The car dashed through the suburban direction, with their pursuers hot on their tail. The car jerked to a stop, Avery carried her box and with Lucas, they dashed into the forest. Alex and the rest ditched their car and followed along.

Avery thought with them entering the woods, their attackers would give up but she was wrong.

As they waved through the trees, the cry of an owl echoed with the thudding sounds of footsteps following after them.

Avery's heart sank wondering why they were so persistent in pursuing them, unaware of a bounty worth: 100 pure gold bricks. The morning was enough to stimulate them.
