There are two things that don't make sense if he's already 18. Being of legal age, he doesn't need a legal guardian, as mentioned before; it's a university, so having a guardian is implausible. The other thing is the broom. It made sense when they were 11 and it was a danger, but now they could easily be part of the Quidditch team in the first year with their current age.

i think she should be added as she is one of the few female professors and her influence in Hogwarts is second to the headmaster so if he breaks her in he can gain lots of privileges e.g. pass to Wonder around after curfew, a library pass, a potential time tuner, and a personal teacher

A chaotic chapter, on one hand there are the MC's constant thoughts, there is also the system explaining its characteristics and breaking down what it can do and If that weren't enough, Mcgonagall continues talking in the background, this chapter is chaos.
