Di tempatnya bekerja Shaka mempunyai seorang Bos yang baik hati, Arjun namanya. Dia seorang duda yang kebetulan kisah hidupnya sama seperti Arini, sama-sama di khianati. Namun bedanya Arjun berasal dari keluarga berada, sedangkan Arini berasal dari keluarga biasa. Kedekatan Arjun dan Shaka terjalin dengan baik. Bahkan Shaka tak sungkan lagi memperkenalkannya pada Arini. Rupanya benih-benih cinta hadir di hati Arjun sejak pertemuan pertamanya dengan Arini.  Dan pada akhirnya mereka pun menikah. Pada suatu hari ketika Arjun, Arini, dan Shaka sedang makan malam di sebuah restoran, tanpa sengaja Arjun bertemu dengan mantan istrinya, Lola, yang sedang bergandengan mesra dengan seorang lelaki seumuran Shaka. Dan yang begitu mengejutkannya lagi ternyata kekasih Lola itu adalah Ilham anak tirinya Hakam.  Rupanya Hakam dan Mira tidak senang dengan kebahagiaan Arini dan Arjun. Mereka memanfaatkan Lola, menghasutnya agar mengambil sebagian harta Arjun, dengan dalih Lola berhak untuk memilikinya daripada Arini. Lola selalu memojokkan Arini, jika dia menikah dengan Arjun hanyalah untuk harta semata. Hingga Arini pun kerap terpancing emosi dan membuat pernikahannya dengan Arjun sedikit gonjang-ganjing panas. Shaka menyewa pengacara untuk menyelesaikan masalah, dan ternyata memang Lola tidak berhak atas harta Arjun yang sekarang. Karma pun berlaku untuk keluarga Hakam. Ilham yang kerap selalu menjual diri dengan wanita-wanita kaya yang kesepian, ternyata dia tertular penyakit HIV dan begitu pula dengan Lola yang ikut tertular dari Ilham. Dan akhirnya itu semua berimbas pada keadaan Hakam dan Mira, yang tidak bisa mengandalkan Ilham lagi untuk memeras uang wanita-wanita kesepian. Hingga akhirnya Hakam dan keluarganya pun jatuh miskin untuk yang kesekian kalinya. Berbeda dengan keluarga Arini yang mendapatkan kebahagiaan yang melimpah ruah. Pernikahannya dengan Arjun dikaruniai seorang putri yang cantik. Dan tak berselang lama Shaka pun menikah dengan gadis pilihannya dan dikaruniai pula seorang putra. Jadi Arini selain memiliki putri cantik, dia pun memiliki seorang cucu yang tampan.
