250 pounds???

------------------------------------------------------------

As the fight was over and everyone retreated to recuperate, Tony had his own questions in mind, primarily what the portal was those years ago, but now about the security breach into Jarvis and the suit Batman used while fighting.

After the long arduous events, he had to sleep so that he could be ready for the next day's conference. The public would not stop inquiring about the suit, not after all the people who had witnessed the beatdown.

Tony pulled up the interface and all about Batman was before him in a solid construct.

Starting from how his origins are estimated to be the portal to how his daily activities are hampering the police work, but that was all official information on him.

"Jarvis, pull up appearances of Batman in the past 6 months." Before him a web emerged, accurately mapping all of Batman's emergence.

"See that if we could find some pattern that could find us his origins." Jarvis run down all the logistics but no common pattern was verified in his systems.

'Hmm' "Calculate his approximate hide house from his entry point to the distance traveled and time is taken." Jarvis ran down the calculations, but no apparent pattern welcomed itself.

"What about his suit? What powers it?"

"Which suit sir?"

"He has multiple of them?" Tony was following Batman with the sole informant of Jarvis to him, but the task was not his priority so the Bat's first portal in his mind was from their meeting last night.

Confirming his doubt, Jarvis had both appearances projected of the Dark Knight as solid constructs before Tony, one with the seemingly normal one, all black with the bat symbol on his chest, only half the face appears with the eye slits covered with white covering. [No superhero ever looks good with his eyes showing out of his mask.]

The other ones were silvery gray, white hallow for eye slits and even the cape was armored, It was bulging armor, all made of some alloy.

"Run our estimates, and see if it is indeed using an arc reactor as the source." Jarvis took a second as Tony scrolled the holographic construct.

"Negative sir."

"Then what powers the suit?"

"The helmet part is powered by lithium-ion batteries sir, as for the rest of the suit, it does not have any power to boot."

"You are telling me lithium-ion batteries are pulling that heavy suit? Thats not possible, not without big cells which would have been apparent outside."

"No sir, the batteries power only the helm, the rest of the suit is not attached to any power source, it is used with strength alone." Tony was stunned, knowing how much his suit weighed, the Bat suit should at least be 1.5 times, if not twice heavier given its dimensions.

"Can you tell how much the armor weighs?"

"Negative sir, the data is severely lacking as the meeting was in the middle of the fight, however, the estimated weight is around 240-270 pounds while taking various metals and alloys in mind."

"240 pounds and you are saying he is pulling all that weight and fighting like this." Before him was the CCTV recording from the roof of the Stark Arc reactor sector, where Batman could be seen fighting some shady figures.

"Affirmative sir."

/Next day/

Batman, actually Bruce Wayne was at Murray Hill, the nearby location of the Empire state building to see the future location of Wayne Tower.

Building the Wayne Tower was still not feasible, given the cost of such a task required a huge capital. The Empire state building was built for 40 million dollars, which in 2009 dollar is about 607,629,755.4 dollars. (accurate data), and the net worth of Wayne Enterprises was just $480 million dollar. And that was their net worth, not liquidated assets.

"Well buy this land, let the apartments stand for the time being, we will develop this when we have enough capital for it." Neit nodded at her boss's words as she left for the paperwork of the same, while Bruce joined himself in his car.

Last night's fight was not without injuries. After the blast, Bruce had nabbed one of the surprised ones of them, taking his katana and lodging it in his knew, while showing his Metal gauntlet of an arm in his jaw, through the mask the ninja had been wearing.

/flashback/

The swords were not putting much of a resistance against an armor created to take on Superman's blows and upgraded to fight a war with the potential appearance of a god, Darkseid.

The Dark Knight dodged the fast blows of the ninjas while wearing the armor, much to their displeasure. One of the remaining two jumped off the roof to wait for the BAt to come down, where he would put his sword deep into the caped crusader with the help of gravity. But Batman used the high ground to his advantage.

He jumped straight below, catching the fool's sword in between his legs and breaking it with the power of his knees, turning himself mid-air to land another punch straight to the skull, this one in control but the Hand ninja was taken back nonetheless.

Batman took over his mask, which was found to be stuck on the face of the man. While this was going on the last ninja had taken the way of a tactical retreat, picking up his companions except for the one in the grasp of the Bat, leaving the sight only to ignore the small metal-cased cylindrical object in the fold of his get up.

"Who are you." A statement from the Bat got the lying man shivers in his throat, afraid of what he would do more than what the loyalists of his group would.

"What does the Hand have to do here." None of the questions was interpreted as one, sounding more like statements. The man was still conflicted about which he should fear more, but this time Bats made him clear who he should fear more.

"What is your group to the Hand." This time putting pressure on his leg with his armored slam-down kick, breaking his ankle and surrounding bone for good.

"AAAGGHH!!" cries echoed in the empty corner of the compound, as everyone was still at the place of the explosion.

"What do the armbands mean here?"

"H-Hand! Hand patrol group thr- three bands! Ambush for you! You Kill on sight!" The man broke down to tears while answering. He continued, "Elites have six ban-d, Please leave me."

The man did not apologize or ask for forgiveness instead asked for leaving him alone as he had already started regretting his life choices.

In the meantime, the S.H.I.E.L.D gets began to search the area, in the hope to find the tech parts the Iron Monger and Tony had left around while they fought, in the name of patrolling for any more hostilities.

They were also looking for the infamous menace Batman, who had caused their reputation among various nations and organizations to plummet... but to no avail, as there was no one in the area. Only an injured civilian insisting on going to the police station before getting treatment for his injured foot.

/continue/

In his car, Bruce was listening to the news.

"This week mission STS-119 will be launched from NASA's Kennedy Space Center on the 28th shuttle mission to the International Space Station."

'Well it's better than nothing,' Bruce thought while comparing the revolution time relative to Earth between geological satellites and the ISS.

-Live- Continuing to Mrs. Hudson who is currently in the press conference from the Stark Industries where CEO Tony Stark will be debriefing about the events following yesterday night

"And now, Mr. Stark has prepared a statement. He will not be taking any questions." Colonel Rhodes passes the podium to Tony, whispering for the last time for him to stick to the cards.

"Thank you. Been a while since I was in front of you. I figure I'll stick to the cards this time. There's been speculation that I was involved in the events that occurred on the freeway and the rooftop..."

In the forwardmost seat was Christine, familiar with Tony's antics after meeting him twice, and witnessing his orgas- *cough* lying face. " I'm sorry, Mr. Stark, but do you honestly expect us to believe that that was a bodyguard in a suit that conveniently appeared with Batman, despite the fact that you..."

"I know that it's confusing. It is one thing to question the official story, and another thing entirely to make wild accusations, or insinuate that I'm a superhero."

"I never said you were a superhero."

"Didn't? Well, good, because that would be outlandish and fantastic. I'm just not the hero type. Clearly. With this laundry list of character defects, all the mistakes I've made, largely public." Tony tried covering his slip of the mind, not that his mind did not want to slip.

Rhodey reminded Tony to stick to the cards, again. But that would have been too easy.

"Yeah, okay.

The truth is...

I am Iron Ma-"

"TONY STARK IS BATMAN!" "CNN EXCLUSIVE!" "BILLIONAIRE TONY STARK JUST CONFESSED HIM BEING THE VIGILANTE BATMAN!"

[The credits roll while a balanced Tony comes down the podium to correct the journalists]

Alternate title I am Iro- Batman???

[I checked the figures Batman vs Sup armor weighs 90 kg or 200 pounds to the Bo'ohw'o'wo'er readers of mine(pun intended), and bats made it work like a charm. The average iron man suit starts from 25kg (Mark 5 suitcase one) and Mark one is around 60kg I guess? Well, the one thing I am sure about is Iron longer, weight 360kg as told by the official Marvel site. And you can guess what the last line of this chapter is going to be]

At first I was thinking of the business arc to be a minor one, should I incorporate it so that it comes and goes every 4-5 chaps?

[All the facts in all of the chapters actually hold the truth, so I am entertaining you and teaching you GK.]

I was drinking my cold coffee, which I tried for the first time as I don't like coffee, but it spilled over my phone so now my phone is fucked, my bedsheet is fucked and when my mom gets to know about this I would be fucked...
