Anna’s New Godzilla Life

Anna has been a very sickly child ever since she was first born. Being able to live to the age of 15 was a miracle but she never left the hospital. Her parents would visit her everyday, or at least did. When her new brother was born they slowly stopped with the constant visits till they only visited every couple of months. Anna grew cold and nothing interested, the nurses would avoid her and she had no friends to speak of. At one point in time a mentally unstable man had tried to force himself on her but was stopped when the only person who would still visit her stopped him. She had one day discovered a film called ‘Godzilla’ which she watch and instantly fell in love with. Every night she would dream of being Godzilla, roaming the world and fighting with both humans and monsters alike. She wanted to become this monster she loves and in that dark space when she met her it came true.

On the move

Leaving behind the scene on destruction I had caused I walked back toward what I believe to be the elven side.

Coming up to their trenches I could see the fear in the tiny soldiers that were holding their rifles to me despite knowing it wouldn't hurt myself.

But as they had not attacked yet I'll leave them alone. Now although I did enjoy the scenes of Godzilla attacking and completely destroying all civilisation I won't attack without a need. That's just like asking the entire world to come hunt me down.

Stepping over the trenches I made my way towards the mountains behind them. Stopping one last time I shifted my body so that both sides, the remaining humans and elves, could see my side profile. I curled my tail to the side before standing as high up as I can. Taking a deep breath I let loose the sound of victory for my first victory.

RRRROOOOAAAARRRR!!!!!

This scene will be forever ingrained into the memories of all who saw. The majestic yet scary creature who showed its dominance over this world announcing the rule of its new queen.

Letting out a small growl after that roar I turned and made my way to the mountains. The mountains that I could see were filled with snow that made them look even more beautiful. I had only ever seen snow through my hospital window so I'm quite excited to experience it.

Walking into the forest the trees no longer tower over me. In fact I'm the one who now towers over them. I'm finally able to properly feel the sunlight on my body and it's a nice soothing feeling.

Now although I'm a lot bigger and probably scary too the sounds of bird singing enter my ears and it creates a lovely atmosphere around here.

I would heave loved for this to continue but it seems that I've stumbled onto another defensive position for the elves. They are all looking towards me with their guns readied but it seems that they aren't attacking. I can only assume that the other group had informed them not to attack me as I won't attack them unless they do.

Walking forward I stepped over the trenches and bunkers. *Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp* the bunkers shook with each step and the soldiers down below struggled to keep their balance as the earth moved with my steps.

A look of fear, awe, and amazement were aimed at me as I walked pass. The looks that some of the elves gave me were even that of worship. I think it may become slightly troublesome later on but it's fine for now.

Moving on I will soon reach the mountains and once I do I need to find a lake or something. I need to clean this mud and ash of off me.

With another 10 minutes of travel I had made my way to the mountains but you can imagine my surprise when I saw dwarfs making fortresses out of the mountain. They all stopped what they were doing before one of the them shouted and they all made a dash for the cannons.

—————————————————————

My name is Molrek and I am the dwarf general for the mountain defence line of the 3rd army, the golden shields. We were stationed in the dwarven capital of Thurn Boldihr protecting the dwarven royalty.

It wasn't the most interesting job but the pay was good. There are only three things I love in this world, gold, beer and high quality material for which I can craft my weapons from. I was deployed to this mountain range to over watch the construction of the fort in the mountains.

We had been stationed here for a few weeks now. As the construction wasn't top priority we have had a nice and peaceful construction rather than a rushed job. That's the only reason as to why I'm still here.

The days passed, then weeks. The days continued like normal with the frontlines only ever moving by small amounts each time to only be taken back the following days.

But then one day we had received a report stating utmost urgency. A potential rank SS creature had appeared and destroyed the human front line. We had received information that as long as we don't attack it we should be fine.

I was going to ignore the creature and continue with the job I had been assigned but when I heard it coming and laid my eyes onto it I knew I needed the materials.

*Stomp* *Stomp* *Stomp* it came within firing distance that should be able to pierce the thick hide of the creature. I ignored the warnings the elves gave us, I mean we don't exactly like each other so when we kill this thing we won't have to share hahahaha!

"Alright men get the cannons ready! I want this creature brining down and when we do you can all have a chunk of the material it offers!"

*Loud cheers*

As I and my men push the cannons forward the creature stops and stares at us. A mix of fear and excitement ran through my body. Adrenaline pumping through the body as we took our stance.

"Get ready men! FFIIRREE!!!*

One by one the cannons go off hitting the creature *Boom* *Boom!* *Boom!!* *Boom!!!* *Boom!!* *Boom!* *Boom*

The magical shells hit the creature as smoke fills the air. Me and my men cheer loudly and prepare for a second barrage to ensure the things dead. If it isn't it should be dazed enough for the second strikes to hit. Or at least I had assumed.

*GROWL!*

Slowly turning my head the purple eyes met mine as the smoke still covered the area. The eyes were like a light in a dark cave, only this time it brought terror not relief.

All of the sudden the creature ran as us and slammed its body into the mountain side destroying a quarter of the mountain. Then with a slash of its claws it ripped out an entire chunk of the fort we had built.

The damage we had already been dealt with was enough to cripple the entire third army but the creature still continued.

A huge tail smashed into the area where I stood. The last thing I ever saw was the tail and the purple eyes that never left mine the entire time.

—————————————————————

Phew that was a nice workout. I took a look at the damage I had done and was pretty pleased with myself. Half of the mountain was new completely destroyed while the other half suffered enough damage so that those dwarfs shouldn't be able to rebuild a fort here unless they spend months remodelling the mountain.

Well anyways right now I've got a clear shot into the wilderness behind the mountains. As soon as I can gain my human form I'll build myself a little home that I can enjoy.

Moving on the sunlight surrounds my body from in front of me. I take one last look behind me and smile, or at least as best I can. Let's move on shall we and find my home.
