[I did the background and the coloring for this cover, but thanks for the original artists work that came up with the characters profile/drawing] A young lad abandoned on the streets with no one to care about that person. With nothing to care about, this young lad decided to do something quite insane. It seemed that everything was going to turn out bad from there, but by some luck. This story started to take a good turn. Let's see what this young lad will do, will it stay as peaceful from now on? And on with the journey. [this story is not going to be updated in the coming time, but it will be redone as another story by the name "True Value" by Alesi_Ivan (the same author)]
I was there standing in the rain.
My mother died, and my father abandoned me.
I'm here all alone, no one to care for me. I could just kill myself at the age of 11. So I decided to do so, I walked on the street noticing a car speeding up, not looking where they were going. The driver was a young man distracted by his so-called girlfriend looking at other men in their wet clothes from the rain.
In about 6 seconds I'll be getting hit by the car, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2... 1. *crash!*. In the next moment, I could hear is a woman screaming, "OH MY GOD, A CHILD WAS JUST HIT, PLEASE SOMEONE CALL 911!!!" Everything went in a burr and quiet, I couldn't hear anything. My eyes were shut closed so I couldn't see anything. All I could do is smell my blood mixing in with the water.
The moment I opened up my eye I saw bright lights pointing towards me. It seemed like there were doctors in front of me. But one thing was off, it was that I couldn't hear them talk.
It seemed like they were asking me questions. I couldn't fully open my mouth so I couldn't talk. Instead of talking I gave them confused looks. They saw that I was confused so they took out a note pad. One of the male doctors wrote down "Can you try to talk" I saw this so I shaked my head no. He asked another question "Can you hear us?" I shook my head again, they kept asking questions, until one particular one came up "where are your parents?" At that moment I froze and started to tear up.
When they saw me crying, they stopped asking questions. They knew I didn't have parents, so they started to do surgeries on me, they had to fix my bones, my hearing, and my deep cuts, but they couldn't fix two things ...
My broken heart and my trust for people around me.
