On the right side was a large curtain, where Nana was visiting and treating patients. Rest of the place was filled with chairs💺 and benches, and many of them were already occupied.

Elina removed the extra clothing of her childrens asked them to keep silent, not to disturb others. Waiting room was filled bored mother's, then Elina joined them sharing her worries and experience.

Lith wandered around undisturbed, all were busy taking their children. No one noticed his presence🥷🏽, then he arrived near curtain, he stumbled on treasure🪙. He found an open chest filled books related to magic.

One book caught his eyes, that was 'basics of magic' , after checking no one was paying attention. He opened it and started reading.

" I am only 3 year's old, i can ask for forgiveness if caught👶🏽." It was clearly for beginners so he skipped the introduction.

Then he discovered water magic💦 was not just conjuring and Manipulating water, it also allowed to lower the temperature . Any magic apprentice can use ice magic❄️ for both offence and defence.

Air magic🌬️ had also an ability. At peak it was weather manipulation⛈️, even a beginner mage could produce lightning⚡.

Fire🔥 and earth🪨 magic was plain simple for offense and defense respectively, so he skipped to last two elements.

While reading it ,he understood that whoever written this book wasn't knowledgeable in anatomy .

This book only stated about keeping the wounds clean, there were no terms for disinfection or sepsis. So he barely found any medical terms.

Lith was astonished that Light💡 and darkness🌑 magic were explained together rather in separate places. It was stated both magic were like bread and butter for a healer. Darkness magic can be used a weapon but it wasn't explained.

The writer has stressed that,he wasn't a fighter. He explained darkness magic wasn't any good or bad , it depends on the user.

It was invaluable tool for a healer which helped in cleaning wounds, weapons🗡️, tools🔧 or even fumigate the houses from rats🐀 or insects🪳 for spreading diseases.

It also stated that Darkness magic helped in killing parasites in the body where light magic is used to trace it.

Light and darkness magic goes hand in hand. Where light magic can help in detecting life forces and scaning anomalies in the body. It also help in instant recovery from most diseases ⚕️.

Nana presence made the chatter stop, when Elina saw what was happening, she started apologizing for his behalf.

Lith didn't like when someone spoke like he wasn't there. " Yes mom, you don't have to apologise and I wasn't playing just reading it.😲 "

"Reading🤓? Young man just how old are you? 3 or something. I didn't expect you to be liar🤥."

" He isn't lying in last winter, lith asked his father to teach him read, write and count. Here is the proof. " Elina handed the ruler to Nana.📏

Nana was suprised, after studying the ruler. She realised, it was a clever learning tool. She was trying to change the topic.

But Elina didn't let her, until Nana apologized his son. " Raaz didn't invent it, it was the idea of Lith, so he can learn without bothering anyone😬. "

Nana took the book from Lith's hand and opened a random page, and asked him to read it.

Lith inwardly smirking " The first place to understand while using magic is its just a tool,anyone....😏 "

" Okay that's enough. I owe you an apology Lith. Seems your son is blessed with light Elina👵🏼. "

The room again resounded with chatter of housewives.

Lith thought it was the right moment.

" Can I, take it for some time? I will return it after reading it🥺. "

" And what will you do with it? Can you already use magic? " Nana asked.

" Yes I can 😌" Lith said without realising it.

" Yes Lith, what you can do💢? " Elina rebuked tapping her foot in annoyance.

" I can do wind and water chore magic. Lith said at apologetic tone. I am sorry mom, everyone in the family was using magic. And I was bored.🙇🏽 "

Elina was angry but she can't scold him in the public. Then she thought

" Oh! Oh! Oh! 😯" Nana laughed . She can see her younger self in the little imp. As she was also a precocious brat. When she was at his age her talent was better but it was sight behold watching Lith.

As men were less talented in magic while women were naturally attuned by absorbing life force from planet. Some called it energy , others simply mana. And country boys are muscle heads more inclined towards fields or military services than spend tim on books.

" Now, I want you to conjure a water sphere as much little you can, but not let it fall. You must make it float like this. " A perfect sphere of water the size of a fist appeared half a meter from Nana's hand.

" Jorun " He conjured a glass of water keeping it's form unstable. He peaked his focus to make his crap control convincing.

After three seconds it fall down, but instead of hitting the ground it became a perfect sphere. Then it revolved around the previous sphere making a rainbow out of it.

Lith knew magic was a force to be reckoned with. His future depend on it. But he didn't knew that magic can be beautiful. Which bought a genuine smile from him. He was nostalgic of his previous life.
