11 Chapter 11 : Head meets ground

A portal opened on the top of one of Los Angeles' many tall buildings, and Noah emerged, followed by the ancient one. These Monsters walked out of the portal as if they had never been in a fight that caused every Los Angeles resident to collectively sh*t themselves just from the impact alone.

" Haaaaaaaaaaaaaugh "How long has it been since I've felt this good?" Noah wondered. Noah stretched for a few moments before looking up at the sky. "I like this. the wind on my face, the stars in the sky, and the city lights below." *Noah Sighed* "I just hope this isn't a dream, because If this turns up to be a dream again, it would mean no more cycles " Noah mumbled.

" Cycle ?"

The ancient one says as she stood behind Noah.

"Waaa," Noah exclaimed, throwing both arms in the air while standing on one leg. He turned to see the ancient one looking at him strangely." He was startled? " the ancient one thought.

" ancient one, you still here ?" Noah said while adjusting himself, he then pretended to cough and continued "Don't worry about it I was just talking to myself",

"Anway, I i'll be on my way now. Thank you for the spar feel so much better, and until we meet again."

Noah attempted to fly away, only to be stopped by the ancient one's blood-freezing voice saying, "Hold on."

Noah halted his movement, turned to face the ancient one, and replied, "Yes?"

"Where do you think you're going, Mr. Noah?" says the ancient one.

" You know, fly around, find something fun to do. And maybe partake in some social activities" Noah replied

"And for how long it will be before you start becoming unstable again?" asked the ancient one with a dark glint in her eyes.

" Hmmm, I'm not sure. A month? A Week? maybe even a few hours from now but I am sure il be able to figure something out ....." " hopefully." Noah muttered the last bit under his breath but the ancient one picked on it up nonetheless

So Upon hearing Noah's response, The ancient summoned her Fan, pointed at his chest and said. "Look here you rascal. I do not know if you are an idiot or just thick-skinned , but you must understand one thing. I am the sorcerer supreme. it is my duty to protect this rock people call earth. And I won't allow an unstable walking nuke to roam the earth as he pleases while endangering everyone on it, so listen closely: You coming with me to Kamar-Taj to determine the source of your problem. Refuse and so help me god I will forcefully drag you by your tail all the way to Kamar-Taj if i have to" The ancient one's eyes had a deadly look as she looked up at Noah.

Their eyes glowed white, and their auras outlined their figures as they stared at each other while exceeding a tremendous amount of pressure. Then suddenly, Noah moved .....

"Tsk. alright alright you made your point. " Noah says as he cross-arm and starts walking.

" Look at me I am the great bald lady I like tea and bossing people around. " Noah thought.

The eyes of the Ancient One twitched. She then waved her hand, and a gold portal appeared on top of Noah. Snow began to fall heavily. But by the time it reached him... Noah had already vanished!

"The hell you did that for!?"Noah Exclaimed

" I felt I was being ridiculed so I opened a portal to mount Everest" the ancient one scoffed

" Now you are being unreasonable " Noah retorted

" So you saying I was wrong ?" replied the ancient one

"Absolutely !! I was just wondering how someone's head be so shin...."

Noah had barely finished his sentence when another portal opened up in front of him, blasting him right in the face with snow.

" 'A' " yelled Noah before he was buried under a mountain of snow . After a short while, a bright beam emerged from the snow, carving out a circular opening through which Noah could see the sky from.

So here's Noah, lying on his back and gazing toward the night sky. As he lay there, he experienced a wide range of sensations that were both foreign and familiar: the chill of the snow, the gentle breeze of the wind, the smell in the air. For the first time in over Ten millenniums he felt free.

So he laid there for a few moments, taking in all of these feelings. But, out of nowhere, he sat up the snow around him disappeared and looked at a spot 40m away.

"Looks like we have some unexpected guests" Noah declared

After hearing Noah's declaration, the ancient one donned on her hood then opened a portal and be " Then lets us be on our way " the ancient one beckoned

" You go first I'm curious about who these visitors are. "Noah lightly shook his head .

"More like, you just want to fight these poor souls .You damn battle love'n maniac" the ancient one murmured under her breath .

Noah spun around. His face bore an angry expression. " i heard that you stupid old ha...."

Alas, before he could complete his next sentence, a bright golden portal appeared on top of him and more snow began to fall.

"Not again!!" Noah yelled angrily before being engulfed in snow once more.

" At last. Peace and quiet " said the ancient one while smiling. "Anyway, I'm leaving now; I've cast a sound isolation spell around this area , and when you're done "socializing" I'll open a portal for you. So, until then, I'll be in my study reading" .

The ancient one then walked through the bright golden portal, leaving Noah beneath a mountain of snow, which he melted away in an instant by releasing his ki.

"I swear to shenron that women acting like my mother or something , but again i don't even remember my parents .... hmmm i do have some memory problems don't i ? " Noah placed his palm under his chin while thinking .

" O well that's a problem for future Noah to deal with , for now let's do some Ki sensing on these people "

"Four people with a Ki/life signature significantly higher than that of a typical human, and they're teleporting! That's a rare thing to see , If they continued moving at this speed, it would take them thirty seconds to arrive here "

"Well then. Let's start counting " , "one two three four ...."

--thirty seconds later--

" annnnd thirty "

:Pop:

A group of four appeared out of thin air not far from where Noah stood. He took a closer look at newly arrived group and wonderded " Wait are they .... the X-men ?! The hell they doing here ? Did the wheel man send them ? Man what the fuck wrong with me and Bald people. First the ancient one and now the X-men, what next ? Nick Fury gonna appear as well ?

---Meanwhile in S.H.I.E.L.D.---

Nick Fury: "Ah-choo!!"

Random Agent : "Bless you Sir "

Nick Fury: " mhm"

---Back to Los Angeles---

A figure could be seen kneeling in the middle of the group and gasping for air "n-next... time we using the car" Kurt said while panting "t-teleporting all of us across half the city almost k-killed me!"

"Sure thing Kurts, it's not like you've been saying the same thing every single time we've stopped for you to catch your breath for the past 10 minutes." Scott replied

" oh screw you Scott" Kurts retorted

The two were about to start arguing when Rogue interrupted them, saying, "You two, that's enough." Rouge turned around and inquired, "Have you discovered anything, Logan?" But all she got was silence.

Rouge, Kurts, and Scott turned their attention to Logan, only to find him standing still and staring intently at something, which they eventually discovered by following his line of sight. When the group first saw Noah, their first thought was, "Is he a mutant?" Their second thought were, "Damn, he's tall."

Scott murmured, "Damn he's as tall as a colossus," and Logan and Rouge remained silent while Kurts mumbling something under his breath.

After both sides have checked each other out, Scott walks toward Noah to try to strike up a friendly conversation and ask the unknown mutant if they saw who caused all the ruckus and maybe bring them under the X-men wings.

"He's at least an alpha class like us, and if we can recruit him into the X-men, it'll give us a nice boost in overall power," Scott thought as he approached Noah. But before Scott move any closer Kurts mumbling became yelling .

"Bullshit i tell you " Kurts yelled

Noah shifted his gaze from approaching Scott to Kurtz after hearing him yell.The temperature dropped. His moon-like eye began to shine and he Cross-armed .

"Are you saying I teleported myself halfway to death just to find some random mutant?" We can't make headlines with this. The professor won't allow it. I swear, this whole thing is a waste of time. We could have just gone back to drinking after we saved the day, but nooo, I had to carry all of you guys here just to find this Big dumb Monkey."

Scott facepalm as Rouge and Logan glared angrily at Kurtz. Noah's eyes shone even brighter as he said to kurts "Yep, I'm smashing your head into the ground, Kid."

:Pop:

Noah appeared behind Kurts and before anyone could react, he grabbed Kurt's head and smashed it into the ground. All of this transpired in less than a second, and when the group noticed what had occurred, they all screamed simultaneously.

"Kurt!!!!".

--- Meanwhile in Kamar-Taj---

" How can I assist you, ancient one? " A large man stood in front of the ancient one while waiting for her response

"Master Wong, an honored guest will be arriving shortly. I need you to prepare a place for them to stay, inform the people of Kamar-Taj of their arrival, and instruct them to treat them with respect and also warn them to never accept sparring requests from the guest otherwise he won't stop until he spared with everyone in here" the ancient one said .

Master Wong noded and tuned to leave but before he stepped out of the study he stop an hesitantly asked " Ancient one may i know who is this guest ? Are they from another magic institute? are they part of the wand wavers of Britain ?"

the ancient one shuckled and replied "No they are not the guest is more of a martial artist and you could ask him yourself when he arria..... oh dear"

"Something happened ?" Wong asked in worried tone .

" i just had a vision " said the ancient one with a dazed look

" is it an enemy ?" Wong asked

"Well.... I just saw a spiteful rascal eat the entire Kamar-Taj food reserves in retaliation for me burying him under snow." said the ancient one while still dazed

" "I'm not sure i follow " Wong said.

" Just hurry to the kitchen and tell them to bring me 10 course meal i'll have to cast spells on them so they refill automatically when they empty or we won't have any food left by this time tomorrow" said the ancient one .

Wong stood there with a blank expression on his face, unsure of what was going on.

"What are you waiting for?" With a wave of her hand, the ancient one summoned a portal to the kitchen.

"Y-yes," said Wong as he ran into the portal.

The portal closed, and the ancient one was left alone in her study once more.

" Just you wait, you rascal," the ancient one said, a smile on her face.
