(Being a Creep!)
"Wanna die or something?" I chuckled.
She made muffling sounds that sounded cute and I began releasing my goat laughter. The two boys sitting besides us turned, I stopped laughing immediately. They smiled and kept on with their food. I had assumed they'd begin laughing at me and Nikki. I guess kids at Chicago mind their own business.
"I love Han" Nikki blurted.
My eyes widened but they soon dropped. Who wouldn't love Han?
I didn't get her point for saying that so I gave her a questioning look.
"I love him" she repeated again.
"I know but how does it concern you stuffing your mouth to death".
"I need to be a squirrel for his mom to accept me, I'm sorry" she sighed and began munching. I rolled my eyes. It was funny but really?
Nikki and I spent our time judging people. Don't blame us. It was her first time at Chicago like me.
She even said she saw me at the hair salon yesterday. It was her Aunt's. I get why the lady was a Stay.
"Whoa, she's pretty" Nikki tapped me. I looked up to check who. It was the pretty girl who must be seeing me as weird already.
"Yeah, she is" we admired her for a while before turning our heads when she looked up at us.
Nikki blushed, "She saw us".
I just shrugged, "She'd think we are fangirling her".
"She's a Kpop idol too" Nikki frowned. I shook my head. Why was she thinking that.
"Mehn, I really wanna meet Han now. I barely listened to the announcer and just stared at him".
Nikki looked lovesick. I could tell he was her bias, even though she loved all of them obviously.
I loved Channie to the moon and back. No caps. If he'd stay in that university another hear, I'd surely be schooling there.
Han and Changbin was my best friend goal, any day. Jeongin was probably younger than me.
The rest would surely make good boyfriend material. Lee Know would be more of ideal big brother.
I stopped my thoughts and finished my food rapidly.
"Let's go find them" I stood up abruptly. Nikki's gloomy face brightened.
"To fan girl or to creep around?" she was really outspoken.
"Creep around, I can't meet them yet. Maybe tomorrow?" I scratched my head.
She nodded and pulled me with her.
We sneaked first towards the main hall. It was weird that no one was still along the hallway.
Nikki covered her face with a hoodie and I tied my handkerchief around my face.
Nikki motioned to me to peek at our classroom, I hesitated but made a quick run towards our class. I tied my handkerchief on my neck and peeked into the class.
My eyes literally popped out and I fell, face down, flat on the ground.
CHANNIE WAS THERE! IN HIS WHOLE SHIRTLESS GLORY! ! THE FREAKING HELL!! !
Wasn't he supposed to be in a university? Isn't it only 2000line that should be in my class?
And why did my shoe slip at this point? I'm grateful it hid my face! I hope he didn't see my face!
"Oh my, are you okay?" someone asked me. I didn't dare raise my head up and pinned it to the ground.
This was embarrassing. Whichever spoke wasn't Channie. I was sure, I was addicted to his Aussie accent.
I felt a hand hold my legs and pulled me away from the door. My face scratched the hard ground but I held it down.
Someone was moving towards me by then. Perhaps the person who asked if I was okay.
I stood up, thanked Nikki and we both sped to the girl's bathroom before whoever coming towards me saw me.
"That was embarrassing!" Nikki rubbed it in.
"Thanks" I grunted. My face was red, bloody red. That image. Those biceps. That chest. I was too young for this. Chan! Why so careless!
"Did you see Han?" Nikki asked me again.
I glared at her. I remembered the voice that asked if I was okay. "I think it's Han that spoke" I said out loud.
My head began throbbing. A headache was coming. To worsen it, Nikki hit me at my back. My eyes watered, "What did I do?".
"You were the first person, my Hannie saw. Why? He even spoke to you first" she whined.
Was she playing? Or is she crazy now?
"I'm having a freaking headache!" I screamed.
"You deserve the freaking headache!" she screamed back, pouting.
Are we really fighting about this? This kid must be crazy. Han-crazy or some obsessed Stay.
We heard a knock on the girls' bathroom door.
"Um, is someone here?"
Nikki and I held our mouth in sync. It was Han.
Did he really come all the way to the girl's bathroom? Followed us? Curious much?
No, no, he shouldn't see me now. I'd be forever the creepy fan girl that was peeking up on them.
Even though that's what I was doing.
Nikki acted fast and dragged us both into a stall. We climbed a toilet seat to hide our legs. I was surely not expecting him to open the door but he did.
"What?" Nikki whispered. Yeah, girl, your bias is really something. We heard him walk-in while saying, "Hello?".
Our breathing stopped. This was bad. If he opened the stalls and caught us. We'd probably melt in embarrassment.
