2 Arrival

Xiao Lingxi POV:

I was worried about little Che, I know that he's nervous about the upcoming wedding and adding the insults of other people didn't help either. *sigh* I've been with little Che ever since we were kids but now he's getting married'. It's unfair maybe if they weren't blood related they can'....', shaking her head, it was impossible she was his aunt the only thing she can do is to support him, 'dont worry little Che auntie is here for you!' i was about to go back when someone called me from behind.

"Wait"

I turn around I saw a handsome young man with red hair wearing a robe? it's wierd I can't feel Profound Energy from him, maybe he's like little Che? realizing that i was staring for too long.

"Umm is there something you need?" I asked blushing.

"I'm sorry for calling suddenly but can you tell me about the city? I just got here and know nothing about it" he replied.

"Ohhh" that's why he's wearing strange clothes he's an outsider, but that's my first time seeing it maybe he's from very far place?

"Sure"

3rd Person POV:

Okhwang walking beside a girl he found out that her name is Xiao Lingxi she told him about the Floating Cloud City, Xia Clan and Xiao clan.

"Xiao Clan? judging from you surname you're a part of this clan." he asked. meeting an influential person at his first day on this city is something that he didn't expect.

"Ah yes! I was part of that clan but may I know what's your name?" she asked. she told him her name and the city but she still didn't got this young man's name.

"I forgot, very well i'm Okhwang I came from outside the city." he replied. technically he didn't lie, he did come from 'outside' the city.

"Oh are you a tourist then? there's not really much to know about the city aside that it's known for being forgotten by the empire." she asked curiously having a downcast expression at the last part.

"No, you can say I'm merely traveling and just happen to encounter the city so I take a look around." the King replied. an excuse he's not gonna ask her about the empire or even the planet that would be stupid. As it's considered common knowledge by the people here.

"Hey what's the happening here is it some kind of festival? I saw a lot of people doing some preparations." he change the topic also curious about what kind of event that the city is preparing.

"There's an upcoming wedding for the two clans in order to establish relationship." she said. remembering again the marriage of his nephew.

"I see" he replied. "Then what's with the atmosphere? it's like most people here don't want it to happen." he asked. If there's a wedding the people would most likely be happy about it and the fact that it's the two most influential clans in the city also add to this statement.

"Well, you see the bride, Xia Qingyue is the most beautiful woman and considered to be the most talented cultivator in the Floating Cloud City and a lot of guys wanted to marry her." she replied.

He raised his eyebrow 'Cultivator? is it related to the strange energy?' he thought before saying. "Jealousy? that's it? shouldn't they be happy that the two most influential clan in the city is establishing a relationship since they will also get the benefit?" he asked.

She shook her head. "Not just that but the groom- my nephew Xiao Che is crippled and can't cultivate." she said sadly. "Because of that he's being look down by others even though he's part of the clan." she became sadder.

"I see." he didn't continue further since it's obviously related to their clan and since he won't be staying that long, well until he got the thing he need. They continue to walk silently until they reach the Xiao Manor.

"Oh! we're here!" She turn around and asked. "Would you like to come inside? it's very rare for a tourist to visit in this city and I would be glad to answer the questions you have." she asked.

"No it's alright I'm already grateful that you tell me about the city." he politely declined.

"Oh, then it's nice meeting you Sir. Okhwang if you want to find me I will be here in the manor" she said bowing.

*chuckling* "thank you, it's nice meeting you too and I will keep it in mind." he said bowing slighty. He got a lot of information because of this girl expressing his gratitude is not a problem.

After saying their goodbyes to each other, Xiao Lingxi go back to the manor while Okhwang he's gonna 'look' around for a while.

Okhwang POV:

Walking around in the city I notice that someone is following me it seems that they're listening to our conversation earlier. 'This is one of the things I needed to confirm, my fighting prowess how strong are they with the help of this energy, and how does the system of power work' leading them to the alleyway I look around and seeing there's no one here I turn around and spoke.

"Come out now filthy worms, this king found your presence annoying."

It took a moment before three man appeared having a smirk on their faces like they had found an easy prey.' Oh right, I also need some clothes.' their clothes are similar in the medieval era where robes along with slippers is the most common form of clothing.

"Heh, it seems a rat is talking to a lion." said one of them which seems to be the leader.

"This is to easy I can't even feel a Profound Energy from this weakling, the heavens truly is unfair." said the other man arrogantly.

'Profound Energy? I'll get to that later'

"Y-" I cut off the other and said.

"Hurry up mongrels don't waste my precious time."

"You!" their leader dashed into me with a glowing fist 'So that's Profound Energy huh?'

Getting into stance I give him a high kick in the chin.

A move that I copied from Mori Hui causing their leader to be sent upwards sending his teeth everywhere, without giving the other a chance I dashed.

[Arang]

Giving the arrogant man an elbow forming < shape in his chest. He was sent flying to the wall and coughed up blood.

The other one look at me fearfully he's trying to run but before he realised I was already in front of him giving him several swift but stronng pokes around his body.

[Artery Block]

I block his arteries causing him to fall to the ground losing control over his body. He look at me and spoke.

"What is this?! I demand you to stop it do you know who I am?!" he shouted. Before he continued I gave him a kick in the face knocking him out.

*sigh* "this is too easy but it seems that this trashes are not even strong" taking their money and clothes he look around at the three of them suddenly having an idea.

And the last experiment is done disintegrating them 'it seems I can use the natural forces while having my eye close although it's not that strong fighting people like this it's already enough'

"Now then time to meet the Bride"
