I personally think that telling other people that you are reincarnated, especially those close to you, is taboo. But I can explain! Let's say you say this to someone. This person will question their own existence and when an "important" event happens, and the reincarnated person doesn't change it, it will be their fault and some know it.And they'll blame him. Be it out of anger or any other reason. This is human nature. Even though it doesn't say that the universe they are in is fictional, many things could happen. This is human nature. People will always fear what they don't know. In addition to the issue of body snatchers. Anyway, my opinion on this "taboo" is this. Other than that, the idea is great! Noa has many stories with chakra and Marvel. Congratulations on the idea and execution of everything. Ah, about the letter! I don't think it's very normal for the living to receive a letter from a dead person saying he was fine. I personally would be scared or think it's a prank.
The other thing really frustrating: the AU aspect that the ROB wouldn’t describe. He would talk about the removal of Sublime, legacy virus, etc. but he said there’s one thing that the MC wouldn’t like. But the MC just accepts the world without further question. That’s a major red flag. I would reject that. Otherwise, it’s not the worst intro I’ve ever read. The power is pretty good. I’m glad he didn’t settle for just chakra or something that weak. Taking the full potential of the wish, he would be nearing close to Omega, but it’s not that unbalanced all things considered. Storm can affect the weather of nearly the whole planet when fully trained. Iceman can freeze a planet at full potential. Madara/Hashirama even with Rinnegan have no planet-affecting feats, so I’d have to say they’re not on the level of Omega potential. But they’re still very, very close.
if he will have a half otsuki body the sharingan blindness shouldn't happen as I assume the blindness comes from having too much human dna and a weaker body that can't handle the strain of the power. though curious why someone would spend alot of karma to create a world/universe and suddenly decide to reincarnate elsewhere
I love the idea of him being a form of magic ninja in Marvel; however, instead of chakra, he should have worked with the world he was already in and asked to be able to manipulate an energy that is prevalent (naturally) in all things. He probably could have even got that god to help him with using Cosmic Energy as “chakra” and just asked for an X-Gene (mutagene) that lets him safely store Cosmic Energy in his body (in case someone finds a way to stop him from accessing CE from outside sources). Or, hell, he could have gone the way of the magic ninjas (Dr. Strange and co.) from Marvel and pulled an energy from another reality.
