    Kill her immediately

It was a small auditorium, with most of the tables pushed to the end, leaving the middle free. Three tables were drawn together in front of a blackboard and covered with a velvet tablecloth. At this large combined table were five chairs, on one of which Ludo Bagman was sitting and talking to some extravagant blonde lady in a red robe, with a bunch of jewelry and a high curly hairdo. She was incredibly excessive. Overly jeweled glasses, overly tight dress under the robe, overly long manicures, overly bright lips. Who's that? I bet it's Rita Skeeter.

I don’t know if I like the idea of there being other ways to get into the Chamber of Secrets. The other two “secret” rooms we know about - Room of Requirement (Hufflepuff) and Headmaster’s Office (Gryffindor) - only have a single entrance that we know of. However, I also agree that it makes no sense for the ONLY entrance to the CoS being a snake tunnel. Maybe there is a specific phrase that must be spoken to open the stairs and every other phrase in Parseltongue opens the snake tunnel.

We ended up spending three hours looking for that "other way." And we found it, or rather, Delphine found it, using some elaborate search spell. It turned out to be a secret passage with a spiral staircase to the top, ending in a small empty room. If there was anything in here, it was long gone. Tom Riddle, no less. Although, why wouldn't someone have discovered this place earlier. When we tried to summon the house-elf here, we were successful, and when the house-elf realized that he couldn't get into this place of his own free will and without the order of whoever summoned him here, we experienced a phenomenal joy. There was another passageway in the office, leading to a niche in the fifth-floor corridor, and it opened only with a parseltongue. But it didn't matter, because Delphine could get in there with the castle house-elf, she had clearance, so she could take the two of us with her.

Can someone translate this into sensible English? I do not understand the insult being made here and would like to.

Why does it only show a white screen and then a bright flash every couple seconds?

    Author …

"The semisphere is created for a reason, and it serves to facilitate the ritual, but it works only with those where the full sphere can be divided into two equal parts by a plane of symmetry. If the structure of the ritual cannot be divided in this way, then a full sphere is created with the halves above and below the drawing. Such ritual requires several orders of magnitude more magic because the lower half-sphere during formation and work has to overcome the magical resistance of the surface, and the more energy-saturated the surface is, the more magic is required. Sacrifices are often used in such rituals. No matter what kind. By the way, Mr. Knight..."

You do not need it, but we (the audience) need her in your life to mitigate some of the stupid that rolls off you like sweat off a pig.

My friendship with Hermione hadn't changed one bit, but the tips of her ears sometimes blushed. On the one hand, it was good that in light of such ridiculous, but in some ways even sweet dialogue, we did not alienate each other, but on the other hand - do I need it?

Dagworth-Granger? I know there are a lot of people with similar names, but that just seems too coincidental in my opinion.

However, I have not considered anybody, and the second reason for that is simple - well, they're still children! And not even in terms of physical development - there, the sixth-seventh graders are already quite mature. It's about the mental aspect. I remember all those awkward adolescent attempts to be with someone: hand in hand, embarrassing glances, all sorts of awkward moments, fear of rejection, excitement and stupor from not knowing how to act, shy kisses. When it was all just starting out, and you had no idea where it was supposed to lead, and the biology textbook only made it more complicated! The guys in the yard say different things but in reality... Oooh... I'm not sure I want and can relive those embarrassing and very memorable moments again. Also, I didn't love anyone. My relatives don't count - it's different there. I didn't love anyone as a woman - it just so happened. Youthful attractions - of course, but love? What is love anyway? Not like a chemical reaction, which is an attraction, but, as Dagworth-Granger said in his work on potions? The unwavering, unchanging, unconditional devotion and loyalty that only love can be called.

    What be this?

Concentrating on the thought, "I need to hide something right away," and imagining a huge hoard of things, I walked around the painting three times. As I expected, it worked at the first attempt, and in the stone wall opposite, there was a two-leaf arched door with a lot of iron monograms. When I pushed one of the flaps and looked inside, I could hardly contain my amazed and delighted whistle. The vast room stood in half-darkness. A soft and almost imperceptible light, so similar in shade to that of the moon, poured from somewhere in the very high ceiling. From almost the entrance and as far as I could see, there were mountains of junk of all kinds.

Weeks went by and the time came for a big day, Kara's birthday which also happened to be M'gann's birthday as well because the author did not want to mixed things up later down the line. As if to prove this point, Acnologia's birthday was a few days from now.

    Ooo! I like that idea!

I tried to talk to Lupin about extra classes to learn Patronus, but he refused. He disagreed, saying, "Very busy, no way, a lot of work." However, I persuaded him to at least show us Patronus so that it would be easier for us to master it. He showed and not even just a mist, a cloud, or a shield, but a corporeal form - a wolf. This allowed us to include attempts to conjure Patronus into our training. It was not easy, and the cloud of blue mist began to appear only after two weeks - the problem was in the memories, or rather, in the emotions. Trying to "fake" the happiest memory, we achieved the same result as with the real one. In the end, we began to simulate happiness in emotions. The effect was the same, but if I put a lot of effort into it and even pumped some magic, the fog was very voluminous, and there was a lot of it. I especially had a lot of fog.

Since his blade absorbs souls, then it should slurp up these dementors like they are the last dregs of a root beer float.

My assumption about Hermione's trip was fully confirmed, except for the fact that she visited more places than I would have thought possible. Almost every institution in Paris that had any cultural, intellectual, or magical value had been, if not explored, at least visited. With the pounding of wheels and occasional brief visits from students familiar from Hogwarts, the conversation turned to homework: notes and essays were read, checked, and some of them even supplemented. Before we knew it, the weather began to deteriorate noticeably. Now it was already pouring outside the window in heavy rain and dusk. I began to prepare myself morally, just in case.
