Chapter 56: The Sixth II
Turned out, his father visited him more than he expected. Raxithak knew he'll see his father less and less as he grows older, but right now, he's a baby, three months of age.
He was just minding his own business, wiggling in his crib, ready to go back to sleep. Then, he felt it, the wrapping of shadows and mana in the corner of the room.
In the next second, the baby caught something at the edge of his vision. Golden eyes peeked into the crib, and Raxithak stared back at his father.
He remembered his demonic father checking up on his once in a while, but not this often. He can't say anything about it either, because one, his vocal cords weren't well developed yet, two, it's weird for a three months old child to speak in full sentences, even a few clear words can be a red flag.
