Chapter 3

Arthur Point of View:

I haven't seen the woman since we all boarded the bus, and I'm a little upset since I assume I won't see her again.

I'm now standing across from the school that Father told me, and it looks a little strange. The name of the school is written on the top of the building, " School of life Christian Academy" and it appears that I already know why my father wants me to study here.

I stepped inside against my choice, and the guard greeted me, so I returned the greeting. The school is quite large, and the tranquil settings, despite the presence of students, are much different from the one I used to attend. It's as though I'm still kicking myself for accepting my father's offer.

My father advised me to first find his friend, the school's owner, in order for them to assist me. I met a teacher and asked her for assistance in order to prevent being disoriented in this institution. "Mrs., hello! I'd like to ask about the specific place of the school office; I'd want to speak with the proprietor." She came to a halt in front of me when I inquired. I think it strange that she looked me over from head to toe. She said, "You seem new," and I nodded.

"Follow me, and I'll take you to the school office." she added.

"So we've here," she replied, her gaze fixed on the door in front of us. "Head master office" is written on the door. When the woman knocked on the door, a male voice answered. "Please come in," the man said and the woman cautiously opened the door after conversing inside.

"The one for whom you've been waiting is already here," replied the woman. "If that's the case, let him in." Inside, I overheard a man remark. I followed the woman inside after she motioned for me to do so. When I walked in, the woman came out anfd close the door behind me.

"You must be Frank's son," He stood up and extended his hand to me when he said that. I also extended my hand to him and nodded in agreement with what he said. "Sitdown," he said, motioning me to the chair in front of him. I sat down and expressed my gratitude.

"I'm delighted you transferred here; I know your father has wanted to transfer you here for a long time, but he thinks you won't let him because this school isn't your style." He began to strike up a conversation. "Then, according to your father, you constantly cause issues in your last school." He added something else and laughed a little.

"Yes, since I have a lot of friends from my previous school, and my life would be uninteresting if I didn't have them." I responded to what he stated.

"Kids these days are always like that, and I understand you; still, I hope you enjoy your time at this school." He remarked this as he stood up and went to his left side cupboard to get something, then returned to his chair and sat down.

"Here," he said, handing me a piece of paper, which I instantly accepted. "These are the materials you'll need, and these are the books you need." I put the paper and my bag on his table and took the books he had there.

"Thank you very much, Mr..--" I forgot I had no idea what his name was. It's a good thing he has a name on the table since I quickly looked at it.

School of life Christian Academy Head Master FREDERICK SEBASTIAN S. WALTER

I finally said, "Thank you, Mr. Walter."

He said, "You definitely look like your Father," with a small laugh, and I was perplexed.

I just realized I haven't yet had the chance to introduce myself to you. Anyway, my name is Frederick Sebastian Walter, and I've known your father since we were both in high school." He cheerfully presented himself to me, and I was taken aback to know that he and my father had been friends for a long time; why had I only just met him now? My father didn't tell me about him because I know his friends, but I've never heard of him.

"You're name is Arthur right?" He abruptly inquired.

"My name is Arthur James Alfanso," I also gave him my name and introduced myself.

"Let's have a quick chat; else, you'll be late for class." I nodded in response to what he said. We continued to converse when the door unexpectedly opened and the woman entered.

"Mr. Walter, good afternoon. You're looking for me, they said?" While walking near us, a woman said.

"Yes, indeed. I'd like to introduce you to Arthur, a new student who will be in your class." Mr. Walter addressed the lady.

Mr. Walter said, "Uhm Arthur, she's Mrs. Irish, and she'll be your class adviser."

"Greetings, Mrs. I'd want to express my gratitude,  "I'm Arthur alfonso." I extended my hand on her.

With a smirk on her face, she said, "Irish." " So you're new, come with me and I'll take you to your class," she says. We left Mr. Walter's office after saying our goodbyes. I immediately feel changed because of the tranquil settings I experienced when I first arrived at this school, or because the pupils here are simply obedient.

Mrs. Irish remarked as she entered the room, "We're here, just wait here, I'll signal you when you come in." "Everyone, you'll have a new classmate; please allow me to introduce him to you."

When Ms. revealed it, the kids were silent. tsk, at my old school, students already make a lot of noise when a new transferee arrives. But they didn't respond as strangely.

As I entered, Ms. Irish said, "Please introduce yourself at the front." I walked up to the front and glanced at them uneasily. It's only now that I'm nervous, because they were the ones who were nervous in my former school due of my attractiveness, which I boasted about in my thoughts.

"Hello... Hello, my name is Arthur James Alfonso... Please, be good to me"

What exactly did I say? Even I was taken aback by what I said. They clapped their hands as well. Could it be true that they're that strange? I looked at Ms. Irish, who was smiling at me at the time. "My name is Diane Nikolai, and I'm your class adviser," she added, and I smiled.

"You can seat close to the girl near it in the back."

She motioned for me to follow her to the unoccupied seat at the far end of the room, so I did. When I saw who the woman next to the empty seat was on the bus earlier, my stroll slowed and my heart began to beat quicker. She was the girl on the bus before, and she was likewise surprised when she saw me.
