CHAPTER 7: MEET URIAH

At the kingdom gates, the guards were watching and chatting to pass time. They were protecting the gates in case of an enemy. And soon, what they were hoping for not to occur, occured. An army of black horses, giants and large spiders invaded Jade kingdom. The strongest warriors including Khalid, Kiara and Brian, fought to protect the people.

Everyone was panicking, hoping not to loose their lives. It got so serious that the citizens used their powers and skills to protect themselves. "Let's go fight!" Lucy said, begging her husband. "The guards will handle it!" Leo said with faith. Queen Lucy was scared that something would happen to the people of Jade. "At least trust our best friends, Khalid, Brian..." Leo said. "What if they need us!" Lucy said with a horrified tone.

King Leo finally adhered her advice. He told her to stay with Leroi and assigned thirty guards and ten maidens to stay at the palace and protect them. Leo went out to battle. From afar, he saw a man with long black hair and grey eyes approaching with an evil smile. "Hello King Leonardo Christopher, I'm Uriah". "What are you doing here?" he asked. Uriah replied saying "I'm the King of Magnesium, the kingdom of war". "Every four years, we invade kingdoms, stealing power and searching for gifts to expand our kingdom" Uriah added. "I won't let you cause harm to my people!" King Leo shouted at the top of his voice.
