Well, brain is a computing device in a sense, yes, but a more common meaning for 'computer' is a, quote, "an electronic machine that is used for storing, organizing, and finding words, numbers, and pictures, for doing calculations, and for controlling other machines". Emphasis on "machine". Bio-computers are not a part of that particular story, no :)
