Zander Kamau sat in dark room thinking. He was currently in his own world, thinking of new weapons he could use for different situations. He looked a the kurikuri knives on this side of him, they where small knives with thick blades and could be used to pierce the heads of his enemies from a distance away. In short they were thick bladed throwing knives, he answered the question a voice inside of his head asked. He then thought about what he would do when everything was over, would he save the world or ruin it? He decided he would do neither but rather relax once he had his family back, but first he had to take eden shards from the people who had them in their possessions, to decrease their power to make it easier on himself. He had no clue how many he needed to take but he would keep snatching them every chance he got. He got up and went outside and walked in a certain direction
Zander had went to his usual tavern in the town and found out about a women who was able to survive a shot from a cannon because a invisible deity blocked a the shot in front of her. Zander knew this was false, but decided to investigate anyways. He looked towards the bar keeper and slide him a couple of coins while pointing in the direction he heard the story from.
Barkeep nodded and began to pour Zander a drink while beckoning for him to come closer. Zander came closer and the bar keep began to tell him rumors and theories he had heard in the tavern. Zander always went to this tavern mainly because it was quite populated which resulted in more rumors being heard by the barkeeper. Zander nodded towards the barkeeper and slipped him something extra, he then gave away his drink to a random stranger on the side and walked out of the tavern.
He knew this eden shard would take some time based off the information he heard. He needed a ship and it needed to be powerful, durable, and somewhat fast. He needed crew mates to fight a big battle in the sea, his upcoming battle was going to be a epic sea battle and he wanted to be perfectly prepared.
He wanted to build his own ship, but despite all the information he was told he didn't know how to exactly do such a thing or how long it would take. He rented a small boat and began to set sail on the quest to find a strong ship he could bandit.
Zander rowed and rowed until his arms got tired but there where still no signs of any good ships, luckily he didn't go that far out to be swarmed with large waves and icebergs. Zander rode back to the town he was residing before and decided to pick up a job. He was going to be a watchman for ships to steal and good one, he didn't know how long it was going to take but he only hoped the women from the rumors would remain alive by the time he was done.

Three in a half weeks had passed since Zander had started his job, he was known as the invisible watchman. None could even get aboard a ship near him, the ships that were assigned to him always looked dead which gave people the desire to steal what wasn't theirs but before they could even board the ship they where knocked to sleep. Overtime this title became the talk of ship watchmen and sailors, sailors asked the invisible watchman to guard their ships while they all went to have fun at a tavern. He did it to perfection and none would dare attempt to steal a ship assigned to the invisible watchman.
After three in half weeks Zander finally found his ship in shining armor, it was filled with cannons in the front, left, and right side along with motors, it had the perfect amount of armor that didn't reduce it's speed by the slightest bit, and finally a large sail that stood high in the windy air. It fluttered in the wind, the entire ship was near to perfection and Zander would steal it away.
The people of the ship had asked the invisible watchman to guard their ship because of his reputation and undefeated streak, but like most streaks it would be soon broken just like a certain deadman at a large stage with thousands of people.
Zander accepted which made the people of the ship joyful because Zander still had pending requests from other sailors. They all smiled and went on their way while singing a song in unison. Zander knew that is was more than likely that the sailors would take more than a day in a half to return because sailors and their crew mates didn't always have a chance to celebrate together because they needed people to watch the ship, so they often left people behind to guard. So now that they could all leave their ship in the hands the most well known ship watchman, nobody was left behind on their crew and celebrated their victory.
However this was a false assumption, Zander had already decided to make this ship his. He waited until nightfall and decided to make his move. He boarded the ship and released the anchor and sailed off. He was slowly sailing away and heard shout from the nearby ship watchmen that told him to stop as they could only watch helplessly. Zander ignored they shouts and sailed off into the distance.
Zander has sailed far far out of view and now pulled out the equipment he gathered during the time he was waiting for night to fall. He pulled out a compass, a partially finished map, and binoculars. He threw down the anchor and walked down to the deck, he planned to test the cannons himself before gathering his crew. When he was near the cannon he heard a loud knocking sound that instantly caught his attention, like a fastball flying towards your face when your guard was down. He activated his eagle vision and the scene before him made him glad his took this ship. He saw men and women tied up at the bottom of the ship near the barracks. He removed his attention from the cannon and raced down towards the people.
When he reached the people he saw that they were skin and bones, their ribs were visible even from where Zander was standing, their eyes lacked life while some carried traces of anger, and their feet and hands were to tightly chained it looked as if the circulation was being cut off.
Zander walked up to one of the men would looked in his direction with eyes of angry and asked him a question.
"What are you doing here" Zander asked while staring at the man's face with a gaze that seemed to be able to detect lies.
The man's eyes narrowed as he said
"Mocking us even when we are defenseless? I expected nothing less from you bunch!! The man said in a voice that was filled with anger.
Zander looked down at the man who looked up at him with destain while being sprawled across the rough and creaky wood, he then said
"Don't take your anger out on a random bandit, that happened to steal this ship. Take out your anger on the people that placed you in this pitiful position. Zander said as he unlocked the shackles of then man with his hidden blade then lowered his hand to pick the downed man up before saying
"Join my crew and allow me you lead you down the path you wish to take" Zander said as he stood back up after undoing the man's chains.
The man looked at Zander with a gaze that was filled with hope and confliction. His eyes narrowed before he grabbed Zander's hand and forced himself to stand up despite his condition. He looked Zander in his eyes with eyes that showed his will before bowing
"Thank you for this chance" The man said as he silently cried tears of joy
Zander went on to free all of those who were in chains and asked if they wanted to join him. Not all wanted to join, but more decided to join him to find their path. Zander bore no bad feelings to those who declined his offer.
He know had his crew, but they needed to be trained and Zander knew what he needed to do.
