A Love Unfated - Love After Marriage
Parents wishes are something you want to fulfill. But you sometimes you're incapable to do it, sometimes you do have your own wishes which go against them, and sometimes you just don't want to. Love for parents or Love for yourself - What should one choose? Niharika in her first life, supported her parents' wishes to not fall in love. They didn't wish her to not fall in love but not to fall in love with any person of other caste. But she couldn't love anybody, not even her husband. She married according to their wishes but her life ended monotonously with death of her husband. She also had an unsuccessful marriage which lasted until her last breath, unsuccessful for the man. She never needed a marriage, let alone a successful one. She regretted not acting like a loving wife for him afterall she only acted all her life for everybody. Her husband had to live his life in pain and agony. Once capable man died with a lot of grievances and unfulfilled wishes. Niharika blamed herself. Her children suffered all because of her. A life she didn't want to repeat. This time she still listened to her parents and married a guy of their choice but she kept herself and her desire above too. All leading to a facade of marriage. But this time, she still met her unfated partner. She decided to compensate her first life's debt. But her choices led her to the love of her life. Her heart rang like a bell the moment she saw him. It was like all roads of her life ended at him. But the man was a taboo for her parents. He was a taboo for her because of her principles. Will she still be able to live her life fully or would her life come to an end just like her last life? Will she have to go through her uncoloured life again and is this still her last life? Will she meet her fated and fall in love? Or will she never be able to understand love? Will she rebel and go against her parents or will she remain obedient as always? Did she not come?
The commotion successfully attracted Arihant and his friends' attraction as well. Sridhar and Meet came back too for him after a long time. They were unable to attend his welcoming party last time. But this time since they were not that busy and hence came. In fact though they knew Suyash's marriage's truth but they hadn't met Niharika before. This was the first time all three friends were going to meet her. And so were their wives, naturally they were very curious about her.
All of them went towards Suyash, no towards the commotion. Suyash and Krisha had already separated from Niharika as she by her tradition went towards a seat at bar. She always sat there. No matter whose party was it, she never met them by her initiative but it was always the host who came to her. Everybody knew her and her ways so they were not surprised. Women though had thought that she might be willing to take initiative this time, but looking at her walking towards bar, it seemed that the drama was going to delay.
While everyone was already in know of this but not Arihant, Sridhar or Meet. They thought they would see Niharika with Suyash and Krisha but only both of them were there. All three thought the same thing - Did she not come?
"Yo brother, long time no see," Meet hugged Suyash and said. He nodded at Krisha but didn't speak.
"Yup. And I thought that I might have to wait for decade to meet you both again," said Suyash as he turned towards Sridhar.
"Nopes, we're noble enough to give you the honor of being in our presence earlier," said Sridhar while reciprocating Suyash's hug. He also said to Krisha," Hi Krisha. Hope you are doing well."
"I am very good," said Krisha with a smile.
Meet who wasn't able to suppress his curiosity anymore asked,"Oye Yash, you didn't bring Niharika with you?"
Suyash turned and pointed at the silhouette walking towards bar," There she is. She goes to bar straight from entrance in every party. Everybody knows."
The party except Suyash and Krisha, were surprised to hear this. Why go to bar directly? Do you wanna drink so much.
Arihant said," I thought you said she doesn't drink?"
Krisha replied before Suyash," Yup she only drinks lemon water or simple water but sits at bar only and then leaves from there. No change in any party in her self-made tradition, whatsoever."
Meet's wife said," Is that so? Let's go then. I am excited to meet her."
Though only she said all of them wanted to meet her. She was said to be a beauty and a charmer, they can just get attracted to her back and the way she walked. She was a sight to behold with just her back and her ways. They can also feel the aura she was emitting. Specially the men. Men had their own radar for ideal women they had in their mind. Furthermore everybody knew that Meet's wife liked to only talk with good looking people, this was also one of the reason that she and Krisha didn't talk much. More like Meet's wife Kunica doesn't respond much to her. Meet too was same kind, and so was his perfunctory behaviour towards Krisha. Since husband wife both were of same stand, they never bothered to even be polite for Suyash.
