute was a female villain with no mouth that could throw her voice around like a ventriloquist.

Chomper and licker had a strong bite and acid lick respectively.

Ringtone was a girl that makes me remember Samara from that old movie The ring. She could pass through video footage.

I wonder how the guards kept an eye on her without allowing her to escape.

Hell, why didn't she escape when she was stuck in my glue prison while I recorded everything?

Guess these criminals really don't know how to properly use their quirks.

Carnivore plant looked similar to wildvine from Ben 10, his vertical bite wasn't the strongest, but could mess someone up.

Horse strike had a long face and strong body.

Wildmutt was a mutant type humanoid dog that Todoroki had encased on ice.

Blockstone was a pile of stones shaped in multiple forms.

He had strength and invulnerability.

Camper was a crawling mutant that liked half fish half amphibian. On water he could swim, on land he could crawl.

He said he wasn't good at jumping.

Muntz golem, like any large brute, but he was made of metal.

Tokoyami did one shot him by snaking him with a dark shadow.

Coral hide, dude could muster defenses like corals around his body.

Undead, looked like a zombie, was resistant to cuts or slashes but electricity seemed to be more than enough to neutralize him.

Green man, large, strong and green, but nothing else beyond that.

Unfortunately that was very common around thugs and petty criminals.

Not to mention their pathetic villain names.

I wonder if I can train this lot to reach some potential.

Only time will tell.

The last ones were...

Blob, fat and strong.

Swamp jaws, thick skin and strong jaw.

Parasite can suck energy from others.

Slim stealer and lady claws had a lesser version of stretch's quirk.

After speaking with Muscular again, I finished my list, with everyone's names and quirks all listed. I had memorized everything and handed it over to Kurogiri.

Gotta say, from everyone's looks, my statement at the prison hasn't been forgotten.

I was obviously a leading figure in the eyes of many. And to those that would follow me willingly, I still posed as a great threat, even capable of easily dealing with the infamous Muscular.

Kurogiri said he would be back after delivering my notes back to Shigaraki, for now I was expected to test everyone's combat skills.

Easier said than done.

But I had another mission.

——————————————————————

Meanwhile, as my clones fulfilled their designated tasks, I was having a good time with Midnight.

Not to that extent unfortunately.

But from the way she is now behaving more casually around me, I'm sure it won't take that much to have some real good time with her.

She's a pleasant company, despite her flirty attitude with everyone, it was just a facade to hide her inner insecurities.

Don't get me wrong, her agency was filled with good looking and submissive young men, the "midnight's boys" if you will, but they had never spoken with her about regular matters.

I think the fact that I'm so full of potential and yet not the slightest submissive to her is giving me some points on her book.

Although she might appear to some to be unprofessional and provocative, she's actually a very hard working teacher who loves to support her students.

During her younger years, she was someone that embraced her risqué side and always went with the idea of always being open with one's sexuality.

Like she said: living life to its fullest.

Specially in Japanese society, where women who act "improperly" find themselves having difficulties getting into relationships.

Midnight threw all these traditions away in her everyday hero work life and now she is a thirty one years old lady who's still single and gets hung up on people commenting about her age.

Worry not, after I master Eri's quirk, you will be young for as long as you wish to be.

Funnily enough, when I asked about her old costume that she called her "birthday suit", she revealed she still had it stored in her home.

Perhaps I can convince her to go retro, if the hero laws don't allow it, then I think we could settle for a special date.

Can I make a sadist become a masochist?

Don't know.

But I want to try it someday.

...

Food for thought.

"Where do you wanna go now handsome?" She asked me while we made our way around town.

I smiled at her and suggested. "How about a movie?"

She blushed and nodded a little. "Excellent idea!"

And it was about that.

We weren't really bothered by the fact that news everywhere were reporting that a prison break had occurred in Tartarus.

——————————————————————

Despite my prison break not affecting my "internship" with Midnight, the clone with Endeavor had a change of plans.

The number two had to run off towards the high security prison.

He spent the entire night to clean up the mess that me and the Nomus had left, and to track and recapture all the other inmates that were set free.

Neither Bakugou nor Todoroki were happy with not having our night patrol with Endeavor, but burning stepped in and gave us access to the training room of their agency.

Being fireproof, she wasn't really worried about Ground Zero or Redeemer causing any trouble, but she cheekily suggested that I shouldn't test the room's limits.

Charming.

In a two against one match, I tested them.

Shoto was still learning the basics with fire, while avoiding overheating with his ice.

Using both elements together still made his movement a little sluggish, but he was beginning to find a way of merging both sides.

I wonder what he will learn.

Steam is the most logical result, but I don't know that it can be better than fire and ice.

Boiling water?

Unlikely.

A more overwhelming fire and a more intense ice?

Why notI guess.

Anyways, as for Bakugou.

Lower temperatures were still a hindrance to his performance.

He had just come up with his AP shot.

Impressive.

But still, his power wasn't enough to handle a boosted punch of mine.

His mobility on the other hand continued to evolve.

Howitzer Impact allowed him a faster way of transportation.

He traveled like a comet now.

But his gear wasn't resistant enough to resist such punishment. Being hard to make turns while also making him a little dizzy thanks to all the involved spinning.

——————————————————————

As for the other top heroes, despite not being summoned to Tartarus, they still had a busy time ahead of them.

Hawks and Edgeshot were designed to hunt down the league of villains.

The latter having access to classified footage of the prison had just moved Stain up to his top priority list.

Hawks was usually a carefree guy, but after a phone call, he began showing some signs of stress.

I guess I've gained his confidence enough to have me and my classmates to follow him while he searched around.

The authorities were aware of Kurogiri's quirk, but they had no idea what was his maximum distance to warp.

They wouldn't learn it through me, thanks to my history of improving and boosting the quirks I copied, I had the perfect excuse to not tell them.

Not sure if I was free of suspicion, but clearly they weren't sure either.

All Might had a hard time dealing with the large blow that a prison break happening on Tartarus did to his symbol of peace.

He was considering having me graduate early, but had no idea of how to accomplish that.

Gran Torino just slept through the entire night.

...

Yeah.

To be fair, he is retired.

I guess only an All for One size event would demand his attention.

And I already informed him that the evil lord is still kicking.

The radio had to change its schedule to broadcast the authorities' message about a villain faction on the loose.

Present Mic had managed to get a small window so that me and Kyouka could still share some of our work.

The rest of the time we went on patrol around the streets.

The entire country was almost going crazy to most Pro heroes, but from my perspective, the society still had chosen to ignore it and move on with their lives.

That might be the unfortunate side effect of All Might's peace campaign.

Regular folk just left these matters to the heroes to take care.

I don't blame them, neither do I blame All Might, but that's a flaw nonetheless.

As for my internship with Mt. Lady...

Gotta say, I was having so much fun.

It didn't take a day and Yui was already speaking up against the pro heroine.

Guess she thought Mt. Lady was being a little too touchy with me.

Yui and Yu continuously clashed from time to time, but after a while they began finding some common ground.

During her early life, Mt. Lady wasn't able to find a school which would make accommodations for her and her quirk.

So she was forced to take classes and hero exams in back countries, limiting the kind of education and the environments that she could train in.

Which she hated.

She made her life goal to make her name known.

Mt. Lady had actually picked Rule to offer the help that she had never received.

Seeing how unprepared and yet how well Yui had performed and adapted during our sports festival, she somehow saw herself in her.

Mt. Lady had just recently founded her own agency and was already doing hero work at a massive net loss.

Her life isn't very financially secure, it continues playing out in a loop.

She needs money, so she goes full throttle and gives it her all, which ends up destroying a bunch of more stuff.

Mt. Lady has to do a lot of other side jobs along with her hero work to break even at the end of the month.

Differently from Uraraka, who needs popularity and fame to become rich, Mt. Lady needs money to become popular and famous.

Yui was intelligent enough to notice at least some of that.

The lazy behavior Mt. Lady had shown us it was due to this week being the one she took to relax a little.

She was after all, only 22 years old.

...

I'm not joking.

She joined the top ten heroes during canon while still being this young.

Moving on...

Ryukyu was that different from Mt. Lady.

At her 26 of age, the girl was a very hardworking heroine.

Her giant form had similar shortcomings to Mt. Lady's and yet she persevered.

I had the pleasure to help Ochako, Asui and Reiko train for combat while still grabbing the heroine's interest.

She had asked me more than a few times to see me as a dragon.

One time I wanted to amaze her and mixed her quirk with Mt. Lady's.

Man, she almost went crazy with it.

My form had clearly reached gigantomachia's level of massiveness.

During patrols, the girls rode on my back as we soared through the skyes.

We continued to stop a few crimes between large individuals and rescued citizens from danger.

My internship with the Ingenium brothers proved just as successful. Though we were more busy chasing criminals and villains around town.

Tenya was slowly but surely learning how to make short turns and getting used to Gran Torino's fighting style that I was passing on to him.

As for the clone with Kirishima and Fat Gum, he told me that they had reached my crime scene over at the Whiteout agency.

Hard stuff for Kirishima to stomach, but he endured it like a champ.

Let's see what else...

With Kamui woods, Ibara was testing out her new move. She encased herself with her vines and somewhat mimicked the pro hero suit.

She could now swing around just like Spider-Man or evoque her vines to carry her like the iron-spider suit did.

As for Kinoko, she had learned a few recipes in regards to how to use her fungus. And she is still learning how to slide over a wave of mushrooms.

Great progress in my opinion.

Both girls were a little to me.

They didn't have a crush for me, at least not Ibara, but they were very thankful for my help.

And Kamui woods had asked if I was aiming to become a top hero like All Might.

After saying that I did have that plan in mind, he recognized me as a student with extraordinary potential.

He wasn't as shameless as Mt. Lady in regards to directly surfing on my fame. But his interest to keep working with me was clear enough.

Unfortunately, the least exciting internship of my class was the one with Death Arms.

Kendo and Awase might not think so given all the action they were having, but I was literally doing exactly that all around Japan.

Not to mention that I've just broken in on a high security prison.

My standards were growing by the minute.

Although, while Stain acted on some isolated areas, I had clones doing their best to reach smaller communities that had been neglected by most of the heroes.

Despite the news seeming to foretell the end of the world, the week of internships moved on without major incidents.

But before it ended, it seemed that my work as Stain had angered enough people.

*Hope this chapter is of your liking. Anything you wish to ask, feel free to do so.

Thanks as always for your attention and please be safe.

Any problems with my writing, just point them out and I will correct them as soon as possible.

** Thanks to everyone still reading this story.

We just reached 100k words and the second season is almost at its end.

Hopefully I can still engage you enough to stay around after I turn my attention to my other stories.

What did you think about the league of villains original members?

I had to rewatch the USJ episodes multiple times while listing everyone appearing on screen.

Unfortunately the anime had miscalculated, while they announced there were around seventy villains, I counted at least 130.

Some hilarious cases that I didn't include were regular people with some over the top weapons.

And a freaking chick in a sexy bunny costume.

Yeah, crazy stuff.

Have I left out someone you liked? Do you even remember?

I have pics for everyone of those that I include. Sadly some with awful definitions.

Thanks as always for your attention.

Bye!
