what happened to his logia form, you cant just forget about that, aND YOU BETTER NOT GET IT WRONG, THEY CAN BECOME LOGIA UNCONCIOUSLY MEANING ITS A NATURALLY OCCURRENCE THAT THEY CAN TRAIN TO REACT FASTER TO THREATS, ALSO LIGHTNING HUMAN DOESNT NEED LIGHTNING ENERGY TO CIRCULATE THROUGH THE BODY, THEY ARE MADE OUT OF FREAKING LIGHTNING STOP GETTING SH1R WRONG, YOU SHOULD HAVE JUST MADE HIM A MUTANT OR TRANSFORMATION QUIRK CLASS. stop getting things wrong its annoying, if you arent gonna stick with the laws then change the name that actually suits what you are writing.

Author, rubber is not the ultimate counter against lightning though. Why? Because with enough lightning rubber would just melt into something burned I guess. That also happened because Enel isn’t exactly awakened. Why do I say Enel isn’t awakened? Easy, he doesn’t affect the environment like the other two logias that we know of that got awakened which means if he could create STORM Clouds naturally without having to do it actively or rely on machines for help, THEN he would be awakened and thats Just me keeping the explenation and abilities low.
