Chapter 29: I Have Been Abducted!

Oscar waited in his car. As he waited, he felt an impatience in his heart. He had an ominous feeling that something is gonna happen. He walked out of his car though he decided to go in only after an hour. When he walked in, he saw Victoria sitting at a table. Her attention was elsewhere as she didn't notice him at all.

Then he saw Victoria walk into the washroom. As it was the lady's washroom, he couldn't enter so he decided to wait outside.

Meanwhile, Victoria went inside the washroom. As it was late, the restaurant wasn't crowded. There was no one in the washroom but Victoria knew that there was someone. She walked silently. She checked everywhere inside.

The woman that man was chasing went into the washroom and soon after, the man also got up and walked there. Therefore, she also walked there. When she arrived at the last place, she stopped for a moment and then tried to open it.

As expected, it was locked and when she knocked, there was no reply. If the woman was alright, she would have replied but it seems like she wasn't alright.

Victoria knocked and knocked. When the door still didn't open, she kicked on it trying to open it. Finally, the door opened. First, she saw that woman unconscious sitting on the basin and when it opened more, she saw that man. He had one hell of a creepy smile on his face.

" Ohh, looks like the prey walked into the tiger's den!"

The washroom was deadly silent. Victoria was worried about that woman.

" Since you prepared so much and especially wanted to be with me, I guess I will fulfil your wish. Now, let's go. Didn't you wait for me to come for you?!" Teddy suddenly attacked her.

Victoria dodged. It seems like she was caught. This killer was really a maniac. He took out a dagger and threatened her with the other woman's life. He understood Victoria's intentions as she followed him. She was there to capture him.

Therefore, she definitely didn't want that girl to get hurt. But it was alright. He wasn't interested in that woman anymore. He just wanted to capture this woman and gave her the taste of hell. He wanted to make her horrified. She was brave enough to approach him like this. It would be fun to see her become a coward.

They had a silent spar in the washroom. If Victoria tried her best, she would have been able to defeat him. After all, she was prepared for it and has been practising martial arts almost every day. However, her aim was something else.

She wanted to find evidence and also, she wanted to see if any other victims he kidnapped were alive. She wanted to save all of them that she could.

Therefore, after a little while, she deliberately got captured. She had her things taken. There was nothing on her other than her clothes. After that, Teddy did something and she collapsed. Before collapsing, she pressed a button hidden within her. She activated a device.

She knew what she was doing was extremely dangerous but she had to do it. Otherwise, it would take a long time to capture the criminal and many would have to pay the price for it. Victoria felt pity for that criminal. He shouldn't have come into this city. He made a big mistake and if she succeeded, he would die regretting being alive.

Teddy hid victoria in a garbage can that was quite big. Then, he rushed out and told the manager of the restaurant in a panic that his girlfriend was inside the washroom for half an hour. He also told them that he heard some voices from inside like someone was fighting. Everyone who knew it got panicked because everyone was alert because of the serial killer.

Therefore, the security with the manager and some staff rushed in. As Oscar was still waiting outside the bathroom, he heard what they said. It seemed like a girl collapsed inside the bathroom. Hearing that he also panicked thinking it was Victoria.

As everyone rushed into the washroom, that man silently took the garbage can outside and put Victoria inside the trunk of his car. After that, he cunningly went back.

As he told them that she was his girlfriend, he needed to be there. Moreover, he needed to abduct her before she regains consciousness and start blabbering nonsense.

He pretended to be very panicked and cried desperately. After they looked over that woman, they found out that her life was not in danger. However, to be safe, they wanted to call an ambulance and send her to the hospital.

However, Teddy told them that it would take time for the ambulance to arrive. Therefore, he took her and said he would take her to the hospital in his car. The others thought it was alright and let him go. He put that woman in the backseat and drove off.

Oscar saw that it was someone else. He was confused and searched for Victoria. When he couldn't find her, he panicked badly. So much so that he couldn't use his mind for some time. After things calmed down, he went inside the washroom and looked over everything carefully.

He also called Victoria for the first time but she didn't pick up. When that man walked out of the washroom, Oscar was on the call. He thought that man walked out of the gent's washroom as it was beside the lady's washroom.

However, now that he calmed down and looked over the other things, he found it suspicious. There was also no surveillance in this restaurant so it didn't help him. Oscar decided to search for that woman who fainted.

He could ask her what happened as she was in the washroom. As he searched for that woman in all the nearby hospitals, he didn't find a trace of her.

He finally realized what happened. Everything was related to that man. When he was on the call, he was in the corridor walking to the other side while talking. When he turned around, he saw that man rushing out but he thought that man walked out of the men's washroom.

However, he may have walked out of the women's washroom. Then when the manager and security guards come, he panicked for her and rushed in. For a movement, he didn't see that man. It looked like he may have abducted Victoria at that time.

As the other woman was aware of the Criminal's intentions, she would expose him after waking up and it was too late to kill her. Therefore, he also took this woman and left her in his car. That means that man was most likely the culprit.

Oscar was worried about Victoria and couldn't sit still. He called his people and made them search for her. The people who worked for him were really great as they had to protect him. His position brings many misfortunes so they deal with them occasionally. It wasn't easy to find Victoria but he trusted his people and their capabilities.

In the meantime, the button that Victoria activated did its job. A message reached the police automatically with a GPS location. The message was simple and scary.

" I have been abducted by the serial killer. Before fainting, I activated the GPS I carry for safety. Therefore, the message will reach you within 5 minutes. Please take care of the other things then."

Victoria was of course not overestimating herself. She alone can't defeat the killer without some deadly casualties. Moreover, she wasn't planning on becoming a sacrifice yet. She had to live her potential before dying. So she prepared all of this.
