A Love Unfated - Love After Marriage
Parents wishes are something you want to fulfill. But you sometimes you're incapable to do it, sometimes you do have your own wishes which go against them, and sometimes you just don't want to. Love for parents or Love for yourself - What should one choose? Niharika in her first life, supported her parents' wishes to not fall in love. They didn't wish her to not fall in love but not to fall in love with any person of other caste. But she couldn't love anybody, not even her husband. She married according to their wishes but her life ended monotonously with death of her husband. She also had an unsuccessful marriage which lasted until her last breath, unsuccessful for the man. She never needed a marriage, let alone a successful one. She regretted not acting like a loving wife for him afterall she only acted all her life for everybody. Her husband had to live his life in pain and agony. Once capable man died with a lot of grievances and unfulfilled wishes. Niharika blamed herself. Her children suffered all because of her. A life she didn't want to repeat. This time she still listened to her parents and married a guy of their choice but she kept herself and her desire above too. All leading to a facade of marriage. But this time, she still met her unfated partner. She decided to compensate her first life's debt. But her choices led her to the love of her life. Her heart rang like a bell the moment she saw him. It was like all roads of her life ended at him. But the man was a taboo for her parents. He was a taboo for her because of her principles. Will she still be able to live her life fully or would her life come to an end just like her last life? Will she have to go through her uncoloured life again and is this still her last life? Will she meet her fated and fall in love? Or will she never be able to understand love? Will she rebel and go against her parents or will she remain obedient as always? Fleeting Thoughts
Suyash understood such things so he didn't blame Krisha. Afterall she had compromised a lot for him. He was the one who couldn't give a satisfactory answer for her insecurities.
This was also the reason Niharika kept herself away from their social circle and Suyash too. She also didn't go against Krisha, despite knowing that she was provoking her. At this time her going against her didn't make things bad instead improved the circumstances. Suyash was once again in awe of her intelligence and EQ. Niharika might look like she doesn't care and give thoughts to the situation but each and every action of her always carried a meaning.
Such were Suyash's thoughts when he came out. He stopped near the inner balcony and he saw Niharika below instructing and checking things. This was one of the regular scenes. He never saw her resting or even relaxing. She is always busy with something. As he thought, he saw her picking a call, like she was acknowledging his observations. If somebody asked Suyash, whether he found himself attracted to her or not, he couldn't say no without feeling guilty. The woman just needs to stand there and nobody would find her unattractive. Moreover he had acted they acted like husband and wife, and when she took over the role of wife, he inevitably found her more beautiful than before.
It wasn't like he had fallen in love with her, but it was only because he knew himself and his circumstances better. If one thing he was proud of would be that he is extremely self aware. His strengths, position and situation, he knew them all too well. He also knew that she wouldn't have married him if not for the peculiar condition. He even suspected that she was playing prank when they met first. But he still couldn't understand why she needed to do all this. So he knew very well that she would never fall for him, even if given hundred years, she was too much outstanding, and he was not in her league. This was one of the reasons he didn't even try relationships which was outside his possibilities. He was only right for Krisha, or to say woman of Krisha's standard. To say he loved Krisha a lot wouldn't be wrong but who doesn't have a dream girl, and generally they were outside their league. That's why they were only possible to become a dream but not a reality.
Krisha's insecurities were not unfounded. He knew sometimes his reactions gave him away, gave his infatuation for Niharika away. Niharika didn't notice because she never looked at him, so how could she become aware of such fleeting thoughts of his. She always thought that if he didn't fall for her despite everything then he truly loved Krisha. So she never even suspected. Even if she was aware she wouldn't mind any of this and only distance herself further to not create any misunderstandings.
