3rd Person POV:

It was an exciting day for Okhwang in fact he had never been so excited in his whole life,

There are only few things that can make him like this and those things can be counted in one hand.

Today he's gonna start cultivating! after reviewing the necessary steps and different stages or realms as they call it. He goes into the nearby lake and start meditating trying to feel the Profound Energy around the surroundings that is necessary for cultivation...

Any second now.....

'Why isn't this working?!' the Jade Emperor thought angrily.

According to his findings to absorb Profound Energy one must feel it to their surroundings, there are stages into this called "Nine Mortal Realms" that goes 1 to 10 before they advance to the next one. The 10th is considered to be the peak of a realm. Once someone goes past level 10 of a realm but does not enter the next realm it can be considered 'Half-step' into the next realm.Entering a new realm is normally an extremely difficult boundary for profound practitioners. This is why there are many who are stuck at the 10th level or Half-step level and never progress in their entire lifetime. This is also why medicine that can increase cultivation are highly prized. The strength gain from crossing a realm is so large that it is generally impossible for someone at the 'half-step' level of a realm to win against the 1st level of a realm.

'Is it because I don't have Profound Veins?' the king sighed.

The purpose of profound veins is to hold profound strength. Each person is innately born with a set of profound veins. It starts growing from the time of birth and reaches maturity at around the age of fourteen. Although profound veins do not affect one's life and death, it still was a part of the body.

The profound veins inside a human body are like a robust and mature tree with many "branches" spreading out in all directions, and on each "branch" laid a profound entrance. As for the "trunk", it was the most important core position of the profound veins, the base of all the profound veins. On this base, there were no profound entrances.

However unknown to the King that is not the case, well there's also an issue about the Profound Veins since he was not from this world but the main problem is his body or rather the "King's Body". The Jade Emperor is known to have the power to take or give vital energy to others that is use for various purposes such as healing, increasing someone's lifespan, giving sentience to beings like Mori Hui or Dante, and of course the power to revive the dead.

Profound Energy is considered to be a downgrade version of vital energy that can only benefit the user, Because of this his body consider it a "filth" and ended up transforming it into vital energy, but even then this will only increase his lifespan rather than reaching immortality.

*sigh* "how will I fix this?" Okhwang asked himself.

The king sat quietly for a moment and try find a solution for this problem, thinking deeply he suddenly remember the young girl Xiao Lingxi, she told him about her nephew Xiao Che who's having the same case but rather than incapable of absorbing Profound Energy he's crippled.

"It seems that I need to meet the groom~" smiling he made a decision.

Going the the Xiao Manor he jump from trees trying to find Xiao Che's room by looking through their windows as he was looking around he heard a commotion.

"Little Che! what happened?!" he heard a voice scream in panicked.

Following the voice he look around and found Xiao Lingxi who had a worried expression on her beautiful face.

Looking around he saw a pale boy who he assumed is Xiao Che, he's unconcious like he's been ill or something.

"Little Che don't worry auntie will get help." Lingxi assured getting out of the room to get help.

Seeing the situation Okhwang sighed. his purpose is to check Xiao Che's body to see what's the difference between their Profound Veins but it seems that he need to postpone it for now.

As he was about to leave he felt something on his forehead and suddenly something happened.

"What is this?!"

Opening 'Xiao Che's' eyes he look around felt something was of he was supposed to be dead he's sure of it but then suddenly a surge amount of memories came through his mind, and he remembered his 'name' and everything about Xiao Che.

'So I reincarnated in this body but how?' he asked himself inwardly.

He was about to stand up when he felt a terrifying sensation behind him he felt like he wouldn't be able to forget what he will saw once he turn around, with a cold sweat and trembling body he took the courage to turn around and then he saw that 'thing'

He can't see it's face but just by looking on it's shadowed figure he felt helplessness, he look on it's eyes in order to pose a tough look but it was a horrible mistake, looking at it he saw two symbols on it's eyes however that was not the thing he was scared of, It was the third eye on it's forehead. A.Fucking.Third.Eye glaring at him, the first thing on his mind is 'How is this possible?!' he's a medical saint and a third eye is not even possible according to his studies but unfortunately his fear is preventing him from speaking he's to terrified and his senses is screaming at him to run or hide anything just so that he wouldn't encounter this thing but his body is not listening and his eyes are glued to it's third eye, he feel that he's looking on the Beginning and The End and it was terrifying he couldn't even feel his body and then he passed out.

The Jade Emperor was about to walk out but something unexpected happened.

"What is this?!" he shouted.

His third eye is being open by force something that not even gods could do.

It concerned him and tried to close it but for some reason it's still manage to open by itself

sending pulses somewhere before it stopped.

Calming down he feel his Eye of Wisdom leading him to somewhere, he was skeptical about it but decided to follow it since he's still connected to it. It leads him to Xiao Che's room and he stare at the boy in front of him or rather the thing on his neck, a necklace.

On a simple glance it looks normal however he felt excitement all over his body!, he don't even know why but looking on that necklace he felt some sort of 'connection'.

Staring at it he noticed Xiao Che waking up, seeing this a cold look appear on his face, he don't why but the moment he saw the trash in front of him he had an urge to [Throw a planet] o. The trash turn around and look at him in fear and eventually passed out.

*sigh* "what the hell did just happen?" he asked himself. The rage it still there however after seeing Trash Che passed out, it bring an unknown feeling of satisfaction inside him.

Reaching to the boy he touch his necklace, feeling that he should where it, he pull it out of his neck and put the necklace to him instead, feeling like this right.

Suddenly the necklace shine, he look at his left palm and saw it shining with jade light before forming a circular shape.

He look at the necklace and then the mark on his palm he didn't feel any danger so he didn't stop whatever it's doing.

After the light died down he observe the mark and feel satisfied for some reason he don't know the why this necklace gave him power but it just felt so right he decided to accept it.

Unknown to Okhwang because of his connection to the universe through his "Eye of Wisdom" it also extend to the Seven Heavenly Profound Treasure because they had the same origin which is the universe and because of that connection a link is forming between them like they're meeting their long lost brother or something.

Okhwang look at 'Xiao Che' he knew that a cripple like him can't possess a treasure like this, so he made his mind and touch his head.

"Now then what kind of secrets do you have?"

it seems that Our Almighty King has his problems but even so, it seems that he will find some interesting things~
