ATG: The Jade Emperor

3rd Person POV:

"From now on you are <the king> of all

humans" said the Jade Emperor Okhwang before taking his final breath remembering the bet he made with the Monkey King he smiled.

The Blue Pole Star a planet who follows the "survival of the fittest" were the strong is praised and the weak is insulted and oppress, the citizens of the Floating Cloud City are preparing for an event beu which most of them don't like.

"Damn it! that trash Xiao Che will marry our goddess!"

"I'm clearly much better than that crippled shit"

"No I'm clearly much more better than you"

A week from now a wedding which most of the people don't to want to happen in the city is nearing it's deadline, males are arguing and females already had a look on pity in their faces. Xiao Che a crippled guy who can't cultivate will be marrying Xia Qingyue who's considered to be the most beautiful and talented cultivator in the city. A lot of things is being prepared while the bride and groom is in their respective manors.

Xiao Che is getting nervous day by day his wedding is approaching he felt unworthy to marry a beauty like Xia Qingyue he's crippled with no talent for cultivation and because of it he's always being insulted if he was not a young master of the Xiao clan then it would be worse.

"Little Che are you alright?" a gentle voice asked. This is Xiao Lingxi the auntie of Xiao Che. She was worried about her nephew because of his inability to cultivate he would be bullied and insulted causing him to cry in his room.

"I'm fine little Aunt" he assured "I'm just nervous since next week I would be married to the most beautiful woman of the city and a lot of people will be there." he said

"I see" she muttered " I'm going out for a while to buy something, is there something you would like? "she asked.

"No need i would like to rest today it may help me calm down" he replied.

"Well rest for today your aunt will wake you up later" she said.

"I will" he replied.

After saying their goodbyes Xiao Lingxi go out to buy something after getting the things she need was about to come back to the manor but someone called her from behind.

"Wait"

Darkness, that was all the previous Jade Emperor saw after dying, he found himself in a void where he cannot see, or even move.

"..." he's been like this since he got here nothing to see unable to move.

"Is this were a god goes after it's death?" he chuckled. He found it stupid that a god will just be stuck on darkness but even then they're not mortals who will go to "heaven" so he wouldn't be surprised.

"Hello there it seems that you were stuck here?" a voice asked.

"I can't see where I am or even figure out who you are so I'm not sure what my situation is." he calmly replied. aside from the voice that came out of nowhere he really don't know what happen to him he's conscious but he's not aware of what's around him.

"You're dead" the voice replied bluntly. "But you're soul is strong very very strong that's why you manage to somehow survive and got stuck here." said the voice.

"I see" he muttered. wondering about what the voice was talking about, his soul? from what he remember his son R stole his body and he gave his eye to Daewi which is also a part of his soul the fact that when he posses and took control over Dante's body bringing his "King's Body" and his third eye along with him.

"Well then what can I do for you? talking to a random soul is not what a normal person would do? the King asked. he's curious of what the voice wants from him.

"I'm Xisu I'm also dead however unlike you I can't go back" the voice replied.

Now this got Okhwang's attention, dead? go back? he already had an idea but he still want to make sure.

"What do you mean?" he asked seemingly oblivious.

"I'll be blunt I will bring you back but in exchange i want to req- I want YOU to do something for me please!" Xisu pleaded.

'Impossible not even Tathagata has the capability to bring back a god alive' he thought inwardly however Xisu didn't seem to be lying and it is pointless to lie in this situation. "I agree" he replied as long as he's alive no matter the request he will fulfill it."So..? What's your request?" he asked.

"I want you to protect my sister Jasmine and Xing Wu! I don't have the power to do it since I'm dead so please protect them that's my only request." The Star God begged.

He's shock about the request, Xisu who's giving him a chance to live only want him to protect his sister? he expected more such as revenge but protecting them? just like that?

'Just like Daewi Han' he chuckled softly remembering a certain human who would sacrifice his eye just because of a promise.

"Very well I accept however are you really trusting me? Are you not worried that I might go back in my word after all we wouldn't see each other after this." he asked truthfully on a normal circumstances this is a very stupid decision. but it seems that his desperate enough that he would chose something like this.

"Yes this is a gamble for me and I'm disappearing meaning I have to take this choice if it fails then I can only blame my stupidity" he replied helplessly.

The King of Nox smiled hearing this it seems that even in death some people are just that stubborn to fulfill their promise ' Is this what you felt Imoogi?' he asked himself inwardly.

"Very well I, as the Jade Emperor will fulfill Xisu's request" the king said. An oath that he would took to the heart to repay the kindness of this man. "How would I find your sisters? the world is big and searching for them will be hard especially that I don't know what they look like?" he asked.

"Thank you! I'm eternally grateful for this." he said happily. He don't know what the title means but as long as he agree then that's what matters. "and as for my sister I will send you the location which I felt where she is she's the only who will be able to help you to get to my other sister." he answered. knowing Jasmine she will likely find a way to get revenge on that 'woman' no matter how dangerous it is.

He began using every bit of his power in order to forcefully eject Okhwang out of the void. He's planning on giving all of his powers however he only has enough for him to bring him back to life. in the center of the void Xisu shine and pull him out of the void. Okhwang feeling this only relax and when the it's about to finish he heard Xisu's last words.

"Thank you" he said disappearing in the void.

Okhwang's POV:

On the forest near the Floating Cloud City an unconcious handsome youth wearing a black robe with black pants and sandals with red spiky hair and golden bangs but the most unique part of him is the eye on his forehead.

"hahhhhh" Okhwang woke up taking a deep breath and he observe his surroundings he's in a forest but for some reason it's unfamiliar, Xisu told him that his sister will be around these areas so it means that he will have to explore around, standing up he look at himself he's wearing Dante's clothes before he possessed him after checking is body he felt something on his forehead going to a nearby pond to look at himself.

"What?! How is this possible? my Wisdom and Body? but It's been stolen and I already pass my eye and I'm young?." he asked mostly to himself. The events before he died is still fresh to him recalling the traitor, his people's sacrifices, and passing his eye of wisdom. this should be impossible yet it's here.'Is this what Xisu meant by my soul?'he asked inwardly either way this was good for him he can feel it his connection to the universe even his treasures but for some reason he can't bring it out for the moment.

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA"he laughed finding it ironic that the concept he want to escape give him the very thing he wants.

'This youthful body this is not like Dante who's artificially made its my real body like my age itself had been reversed' he thought.

"This is too convenient is it destiny?" he chuckled. finding fate want something from himself hilarious.' Well Xisu I'll fulfill my promise now may you rest in peace' he said inwardly giving a moment of silence for the man who gave him a second chance.

"Well standing around won't get me nowhere I need to find civilization somewhere here." using the King's wisdom to search a sign of life aside from the idea that Xisu's sister is here he's still don't know where he is and finding a town or a city is the first step he need to take.

"Found it" he muttered. sprinting so fast and silent no one would even notice someone pass through them, 'having a young body really is convenient for this' he thought.

Reaching the Floating Cloud City he saw guards in the entrance.' I don't have money.' he thought inwardly. This is one of the factors he need to solve the lack of money.

*sigh* "I forgot about this since Nox is the one who's gathering funds." he sighed.

Having an idea he used the King's Wisdom to fly and bend the light around him to make himself invisible to go to the city finding a secluded spot there he dispell his ability and closed his third eye going out he search where he can get information about the city.

A lot of people is looking at him either because of his clothes or his face preventing him from asking however seeing a girl who seem to have a friendly aura around him he called.

"Wait"

And done phew~ I literally write this for hours so sorry about it this basically a rewrite to the other story, I make it in much more detailed version. well I'm gonna rest comment down your opinions I also have my exams so bye~
