The Jinchuriki Revealed

After Naruto's introduction of his brother, Ayato Uzumaki and himself, he was dragged back behind the group by a pink haired demon. A coy smile on her face as she dipped her head, tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and stepped forward trying to act shy, she held out her hand. Her voice a slight stutter.

"H-hi, I'm Sakura Haruno... Nice to meet you Kaidou!" Taking her hand, I shook it lightly, eyeing her with indifference. That didn't escape Inos eye, huffing privately with a look of victory on her face. Sakura blushed a little during the small physical contact, making me groan inwardly. I'll have to get over it, my looks aren't so much a curse anyway... Who am I to complain about being a cute child?

Ino nudged Sakura and flashed a proud smirk, irking Sakura a little. Sakuras eye brow twitched before she took a deep breath, pulling her left eye lid down and sticking her tongue out in response, causing Ino to back off, stunned by her childish act.

Ignoring them, the next in line went. Choji Akimichi, then Kiba Inuzuka, Shino Aburame... Sasuke skipped out on his since I already knew him, and Shikamaru kept his quick and simple.

"I'm Shikamaru Nara..." And sighed like he just spent his time explaining something to a complete idiot. He's still one of my favorite people in this universe, though, it is a little demeaning... I can see why others would dislike him for his lazy attitude. Something about it makes you think it's your fault the dudes lazy.

Hinata followed suit, being the next to introduce herself with as much confidence she could muster. It quickly crumbled under our stares though. No one blamed her. I could help her get over that confidence issue... I'm sure she would be a better kunoichi if she believed she was the best at what she did... Inferiority is one hell of a shackle.

"Well, like before... Pleasure to meet you all." I said with a nod. The group settled into a collective silence as they all eyed me, causing me to glance around awkwardly.

"What? Do I have something on my face?" My question seemed to snap them all out of whatever trance they were in. Ayato giggled which sparked some laughter in other. Sasuke chuckled slightly, obviously uncomfortable with the idea. Even before his clans massacre, he was a shy kid struggling with social skills. Except for when it came to his brother and family.

With them, he's like the biggest chatter box known to man-kind.

"Hehe, anyways, should we continue with our game like before? We didn't get to finish last round... Plus, with Kaidou now the group would be even! So we can even go play other games!" Ino spoke up, turning to face the group as she laid out her idea. The group nodded collectively, finding her idea to be a good one.

"So does that mean Shikamaru's still the seeker?" Kiba asked, glancing over towards the swing set, more specifically, the boy sitting on the swings looking straight up into the sky. His eyes were so lazy I swear he could fool someone for actually being dead. What a skill!

Shikamaru didn't even bother to acknowledge Kiba's words even though we all know he heard him. Ignoring us seemed to be the only way to get out of this! Of course, he could still be dragged to play with us as the seeker... But we all collectively knew that he wouldn't even bother. He'd let the time run out while he cloud watches and fantasizes over his dream lazy life.

"...I'll be it. Shikamaru probably won't play for the rest of this game... It's too active." Shino said, getting nods of agreement.

"Yeah... I don't know how his parents can deal with that. I know if I was that lazy I'd be fixed right up." Sakura shuttered, gaining a look of understanding from Ino, who shook as well- Thinking about the scenario.

"Alright! Since it's decided, lets go hide! Kaidou, you can come hide with me! I know all the best places, hehe!" Naruto exclaimed, grabbing his brothers hand and telling me to follow. Smiling a little, I shook my head.

"I think I'll be better off on my own... I know where to hide. Trust me." My confidence in my hiding skills seemed to surprise the others. They probably thought that I didn't know anything about this area considering this is the first time they've met me. They wouldn't be wrong in the slightest. I'm totally clueless here. I have no idea where the hell I'm going to hide.

But!

This could be a intro into my chakra control testing. 'I also want to see something... So I need to stay close to those two.' I thought, watching Naruto and Ayato dash off back into the bundle of trees.

"Okay Shino! Since you're it, you have to count to thirty! And no bugs!" Choji shouted, squinting at him as if he knew his plan. Munching on his bag of potato chips, Choji wobbled off into the trees too. Leaving me, Ino, Sakura, Hinata, Kiba and Sasuke.

"Hey Ka-"

"Kaidou, come hide with me... I know you're bluffing." Sasuke deadpanned at me, shaking his head in a resigned manner. I mocked hurt as I rested my right hand over my heart. His words in-coincidentally cutting off Ino, leaving her to mope feeling like she lost.

"Hehe~ So you caught me? It wasn't a complete lie though... I know my way around a little." I retorted, ignoring Sasukes scoff. Rolling my eyes, me and him walked off, leaving the four to sort themselves out while Shino waited for them to leave.

...

The forest wasn't that big. It was like a line of trees that ran straight up and down a little ten meter wide stream of water that came from the Hokage mountain.

"So~ Where's Itachi?" Breaking the silence between me and Sasuke, I asked what was on my mind. Usually Sasuke's always with him, but since he's here he obviously had no choice. But still, I already knew the answer to my question regardless. He's probably with the Anbu, getting talked into that stupid, "Kill your clan for the sake of the village! But before that, I'll give you a time limit to try and calm the Uchiha elders! Stop the Coup d'etat at all cost! Lest there be a Civil war!" That old Hokage bastard could probably ease the Uchiha clan himself if he actually wanted too.

It wouldn't be the hardest thing in the world to go and have a conversation with the Uchiha and see just what it is they want. Chances are, they just want to be treated like every other damn clan in this shitty village. But, mister, "Peace maker" would rather resort to killing them off than making that sacrifice.

Theres probably somethings I'm missing, I don't fully remember the reasoning for Hiruzens choice in the matter, but that's what I made out of it.

Anyway, I digress.

Sasuke glanced at me questioningly.

"Uh, probably with the Anbu or on a mission. Why do you ask?"

"Eh, no reason... You're usually always together so I figured he must've been somewhere." I shrugged, causing Sasuke to gesture, 'Oh~' silently. Quitting our conversation, we sat on a thick branch high up in the tree, thanks to me. I got to try out just how perfect perfect chakra control is. And I got to say... It's definitely perfect.

Sasuke was baffled seeing me walk up the side of a huge tree with no effort or outside help at all. He looked at me as if I was some kind of superhero. It's funny considering that he and his brother were already practicing their clans fireball jutsu... Seeing something like this shouldn't be all that amazing considering the fact that he's literally spitting fire out of his mouth like some kind of dragon.

Glancing around discretely, I was trying to feel for chakra. Most specifically, Naruto's and Ayato's. There was something I needed to check out, but I don't know if basic chakra sensing would do it.

Closing my eyes and settling into the nature around me. I took in a deep breath, letting it out slowly. My world flipped, the colors died out as my dark world lit up with sparkles of pure, light blue flames. Some were bigger, thicker than others while others were small, a kindled flame that looked as if it just received life.

Knowing Naruto, I honed in on the biggest flame there. Knowing that due to his Uzumaki bloodline along with the seeping chakra from the Kyubi, his chakra reserves would be the highest aside from me, but since my chakra control is so perfect, I have it hidden at high-genin levels. Even though I have reserves compared to the five tails.

Ayato also had high chakra reserves... Unnaturally high too. If I dare say, maybe higher than Naruto's, which caught me off guard when i finally honed in on whose I thought was Naruto. Ayatos was leagues above Naruto's, comparable to a Jonin at best. Maybe even a kage. That might be stretching it.

'Does this mean... Ayato is the Jinchuriki?' I needed- I wanted to know more.

Opening my eyes, I turned to Sasuke, speaking in a low whisper-

"I'll be right back. I'm gonna go see where Shino is." Without hearing his response, I took off. Dashing as fast and quietly as I could from branch to branch. My speed was impeccable. My physical prowess boosted from Chakra was more than enough to put me at Chunin levels.

My physical ability still lacked. Even with enormous amounts of Chakra, if my vessel was weak, so would the highest output.

After mentally noting to began hellish workouts, I arrived above the two chakra signatures I assessed to be the Uzumaki brothers. They hid in a bush that was covered by a huge boulder like rock, though it didn't cover the whole area of the bush so they could still peek through every know and then to check if they were close to being found.

"Ayato... Can you hear if Shino is coming? He's taking a long time." Naruto questioned, obviously growing impatient. Ayato shook his head, his eyes closed, his face straining.

I watched with interest. There seemed to be more secrets to Ayato then I thought. Originally, I was convinced he was a normal kid with a strong lineage. Apparently I was wrong.

"In all honesty, I think Shino is still counting..." Ayato responded after a minute of straining his face. That minute felt so long I was convinced he was going to crap himself. Naruto sighed hearing his brothers words but nonetheless stayed quiet, waiting patiently with determination.

Nonchalantly dropping down from above them, I coated my feet in chakra to cancel any noise.

I was a good five meters away from them, just enough for me to be able to reach them within a split of a second.

'Now, it's time for me to check what I've been needing too.' Channeling chakra into my right eye, my left eye involuntarily shut, paving way only for my Jogan. The world flipped once more as the secrets of the world were revealed to me. My vision expanding in a 360 radius.

Focusing solely on Naruto at first, I dug deep within his chakra, trying to get a hint at anything relating to the Kyubi. I got nothing. A hint of excitement whelped within my chest, the thought of the world changing as drastically as this was just... Amazing!

So many things could happen differently than canon!

Doesn't that sound wonderful?!

Taking a deep breath, I slowly, but anxiously, turned my gaze to Ayato... The excitement growing by the second. Focusing on his chakra, I did the same I did for Naruto...

Lo' and behold!

My eyes widened as my heart beat increased drastically. Even I could hear my own heart beat thumping like crazy, even through the wind that threatened to blow everything away.

'...He's the Jinchuriki...' I thought, completely stuck. My time of wonder came to an end quickly though. Ayato ears visibly perked up as he spun in my direction, his eyes wide as if he heard something.

He was too slow though, I was already gone. Heading back towards Sasuke. My thoughts stuck on how I'm going to make Ayato... "Mine." Having a Jinchuriki as a lackey is going to be helpful in more ways than one.

One for instance would be the constant danger he's in.

That's just more fun for me.

'Hehe~ I can't wait!' My mind instantly started thinking about training regimens that he could partake in early on. It'd also help if I talk with the Kyubi now, and get him to submit to Ayato. Or, at least me. Having a complete Jinchuriki this early on would be unfair...

Just the way I like it!

Snapping out of my thoughts, I was closing in on Sasuke's location only to be stopped in place, my Jogan deactivating, giving light into my left eye.

I sighed in disappointment.

Sasuke was found.

"...Found you."
